Jak\u00e9 jsou dal\u0161\u00ed kroky spole\u010dnosti na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu? Pl\u00e1nujete zde d\u00e1le roz\u0161i\u0159ovat s\u00ed\u0165 obchod\u016f?<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Od na\u0161eho vstupu do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v\u00a0roce 2021, kdy jsme otev\u0159eli prodejnu v\u00a0ikonick\u00e9 budov\u011b na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed v\u00a0Praze, jsme v\u017edy v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee Praha pro n\u00e1s bude velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm trhem. A\u00a0rozhodn\u011b je to kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd trh pro Primark a\u00a0pro st\u0159edov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropu. V\u00a0Praze m\u00e1me dv\u011b prodejny, na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0na Zli\u010d\u00edn\u011b, a\u00a0m\u00e1me prodejnu i\u00a0v Brn\u011b. Ale v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice je pro n\u00e1s ur\u010dit\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l. Tak\u017ee jsme se rozhodli, \u017ee na\u0161\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edm krokem bude Ostrava. Do konce tohoto kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku otev\u0159eme prodejnu v\u00a0Avionu Ostrava. A\u00a0tak\u00e9 jsme podepsali smlouvu na dal\u0161\u00ed lokalitu, kter\u00e1 otev\u0159e pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b za dva roky. Bude to t\u0159et\u00ed prodejna v\u00a0Praze ve Westfieldu \u010cern\u00fd Most.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Primark investoval do t\u0159et\u00edho obchodu v\u00a0\u010cesku, v\u00a0obchodn\u00edm centru Metropole Zli\u010d\u00edn, v\u00edce ne\u017e 225\u00a0milion\u016f korun. Jak vysok\u00e1 je nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed investice v\u00a0Ostrav\u011b?<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi nejsem schopen potvrdit p\u0159esnou v\u00fd\u0161i investice. Nebude se v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 li\u0161it od \u010d\u00e1stky, kterou jsme investovali do Metropole Zli\u010d\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Podle \u010deho vyb\u00edr\u00e1te lokalitu?<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u0158ekl bych, \u017ee kdy\u017e otev\u00edr\u00e1me obchod, otev\u00edr\u00e1me ho nadobro. To vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00edprav. P\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta, kam bychom se cht\u011bli dostat, naslouch\u00e1me na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Ale nem\u00e1me konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo minim\u00e1ln\u00edho po\u010dtu obyvatel, podle kter\u00e9ho se rozhodujeme, proto\u017ee jsme flexibiln\u00ed ve velikosti prodejen. Pak jde o\u00a0to vybrat to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed centrum &#8211; ve st\u0159edov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b nejsme zavedeni na hlavn\u00edch ulic\u00edch. P\u0159ipojujeme se bu\u010f k\u00a0obchodn\u00edm centr\u016fm se zavedenou z\u00e1kaznickou z\u00e1kladnou, nebo k\u00a0nov\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ovan\u00fdm centr\u016fm, kde si m\u016f\u017eeme vytvo\u0159it z\u00e1kladnu spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1jemci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Trv\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed dobu zajistit lokalitu. Otev\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 prodejny zahrnuje i\u00a0n\u00e1bory, v\u00a0z\u00e1vislosti na velikosti prodejny m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ij\u00edmat 70\u00a0a\u017e 150\u00a0nebo 200\u00a0zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Chceme si b\u00fdt jisti, \u017ee prodejna bude tam, kde n\u00e1s z\u00e1kazn\u00edci cht\u011bj\u00ed a\u00a0kde bude ziskov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Je \u010desk\u00e1 klientela n\u011b\u010d\u00edm specifick\u00e1?<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V prodejn\u011b na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed m\u00e1me mix jak \u010desk\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, tak turist\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 25\u00a0a\u017e 45\u00a0procent z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Jedn\u00e1 se tedy o\u00a0zcela odli\u0161nou z\u00e1kaznickou z\u00e1kladnu, ne\u017e jakou bychom vid\u011bli nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Metropoli Zli\u010d\u00edn, kde p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci jsou velmi informovan\u00ed. Jsme hrd\u00ed na to, \u017ee nab\u00edz\u00edme kvalitn\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed za nejlep\u0161\u00ed ceny na trhu. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Sledujeme konkurenty, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o\u00a0online nebo kamenn\u00e9 obchody, velmi pozorn\u011b. A\u00a0jakmile identifikujeme produkt, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 srovnatelnou kvalitu s\u00a0lep\u0161\u00ed cenou, upravujeme na\u0161e ceny tak, aby byly je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A\u0165 u\u017e je konkurentem kdokoli, pokud existuje produkt, jeho\u017e kvalitu m\u016f\u017eeme porovnat, p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00edme mu cenu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Fungujeme trochu jinak ne\u017e konkurence. M\u00e1me kamenn\u00e9 obchody, proto\u017ee v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed jen o\u00a0n\u00e1kupu zbo\u017e\u00ed. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed rozm\u011br\u00a0\u2013 setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se, tr\u00e1ven\u00ed \u010dasu spole\u010dn\u011b. D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost inspirovat z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, uk\u00e1zat, jak si lze pohr\u00e1t s\u00a0m\u00f3dou, a\u00a0p\u0159edv\u00e9st kvalitu produktu, proto\u017ee si ho m\u016f\u017eete osahat a\u00a0vyzkou\u0161et. Nav\u00edc si produkt m\u016f\u017eete odn\u00e9st hned. Nemus\u00edte \u010dekat na doru\u010den\u00ed. A\u00a0to n\u00e1s jen utvrdilo v\u00a0tom, \u017ee nejde jen o\u00a0nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jde o\u00a0tr\u00e1ven\u00ed \u010dasu. Jde o\u00a0pro\u017eit\u00ed tohoto \u010dasu v\u00a0obchod\u011b, kde si m\u016f\u017eete produkt osahat, vyzkou\u0161et si ho. M\u016f\u017eete se zeptat sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00e1tel nebo rodiny na n\u00e1zor. V\u011b\u0159\u00edme tedy\u00a0\u2013 a\u00a0uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee to funguje\u00a0\u2013, \u017ee pokud nab\u00edz\u00edme produkt vysok\u00e9 kvality, kter\u00fd je vyr\u00e1b\u011bn etick\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a\u00a0za skv\u011blou cenu, lid\u00e9 o\u00a0n\u011bm r\u00e1di mluv\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00e1teli a\u00a0kolegy. Nav\u00edc samoz\u0159ejm\u011b investujeme do prezentace na\u0161ich prodejen, do prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0obchodech.
