Podle developera m\u00e1 spojovat bydlen\u00ed v zeleni s dobrou dostupnost\u00ed do centra Prahy. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdstavby byla tak\u00e9 nov\u00e1 ulice.
