T\u00edm prvn\u00edm je Sportovn\u00ed diferenci\u00e1l, t\u00edm druh\u00fdm Torque Splitter. V roli ak\u010dn\u00edho \u010dlenu je tady kapalinou chlazen\u00fd elektromotor se svorkov\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm 400 volt\u016f s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdkonem 8 kW, maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm to\u010div\u00fdm momentem 40 Nm a v\u00fdkonovou elektronikou.<\/p>\n<p>Jak to pracuje?<\/p>\n<p>Na elektromotor navazuje p\u0159es v\u00edcestup\u0148ov\u00fd p\u0159evod s \u010deln\u00edmi ozuben\u00fdmi koly mechanick\u00e1 planetov\u00e1 p\u0159evodovka s regulac\u00ed ot\u00e1\u010dek. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ta je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 p\u0159i p\u0159erozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed hnac\u00ed s\u00edly mezi ob\u011b zadn\u00ed kola. To\u010div\u00fd moment z elektromotoru je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn na zm\u00edn\u011bnou planetovou p\u0159evodovku, kter\u00e1 ze vstupn\u00edho momentu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed rozd\u00edlov\u00fd hnac\u00ed moment, kter\u00fd je p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en na kola.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159es zm\u00edn\u011bnou planetovou p\u0159evodovku je elektromotor propojen napevno s hnac\u00edm h\u0159\u00eddelem lev\u00e9ho zadn\u00edho kola a d\u00e1le s klec\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho otev\u0159en\u00e9ho zadn\u00edho diferenci\u00e1lu. Pokud se naopak auto chov\u00e1 nedot\u00e1\u010div\u011b a je pot\u0159eba posunout vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed bl\u00ed\u017ee k neutr\u00e1ln\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, syst\u00e9m sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed to\u010div\u00fd moment v zadn\u00edm diferenci\u00e1lu p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd na prav\u00fd hnac\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddel, a tedy prav\u00e9 kolo. Syst\u00e9m tud\u00ed\u017e pracuje s rozd\u00edlov\u00fdm momentem p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdm na lev\u00e9 a prav\u00e9 kolo.<\/p>\n<p>Soustava elektromotoru v kombinaci s reduk\u010dn\u00ed planetovou p\u0159evodovkou tak m\u011bn\u00ed tok hnac\u00ed s\u00edly v otev\u0159en\u00e9m diferenci\u00e1lu zadn\u00ed n\u00e1pravy. Ten je p\u0159irozen\u011b poh\u00e1n\u011bn p\u0159\u00edmo od pohonn\u00e9 jednotky p\u0159es \u00fahlov\u00fd p\u0159evod s pastorkem a tal\u00ed\u0159ov\u00fdm kolem. Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, Dynamic Torque Control rozd\u011bluje hnac\u00ed s\u00edlu nez\u00e1visle na p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9m to\u010div\u00e9m momentu do zadn\u00edho diferenci\u00e1lu. Je to tedy v podstat\u011b takov\u00e9 paraleln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo jinak \u0159e\u010deno nadstavba k otev\u0159en\u00e9mu diferenci\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Chytr\u00e1 elektronika i \u0159idi\u010d<\/p>\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 \u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu je zalo\u017eena na informac\u00edch z p\u0159esn\u00e9 a citliv\u00e9 senzoriky. Z\u00e1kladem je \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotka pohonu a podvozku HCP 1 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 pod palubn\u00ed deskou p\u0159ed spolujezdcem. D\u00e1le se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sn\u00edma\u010de ot\u00e1\u010dek kol, a tedy jednotka ABS\/ESC. Syst\u00e9m ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 jednotky hybridn\u00edho pohonu HCP 5 stejn\u011b jako \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed teploty HCP 4. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je tak\u00e9 sn\u00edma\u010d zrychlen\u00ed karoserie, kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jednotky airbagu.<\/p>\n<p>Audi uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee rozd\u00edl momentu mezi lev\u00fdm a prav\u00fdm kolem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt a\u017e 2000 Nm.
