Schyluje se ale na lep\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed architektonicko-urbanistick\u00fd workshop, kter\u00fd na\u010drtne budouc\u00ed rozvr\u017een\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti. Hole\u0161ovice tak \u010dek\u00e1 radik\u00e1ln\u00ed prom\u011bna, b\u011bhem n\u00ed\u017e dojde k demolici v\u011bt\u0161iny budov v \u00fazem\u00ed i k p\u0159elo\u017ek\u00e1m dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bubny, kde se stav\u00ed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/tag\/vltavska-filharmonie\/1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Vltavsk\u00e1 filharmonie,<\/a>\u00a0a plocha kolem n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice jsou dv\u011bma nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi \u00fazem\u00edmi v Praze. Potk\u00e1vaj\u00ed se tu v\u0161echny druhy dopravy, tedy metro, tramvaje, autobusy a tak\u00e9 vlaky. \u00dazem\u00ed je siln\u011b infrastrukturn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pozemk\u016f kolem n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed zde existuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b budov. \u201eNejasnosti p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a metra v osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech zp\u016fsobily, \u017ee metro je ulo\u017eeno na jedno kopnut\u00ed pod povrchem. T\u00edm vznikla v \u00fazem\u00ed spousta bari\u00e9r, nev\u00e1bn\u00fdch m\u00edst a komplikovan\u00fdch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed,\u201c komentuje architekt Marek Jedlinsk\u00fd ze studia Pel\u010d\u00e1k a partner. Ten spolu s ateli\u00e9rem Thomas M\u00fcller Ivan Reimann Architekten p\u0159ipravil pro lokalitu \u00fazemn\u00ed studii.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem je revitalizace cel\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je ohrani\u010den\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm Hole\u0161ovice a vestibulem metra u tramvajov\u00fdch kolej\u00ed a dv\u011bma komunikacemi \u2013 z jedn\u00e9 strany mostem z Argentinsk\u00e9, z druh\u00e9 Partyz\u00e1nskou, kter\u00e1 \u00fast\u00ed na Trojsk\u00e9m most\u011b. Jde v podstat\u011b o \u010dtverec, na kter\u00e9m by v budoucnu m\u011bla vzniknout nov\u00e1 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demolovat se budou skoro v\u0161echny budovy<\/p>\n<p>Aby se tak stalo, dojde v \u00fazem\u00ed k demolici prakticky v\u0161ech budov. Nutn\u00e9 bude tak\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e9st nov\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, aby nov\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165 nemusela vznikat uprost\u0159ed \u201ed\u00e1lnice\u201c. K zemi m\u00e1 j\u00edt hlavn\u011b budova nad severn\u00edm v\u00fdstupem z metra, kde m\u00e1 dnes kancel\u00e1\u0159e dopravn\u00ed podnik. Stejn\u011b tak to plat\u00ed o vestibulu n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy a navazuj\u00edc\u00edch chodb\u00e1ch, kde dnes s\u00eddl\u00ed obchody. Z\u016fstane jen busta Julia Fu\u010d\u00edka, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159enese jinam.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demolici neujde ani n\u00edzk\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba na p\u0159ilehl\u00fdch pozemc\u00edch, stejn\u011b tak i budova n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho z\u00e1jezdn\u00edho hostince Na Z\u00e1tor\u00e1ch, kter\u00e1 je spolu s pam\u00e1tn\u00fdm stromem za budovou McDonald\u2019s posledn\u00ed upom\u00ednkou na n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed chudinskou \u010dtvr\u0165.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zru\u0161it by se m\u011bl tak\u00e9 podchod, kter\u00fd dnes vede od tramvaje sm\u011brem k n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, do budoucna by ale mohl b\u00fdt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n nad\u00e1le jako kolektor. To ov\u0161em z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na v\u00fdsledku architektonicko-urbanistick\u00e9ho workshopu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Co se dopravy t\u00fd\u010de, t\u00edm hlavn\u00edm je zru\u0161en\u00ed mostu, kter\u00fd do \u00fazem\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed dopravu z Argentinsk\u00e9 ulice. V m\u00edst\u011b vznikne nov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka, nov\u011b se bude odbo\u010dovat do Jankovcovy, p\u0159em\u00edst\u00ed se Bondyho ulice a vznikne zde l\u00e1vka pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a cyklisty, kter\u00e1 pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ekonat r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 rozd\u00edly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Z\u016fstane ulice Vrbensk\u00e9ho, kter\u00e1 vede p\u0159ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovou. Proch\u00e1zet bude skrze nov\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kter\u00e9 na m\u00edst\u011b vznikne. Zachovat bude pot\u0159eba m\u00edsto pro autobusy, kter\u00e9 v lokalit\u011b stoj\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy nejede metro. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u016fstane v n\u011bjak\u00e9 podob\u011b tak\u00e9 autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. Zanikne ale pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e1 plocha, kde dnes stoj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b soukrom\u00e9 autobusy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Problematick\u00e9 je nicm\u00e9n\u011b \u00fazem\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b z jednoho d\u016fvodu: v m\u00edst\u011b se nach\u00e1z\u00ed stoka ozna\u010dovan\u00e1 jako B. Jedn\u00e1 se o druhou nejstar\u0161\u00ed stoku v Praze a proud\u00ed sem \u010dtvrtina odpadn\u00edch vod z cel\u00e9 Prahy. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee je stoka star\u00e1, mus\u00ed se pravideln\u011b \u010distit, co\u017e tak i nad\u00e1le z\u016fstane. Rekonstrukce by st\u00e1la n\u011bkolik miliard korun, i proto se architekti budou muset vypo\u0159\u00e1dat i s t\u00edmto omezen\u00edm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u0160est nov\u00fdch blok\u016f<\/p>\n<p>V moment\u011b, kdy dojde ke v\u0161em pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm \u00faprav\u00e1m, bude moci v m\u00edst\u011b vzniknout \u0161est nov\u00fdch blok\u016f. Celkov\u00e1 plocha vyty\u010den\u00e1 pro projekt Nov\u00e9 Hole\u0161ovice \u010d\u00edt\u00e1 \u0161edes\u00e1t tis\u00edc metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch, na nich\u017e vznikne zastav\u011bn\u00e1 plocha o rozloze 215 tis\u00edc metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se s mixem funkc\u00ed \u2013 vzniknou zde byty, kancel\u00e1\u0159e a slu\u017eby. V jedn\u00e9 z budov se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 tak\u00e9 s novou mate\u0159skou \u0161kolou.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00dazem\u00ed by z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u011blo b\u00fdt prakticky bez aut. A\u017e 99 procent voz\u016f by m\u011blo parkovat v gar\u00e1\u017e\u00edch, jedna z ulic bude dokonce vyhrazen\u00e1 jen pro chodce a cyklisty. \u00dazem\u00edm povedou tak\u00e9 dv\u011b p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed cyklostezky \u2013 jedna od budouc\u00ed Vltavsk\u00e9 filharmonie a\u017e do Stromovky, druh\u00e1 skrze cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed Bubn\u016f.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017e na novou podobu Nov\u00fdch Hole\u0161ovic bude hotov\u00e1 letos na podzim. Harmonogram dal\u0161\u00edch krok\u016f vzejde pr\u00e1v\u011b ze sout\u011b\u017ee, pokud by se poda\u0159ilo letos schv\u00e1lit metropolitn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, pak by se mohlo za\u010d\u00edt stav\u011bt u\u017e za \u010dty\u0159i a\u017e p\u011bt let.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstavbu bude m\u00edt na starosti spole\u010dnost Nov\u00e9 Hole\u0161ovice, co\u017e je spole\u010dn\u00fd podnik, kde byl zastoupen developer Karl\u00edn Group, CPI Radovana V\u00edtka a tak\u00e9 pra\u017esk\u00fd dopravn\u00ed podnik. Zm\u011bnilo se to letos v b\u0159eznu, kdy\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/kretinsky-vstupuje-do-podniku-s-vitkem-borenstein-z-karlin-group-mu-prodal-pozemky-v-holesovicich-1431380\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Karl\u00edn Group svou \u010d\u00e1st d\u00edlu prodala EP Real Estate Daniela K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00e9ho<\/a>.\u00a0Ten tak bude v Hole\u0161ovic\u00edch stav\u011bt spolu s CPI. Karl\u00edn Group se nyn\u00ed pod\u00edl\u00ed na dokon\u010den\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho workshopu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV roce 2020 jsme za\u010dali spolu s Pentou pracovat na urbanistick\u00e9 studii Florenc 21, tenkr\u00e1t nikdo nev\u011b\u0159il tomu, \u017ee se tam n\u011bco d\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b ud\u011blat. Te\u010f m\u00e1me za sebou architektonickou sout\u011b\u017e a je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee tam vznikne nov\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd prostor. Stejn\u00e9 je to i tady. C\u00edlem je, aby se n\u011bco opravdu hrozn\u00e9ho zm\u011bnilo v n\u011bco opravdu hezk\u00e9ho,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 k tomu n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice pat\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b k nejzanedban\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u016fm v Praze.
