Nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m navazuje na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159edchoz\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Je ale postaven\u00fd na zcela nov\u00e9 softwarov\u00e9 platform\u011b a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu zm\u011bn a vylep\u0161en\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m je d\u00edlem spolupr\u00e1ce Pra\u017esk\u00fdch vodovod\u016f a kanalizac\u00ed (PVK) a Pra\u017esk\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti (PVS).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSWiM NG za\u0159ad\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed mezi evropskou \u0161pi\u010dku. Oce\u0148uji technickou vysp\u011blost tohoto syst\u00e9mu a d\u016fraz na bezpe\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 chci zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m i p\u0159\u00ednosy pro hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Prahu a jeho obyvatele. Syst\u00e9m zefektivn\u00ed komunikaci mezi provozovatelem vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 infrastruktury, m\u011bstem a odb\u011brateli. P\u0159isp\u011bje tak\u00e9 k lep\u0161\u00edmu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality vody a rychlej\u0161\u00edmu odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed poruch na s\u00edti. V\u00fdznamn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed vid\u00edm v nov\u00e9m energetick\u00e9m dispe\u010dinku, kter\u00fd pln\u011b umo\u017en\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed na\u0161ich obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energi\u00ed a podpo\u0159\u00ed stabilizaci energetick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b Prahy,\u201c uvedl n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy Michal Hroza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eModern\u00ed m\u011bsto dnes nestoj\u00ed jen na kvalitn\u00ed infrastruktu\u0159e, ale tak\u00e9 na schopnosti ji chyt\u0159e a efektivn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit. Jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee Praha v oblasti vodohospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed podporuje inovace, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed l\u00e9pe pl\u00e1novat provoz, posilovat bezpe\u010dnost a zvy\u0161ovat kvalitu slu\u017eeb pro obyvatele. Projekty tohoto typu ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee i technick\u00e1 infrastruktura m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed modern\u00edho a odpov\u011bdn\u011b spravovan\u00e9ho m\u011bsta,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil prim\u00e1tor hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy Bohuslav Svoboda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e jsme p\u0159ed dvan\u00e1cti lety spou\u0161t\u011bli prvn\u00ed generaci syst\u00e9mu SWiM, netu\u0161ili jsme, jak velk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch bude m\u00edt a jak v\u00fdznamn\u00fd posun p\u0159inese do provozov\u00e1n\u00ed vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 infrastruktury. Te\u010f stoj\u00edme p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm miln\u00edkem. SWiM NG spou\u0161t\u00edme po \u010dty\u0159ech letech intenzivn\u00edho v\u00fdvoje. Syst\u00e9m je postaven na \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e9 softwarov\u00e9 platform\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed um\u011blou inteligenci, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu vylep\u0161en\u00ed, nov\u00fdch prvk\u016f a zcela novou koncepci bezpe\u010dnosti,\u201c\u00a0uvedl gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel PVK Petr Mrkos.<\/p>\n<p>SWiM NG zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159epracovan\u00e9 funkcionality p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace (syst\u00e9m dispe\u010dersk\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, havarijn\u00ed management v\u010detn\u011b integrovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed, syst\u00e9m kontroly kvality vody, integrovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m krizov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, syst\u00e9m pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby a oprav, syst\u00e9m ochrany vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, syst\u00e9m sledov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdroby a spot\u0159eby vody, syt\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zdroj\u016f, syst\u00e9m informovanosti odb\u011bratel\u016f, ve\u0159ejnosti a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch osob) a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu vylep\u0161en\u00ed a nov\u00fdch modul\u016f.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mezi zcela nov\u00e9 moduly, kter\u00e9 SWiM NG p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed energetick\u00fd dispe\u010dink, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed dispe\u010dink, nov\u00e1 platforma geografick\u00e9ho informa\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, algoritmy strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed pro predikci stav\u016f, syst\u00e9m pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu technologi\u00ed a BIM (building information management). \u201ePra\u017esk\u00e1 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost intenzivn\u011b pracuje na zaveden\u00ed standardu BIM do sv\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Aby mohl b\u00fdt BIM pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n, je nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9, aby m\u011bl podporu v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu investice. V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o propojen\u00ed na SWiM NG, kter\u00fd zajist\u00ed sledov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed majetku po celou dobu jeho \u017eivotnosti,\u201c uvedl gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel PVS Pavel V\u00e1lek.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m dynamicky reaguje na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed hrozby a je propojen se syst\u00e9my krizov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy a slo\u017eek IZS. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed se zcela novou \u00farovn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti. Neust\u00e1le vyhodnocuje v\u00a0re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase provoz v\u0161ech pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch softwarov\u00fdch a hardwarov\u00fdch komponent a sleduje p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed hrozby. Pro zabezpe\u010den\u00ed komunikace vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 odd\u011blen\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed trasy a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 \u0161ifrov\u00e1n\u00ed dat.<\/p>\n<p>Pra\u017esk\u00e1 vodovodn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 m\u00e1 d\u00e9lku 3 700 kilometr\u016f, dal\u0161\u00edch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na vodovodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojky. PVK z\u00e1sobuj\u00ed pitnou vodou na 1,4 mili\u00f3nu obyvatel hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta a 285 tis\u00edc obyvatel St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje.<\/p>\n<p>Stokov\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 m\u011b\u0159\u00ed 3\u00a0904 kilometr\u016f, d\u00e9lka kanaliza\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpojek dosahuje 1\u00a0027 kilometr\u016f. Na stokovou s\u00ed\u0165 je napojeno 127\u00a0866 kanaliza\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpojek. Chod cel\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165uje tak\u00e9 349 \u010derpac\u00edch stanic.
