V pokro\u010dil\u00e9 f\u00e1zi m\u00e1 aktu\u00e1ln\u011b t\u0159i projekty.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost, za kterou stoj\u00ed Andrej Zajcev a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/rozhovory\/na-trh-v-praze-se-dostanou-tisice-bytu-rika-o-dopadech-sankci-developer-rostislav-petchenko-1388547\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rostislav Pet\u010denko<\/a>,\u00a0se chce do t\u0159\u00ed a\u017e p\u011bti let st\u00e1t velkou firmou. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou, kter\u00e1 j\u00ed k tomu m\u00e1 pomoci, jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed projekty. \u201eU\u017e se nechceme zab\u00fdvat jednotliv\u00fdmi budovami, ale bytov\u00fdmi celky. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me navrhovat cel\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010dtvrti v\u010detn\u011b urbanismu,\u201c l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed pro e15 Zajcev.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chystan\u00e9 projekty se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed ve t\u0159ech pra\u017esk\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pak v Let\u0148anech, v Horn\u00edch Po\u010dernic\u00edch a tak\u00e9 v \u010e\u00e1blic\u00edch. Pozemky se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed bl\u00edzko obchodn\u00edho centra. Letos by m\u011bl Gartal pro projekt z\u00edskat \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>V lokalit\u011b chce krom\u011b n\u011bj\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/obri-zastavba-v-letnanech-se-blizi-jen-pripravy-staly-miliardy-a-pomahaji-s-nimi-i-bakterie-1427688\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">stav\u011bt tak\u00e9 Odien Group<\/a>,\u00a0je\u017e pl\u00e1nuje zastav\u011bt brownfield po v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f a letadel Avia. Developer chce letos dokon\u010dit sanaci pozemk\u016f, zah\u00e1jit proces zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu a pak za\u010d\u00edt stav\u011bt \u010dtvr\u0165 a\u017e pro sedmn\u00e1ct tis\u00edc obyvatel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u0159etice m\u00e1 velk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny v Let\u0148anech tak\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/tag\/praha\/1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Praha<\/a>,\u00a0kter\u00e1 tu vlastn\u00ed hned n\u011bkolik pozemk\u016f. Na nich chce stav\u011bt p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1jemn\u00ed byty. V prvn\u00ed etap\u011b tam m\u00e1 v pl\u00e1nu postavit asi stovku byt\u016f, postupn\u011b se m\u00e1 ale rozr\u016fst ve \u010dtvr\u0165 s dvan\u00e1cti sty byty a tak\u00e9 \u0161edes\u00e1ti rodinn\u00fdmi domky. Spole\u010dnost chce stav\u011bt bl\u00edzko \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky a i v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b chce obdr\u017eet stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b letos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u0159etice m\u00e1 Gartal v pl\u00e1nu stav\u011bt tak\u00e9 v \u010e\u00e1blic\u00edch, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v jejich jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. Projekt m\u00e1 zahrnovat \u010dty\u0159i bytov\u00e9 domy a dvan\u00e1ct viladom\u016f, a to v\u010detn\u011b dvou h\u0159i\u0161\u0165 a spole\u010densk\u00e9ho alt\u00e1nu. Projekt aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na odpor m\u00edstn\u00edch politik\u016f, a to zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli v\u00fd\u0161ce dom\u016f. Ty maj\u00ed b\u00fdt \u010dty\u0159patrov\u00e9, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9 nam\u00edtaj\u00ed, \u017ee v lokalit\u011b jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b povolena jen dv\u011b patra. \u201eJedn\u00e1me s m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed o napojen\u00ed na m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikaci, bohu\u017eel p\u016fvodn\u00ed dohody nebyly dodr\u017eeny, by\u0165 podle \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu se tam maj\u00ed postavit byty. Chceme tak\u00e9 zkusit zam\u00ed\u0159it na trochu jin\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Hypot\u00e9ka je dnes dost limituj\u00edc\u00ed a n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed n\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 flexibilitu.
