Zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee se poda\u0159ilo naj\u00edt stamilionov\u00e9 \u00faspory, kter\u00e9 ve fin\u00e1le p\u0159isp\u011bj\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee lid\u00e9 budou m\u00edt mo\u017enost pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho a dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho cestov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlamentnilisty.cz\/profily\/profil.aspx?id=161551\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/161551-bedn_profil_top.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 100%\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u010ceskou \u017eeleznici m\u00e1 letos st\u00e1t podpo\u0159it v\u00edce ne\u017e 72 miliardami, co\u017e je historicky nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka. Podle Bedn\u00e1rika je to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, proto\u017ee \u017eeleznice je nejekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a celkov\u011b perspektivn\u00ed dopravou.<\/p>\n<p>Proti p\u0159edpoklad\u016fm se podle ministra poda\u0159ilo dos\u00e1hnout z\u00e1sadn\u00edho zlevn\u011bn\u00ed na dvou prioritn\u00edch projektech: Na rychlodr\u00e1ze Praha- Ruzyn\u011b- Kladno a na spojen\u00ed Plzn\u011b s Bavorskem. Zde se poda\u0159ilo na \u00faseku z Plzn\u011b do Chot\u011b\u0161ova sn\u00ed\u017eit cenu proti p\u0159edpoklad\u016fm o 150 milion\u016f na 4,489 miliardy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUkazuje se, \u017ee otev\u0159en\u00e9 tendry a siln\u00e1 konkurence maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it \u010desk\u00fd dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9m,\u201c uvedl k tomu Ivan Bedn\u00e1rik.<\/p>\n<p>Ten na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci mluvil o tom, \u017ee vzestup \u017eeleznice mohou zajistit jen smyslupln\u00e9 investice. T\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e si v\u0161ak nem\u016f\u017eeme dovolit nehospod\u00e1rnost a p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 stavby. \u201eSoust\u0159edili jsme se na to, abychom zm\u011bnili syst\u00e9m,\u201c vysv\u011btloval ministr.<\/p>\n<p>Tiskovka prob\u00edhala p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti \u201ezah\u00e1jen\u00ed stavebn\u00ed sez\u00f3ny\u201c a podle ministra letos \u010dek\u00e1 stava\u0159e na \u017eeleznici hodn\u011b pr\u00e1ce, z \u010deho\u017e m\u00e1 radost.<\/p>\n<p>Z konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch projekt\u016f zm\u00ednil zejm\u00e9na spojen\u00ed centra Prahy s leti\u0161t\u011bm, co\u017e je priorita, kter\u00e1 se jmenovit\u011b dostala i do programov\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed vl\u00e1dy. \u201eDeset let se o tom jen mluvilo. U\u017e se o tom nemluv\u00ed, ale vykop\u00e1v\u00e1me,\u201c uvedl ministr.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlamentnilisty.cz\/profily\/profil.aspx?id=161551\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/161551-bedn_profil_top.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width: 100%\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u0158editel Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch dopravn\u00edch cest Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th up\u0159esnil, \u017ee projekt rychlodr\u00e1hy Praha &#8211; Kladno je rozd\u011blen do celkem 11 staveb. Dva \u00faseky u\u017e jsou hotov\u00e9, v\u010detn\u011b dvou nov\u00fdch pra\u017esk\u00fdch n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Bubny a V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed je \u00fasek Veleslav\u00edn- Ruzyn\u011b- leti\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00fd se realizuje jako PPP projekt. \u201eChyb\u00ed u\u017e jen \u00fasek V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b- Veleslav\u00edn, kter\u00fd se bude sout\u011b\u017eit,\u201c shrnul T\u00f3th.<\/p>\n<p>Z dal\u0161\u00edch projekt\u016f m\u00e1 letos za\u010d\u00edt velk\u00e1 p\u0159estavba dopravn\u00edho uzlu v Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, kter\u00fd bude kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravu, region\u00e1ln\u00ed spojen\u00ed s Pardubicemi a do budoucna pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spojen\u00ed na Jarom\u011b\u0159 a Polsko.<\/p>\n<p>Z dal\u0161\u00edch trat\u00ed, kter\u00e9 letos za\u010dnou p\u0159estavbu, byla zm\u00edn\u011bna tra\u0165 Kutn\u00e1 Hora- Kol\u00edn a elektrifikace \u00faseku mezi \u010cesk\u00fdmi Velenicemi a Vesel\u00edm nad Lu\u017enic\u00ed, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed plnou elektrifikaci trati z Prahy p\u0159es Gm\u00fcnd do V\u00eddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pokra\u010dovat samoz\u0159ejm\u011b budou i z\u00e1sadn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stavby rozd\u011blan\u00e9 v minulosti. Bude nap\u0159\u00edklad d\u00e1le prob\u00edhat \u010dtvrt\u00e1 a p\u00e1t\u00e1 etapa kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho rychlostn\u00edho spojen\u00ed Brna s Ostravou.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;\n\t<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tMinistr zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee se \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b da\u0159\u00ed jednat o zlev\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch zak\u00e1zek, co\u017e bylo v posledn\u00edch letech vn\u00edm\u00e1no jako z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Informace o tom, o kolik se u n\u00e1s stav\u00ed srovnateln\u00fd \u00fasek dr\u00e1\u017ee ne\u017e jinde, byly v posledn\u00edch letech pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dast\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Bedn\u00e1rik prezentoval \u00faspory na kladensk\u00e9 trati, stejn\u011b jako na spojen\u00ed s Bavorskem. U cyklick\u00fdch oprav se poda\u0159ilo naj\u00edt \u00faspory asi za 340 milion\u016f, a ministr zm\u00ednil i \u00fasporu 150 milion\u016f p\u0159i rekonstrukci n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v Chebu, i kdy\u017e se tato stavba pohybuje v re\u017eimu kulturn\u00ed pam\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem pro zlevn\u011bn\u00ed zak\u00e1zek se podle ministra Bedn\u00e1rika stalo to, \u017ee sout\u011b\u017ee musej\u00ed prob\u00edhat nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d celou EU, co\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161ilo konkurenci a trochu rozru\u0161ilo tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd syst\u00e9m ob\u00e1lkov\u00e9 metody.<\/p>\n<p>V EU pr\u00e1v\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o nov\u00e9m rozpo\u010dtu, pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se ministerstvo sna\u017e\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159ipraveno co nejv\u00edce projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 by se do n\u011bj mohly dostat.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-orig-style=\"width: 1174px; height: 881px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Bednarik 2.jpg\" style=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o tra\u0165 do Bavorska, ta je dlouhodob\u011b zn\u00e1ma i probl\u00e9my na n\u011bmeck\u00e9 stran\u011b. Od Mnichova na hranice jde o tra\u0165 region\u00e1ln\u00ed kategorie, a podle toho je i obsluhov\u00e1na. Ivan Bedn\u00e1rik p\u0159ipustil, \u017ee tato \u010d\u00e1st spojen\u00ed Prahy s Mnichovem je \u201etristn\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Ministr Bedn\u00e1rik vn\u00edm\u00e1 pozitivn\u011b, \u017ee do v\u011bci se krom\u011b bavorsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy vlo\u017eila i vl\u00e1da spolkov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 si uv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee spojen\u00ed z Mnichova na \u010desk\u00e9 hranice je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Realita je ov\u0161em podle Bend\u00e1rika takov\u00e1, \u017ee doprava dnes v N\u011bmecku nen\u00ed rozpo\u010dtovou prioritou, rozpo\u010det jde p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b na \u00fadr\u017ebu a jak\u00e1koliv nov\u00e1 investice je posuzov\u00e1na velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto se podle n\u011bj v\u011bci h\u00fdbou spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011brem, zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky jedn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159i vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u017edy nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed vahou p\u0159edseda vl\u00e1dy. Ned\u00e1vno do\u0161lo k jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pana premi\u00e9ra s n\u011bmeck\u00fdm kancl\u00e9\u0159em, a kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9, v minul\u00e9m t\u00fddnu, jsem zaznamenal zm\u011bnu r\u00e9toriky v podob\u011b prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed spolkov\u00e9ho ministra dopravy Volkera Wissinga, \u017ee pro n\u011bmeckou vl\u00e1du se st\u00e1v\u00e1 prioritou \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed napojen\u00ed N\u011bmecka na v\u00fdchod, tedy \u010ceskou republiku a Polsko. Co\u017e je zm\u011bna, doposud bylo n\u011bmeckou prioritou z\u00e1padn\u00ed napojen\u00ed na Francii, Lucembursko a tak d\u00e1le,\u201c vysv\u011btloval Ivan Bedn\u00e1rik novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdroky o v\u00fdznamu napojen\u00ed N\u011bmecka na v\u00fdchod v posledn\u00edch dnech vyslovil i kancl\u00e9\u0159 Friedrich Merz.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed prioritou je ale st\u00e1le \u201ekru\u0161nohorsk\u00e1\u201c dr\u00e1ha mezi Prahou, Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany a Berl\u00ednem. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde by se m\u011blo v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch nejv\u00edce pokro\u010dit. Pokud jde o spojen\u00ed na Bavorsko, tam jsou na n\u011bmeck\u00e9 stran\u011b probl\u00e9my nejen finan\u010dn\u00ed, ale v horsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed i technick\u00e9 a geologick\u00e9. Proto se zde rychl\u00fd pokrok \u010dekat ned\u00e1. Jak vysv\u011btlil Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th, i na \u010desk\u00e9 stran\u011b jsou proto p\u0159ednostn\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny ty \u00faseky, kter\u00e9 pomohou \u010desk\u00fdm cestuj\u00edc\u00edm i bez napojen\u00ed na N\u011bmecko.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tMinistr Bedn\u00e1rik na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci odm\u00edtl, \u017ee by se na n\u011bkter\u00e9 trati \u201ezapomn\u011blo\u201c. Dotaz explicitn\u011b m\u00ed\u0159il na spojen\u00ed Praha- Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav- Liberec. O n\u00ed se v posledn\u00edch dnech psalo, \u017ee byla d\u00e1na \u201ek ledu\u201c. To ministr odm\u00edtl. P\u0159\u00edpravy stavby podle n\u011bj nebyly zastaveny, jenom se zdr\u017eely. A d\u016fvody nejsou jenom finan\u010dn\u00ed, ale i probl\u00e9my s technick\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm trati v horsk\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa ob\u010dany v Libereck\u00e9m kraji se ur\u010dit\u011b nezapomn\u011blo.
