Industri\u00e1ln\u00ed a\u00a0obytn\u00e9 bloky se za\u010daly m\u011bnit v\u00a0kancel\u00e1\u0159e, lofty a\u00a0v\u00a0pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 byty. Dnes Karl\u00edn pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejvyhled\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edm lokalit\u00e1m v\u00a0Praze, kde kupci za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed zrekonstruovan\u00e9ho bytu plat\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e v\u00a0novostavb\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na podobn\u00fd typ p\u0159em\u011bny navazuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed investo\u0159i v\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00edch lokalit\u00e1ch. Jedn\u00edm z takov\u00fdch v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch projekt\u016f je Iconik, kter\u00fd vybudovala na jedn\u00e9 z\u00a0posledn\u00edch voln\u00fdch proluk hlavn\u00ed karl\u00ednsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, Sokolovsk\u00e9 ulice, Karl\u00edn Group.<\/p>\n<p>Dev\u00edtipodla\u017en\u00ed d\u016fm reaguje na charakter \u010dtvrti a\u00a0kombinuje keramickou fas\u00e1du odkazuj\u00edc\u00ed na meziv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 \u010din\u017e\u00e1ky a\u00a0industri\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u011bdictv\u00ed s\u00a0m\u011bstskou funkc\u00ed, je\u017e do bloku vrac\u00ed bydlen\u00ed i\u00a0slu\u017eby. P\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00a0Praze po\u0159\u00e1d najdeme stovky budov s\u00a0potenci\u00e1lem rekonstrukce, t\u011bch nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010din\u017e\u00e1k\u016f je ve vnit\u0159n\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b k\u00a0m\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale roste tlak na renovace, energetickou efektivitu a\u00a0na lep\u0161\u00ed spr\u00e1vu budov. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 majitele podle poradc\u016f p\u0159im\u011bt k\u00a0prodeji. Popt\u00e1vka ukazuje, \u017ee kupci se p\u0159i takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti objev\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa trhu je st\u00e1le obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u010din\u017eovn\u00edch dom\u016f, kter\u00e9 teprve \u010dekaj\u00ed na rekonstrukci. U\u00a0mnoha z\u00a0nich zat\u00edm nejsou jejich majitel\u00e9 schopni se domluvit na prodeji, zat\u00edmco domy d\u00e1l ch\u00e1traj\u00ed. Je tedy jen ot\u00e1zka \u010dasu, kdy se tyto nemovitosti dostanou na trh a\u00a0za jak\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Situace je dnes takov\u00e1, \u017ee se nemus\u00edme s\u00a0konkurenc\u00ed p\u0159epl\u00e1cet o\u00a0jeden d\u016fm, m\u016f\u017eeme si vyb\u00edrat.
