P\u0159\u00edprava se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed spojen\u00ed, aby platil Brusel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Na p\u0159\u00edpravu VRT je letos ur\u010deno jen 1,5 miliardy korun.                                    <\/p>\n<p>Pro investi\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed jsou v rozpo\u010dtu SFDI pro rok 2026 zaji\u0161t\u011bny finance ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1,5 miliardy korun. Z toho 430 milion\u016f je ur\u010deno na majetkopr\u00e1vn\u00ed vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, zhruba jedna t\u0159etina se bude financovat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm evropsk\u00fdch fond\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ministr dopravy Ivan Bedn\u00e1rik na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic p\u0159ipustil, \u017ee jde o ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku, ne\u017e jak\u00e1 se p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novala.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV d\u016fsledku toho jedn\u00e1me v Bruselu o tom, co je p\u0159ipraven financovat od roku 2028. \u010cesko u\u017e nebude dost\u00e1vat ur\u010dit\u00fd objem pen\u011bz, na kter\u00fd bylo zvykl\u00e9, ale bude o n\u011b sout\u011b\u017eit s jin\u00fdmi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty. Vznikne jedna velk\u00e1 ob\u00e1lka na vysokorychlostn\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f,\u201c popsal na dotaz Zdopravy.cz Bedn\u00e1rik.<\/p>\n<p>Pro \u010cesko tak bude podle n\u011bj kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 p\u0159ipravit se na sout\u011b\u017ee o evropsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze na napojen\u00ed na zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 Bedn\u00e1rik ujistil, \u017ee to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sedm let p\u0159ipravovan\u00e1 vize \u010desk\u00fdch VRT trat\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed do \u0161upl\u00edku. \u201eV\u0161e bude z\u00e1le\u017eet na tom, jak se n\u00e1m povede jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o mo\u017enosti kofinancov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u016fjde o mix evropsk\u00fdch pen\u011bz a PPP. Ale mus\u00edme si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee pokud bychom te\u010f neza\u010dali p\u0159\u00edpravu, tak ztrat\u00edme v\u00fdhodnou pozici, kterou jsme za posledn\u00ed l\u00e9ta vybudovali,\u201c dodal ministr.<\/p>\n<p>Korekce s\u00edt\u011b<\/p>\n<p>Podle gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic Tom\u00e1\u0161e T\u00f3tha nyn\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 korekce pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b VTR. \u201eSoust\u0159ed\u00edme se prim\u00e1rn\u011b na p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165. Chceme propojit N\u011bmecko prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dr\u00e1\u017en\u00edho koridoru sm\u011brem na Prahu, z Prahy do Brna, z Brna na P\u0159erov, Moravskou br\u00e1nu do Ostravy a sm\u011br na polsk\u00e9 Katovice. Podle ministra Bedn\u00e1rika se nyn\u00ed po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee by jihomoravsk\u00e1 v\u011btev VRT zakon\u010den\u00e1 nyn\u00ed v pl\u00e1nech u Rakvic sm\u011b\u0159ovala d\u00e1le p\u0159es K\u00faty do stanice Bratislava-z\u00e1pad a tam by nav\u00e1zalo propojen\u00ed s Rakouskem do V\u00eddn\u011b. Raku\u0161an\u00e9 toti\u017e p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed sm\u011brem na B\u0159eclav pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed rekonstruovat pouze na rychlost 230 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/vrt-slovensko-neminou-hotova-je-prvni-zasadni-studie-271669\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">VRT Slovensko neminou. Hotov\u00e1 je prvn\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed studie, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed jen z\u00e1pad zem\u011b<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed projek\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na v\u00edce ne\u017e 450 km pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed. Na \u00faseku Hranice na Morav\u011b \u2013 Ostrava-Svinov bylo v roce 2025 vyd\u00e1no stanovisko EIA a byl zah\u00e1jen v\u00fdkup pozemk\u016f. V roce 2025 byl tak\u00e9 vybr\u00e1n pro \u00fasek mezi P\u0159erovem a Ostravou transak\u010dn\u00ed poradce pro p\u0159\u00edpravu zad\u00e1vac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro PPP.<\/p>\n<p>Na t\u0159ech \u00fasec\u00edch rychl\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed v r\u00e1mci modernizace trati Brno \u2013 P\u0159erov loni za\u010daly stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.
