Projekt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a hospod\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod do centr\u00e1ln\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality jejich likvidace v cel\u00e9 oblasti. Investorem stavby byl Magistr\u00e1t hl. m Prahy, zhotovitelem spole\u010dnost CH vodn\u00ed stavby a.s., provozovatelem bude PVK a.s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201eDokon\u010den\u00ed sb\u011bra\u010de H p\u0159edstavuje d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd krok v modernizaci pra\u017esk\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 infrastruktury. D\u00edky napojen\u00ed Doln\u00edch Po\u010dernic a B\u011bchovic na centr\u00e1ln\u00ed kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m jsme v t\u00e9to oblasti vytvo\u0159ili stabiln\u00ed a dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod. Projekt z\u00e1rove\u0148 otev\u00edr\u00e1 prostor pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti metropole,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro infrastrukturu Michal Hroza.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201eDokon\u010den\u00ed Kanaliza\u010dn\u00edho sb\u011bra\u010de H je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm miln\u00edkem pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj technick\u00e9 infrastruktury v Praze. Jde o investici, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed na prvn\u00ed pohled tolik vid\u011bt, ale m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro spolehliv\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b, ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed i budouc\u00ed rozvoj m\u011bsta. Jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee Praha pokra\u010duje v dlouhodob\u00fdch vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch projektech, kter\u00e9 posiluj\u00ed stabilitu a p\u0159ipravenost metropole do dal\u0161\u00edch let,\u201c sd\u011bluje Bohuslav Svoboda, prim\u00e1tor hl. m. Prahy.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>    Anketa<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1 Petr Pavel pr\u00e1vo jet na summit NATO s Babi\u0161em a Macinkou?<\/p>\n<p>hlasovalo: 4611 lid\u00ed<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tStavba byla realizov\u00e1na v nezastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed mezi ulic\u00ed Nad Rybn\u00edkem a are\u00e1lem p\u016fvodn\u00ed \u010cOV B\u011bchovice, mimo obytnou z\u00e1stavbu obou m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Nov\u00fd kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed sb\u011bra\u010d je napojen na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kanalizaci v ulici Nad Rybn\u00edkem a na kanaliza\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m navazuj\u00edc\u00ed na are\u00e1l \u010dist\u00edrny. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu bylo tak\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00ed \u010cOV B\u011bchovice a objektu \u010derpac\u00ed stanice v ulici Nad Rybn\u00edkem. Po demont\u00e1\u017ei technologick\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a demolici objekt\u016f byl prostor upraven, srovn\u00e1n a ozelen\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201eDokon\u010den\u00edm hlavn\u00edho kanaliza\u010dn\u00edho sb\u011bra\u010de se poda\u0159ilo odstranit dlouhodob\u00fd limit rozvoje B\u011bchovic, kter\u00fdm byla nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 kapacita m\u00edstn\u00ed \u010dist\u00edrny odpadn\u00edch vod. Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1me vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro dal\u0161\u00ed investice i rozvoj ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vybavenosti. Jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee se tento z\u00e1sadn\u00ed infrastrukturn\u00ed projekt poda\u0159ilo dot\u00e1hnout do \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho konce,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Ond\u0159ej Martan, starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha \u2013 B\u011bchovice.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tPodobn\u011b hodnot\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos projektu i veden\u00ed Doln\u00edch Po\u010dernic. \u201eNov\u00fd syst\u00e9m odv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed spla\u0161kov\u00fdch vod znamen\u00e1 nejen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed provozn\u00ed jistotu, ale tak\u00e9 ekologick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos. Odvod je nyn\u00ed gravita\u010dn\u011b veden mimo p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed pam\u00e1tku Po\u010dernick\u00fd rybn\u00edk p\u0159\u00edmo na \u00da\u010cOV. P\u0159idanou hodnotou je i nov\u00e1 cyklostezka pod\u00e9l Rokytky, kter\u00e1 roz\u0161i\u0159uje mo\u017enosti rekrea\u010dn\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed,\u201c dopl\u0148uje Zbyn\u011bk Richter, starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha \u2013 Doln\u00ed Po\u010dernice.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tV r\u00e1mci stavby byla vybudov\u00e1na nov\u00e1 obslu\u017en\u00e1 komunikace o d\u00e9lce p\u0159es jeden kilometr. Ta slou\u017e\u00ed pro \u00fadr\u017ebu kanalizace a z\u00e1rove\u0148, na z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u017eadavku obou m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, i jako cyklostezka propojuj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 tras v okol\u00ed. Pod\u00e9l komunikace byla vys\u00e1zena alej z 134 dub\u016f letn\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tZe stavebn\u00edho hlediska se jednalo o n\u00e1ro\u010dnou podzemn\u00ed liniovou stavbu. \u201eRealizace prob\u00edhala v ochrann\u00e9m p\u00e1smu zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed Po\u010dernick\u00e9ho rybn\u00edka a ve velmi slo\u017eit\u00fdch geologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch s v\u00fdskytem tekut\u00fdch p\u00edsk\u016f a vysokou hladinou podzemn\u00ed vody. Bylo nutn\u00e9 navrhnout a prov\u00e9st speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eelezobetonovou desku pod pokl\u00e1danou stokou a instalovat komplexn\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed s v\u00fdtlakem d\u00e9lky 750 metr\u016f. I p\u0159es tyto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky se poda\u0159ilo stavbu dokon\u010dit v po\u017eadovan\u00e9 kvalit\u011b,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Milan Pavli\u010d, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti CH vodn\u00ed stavby a.s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u010c\u00e1st kanaliza\u010dn\u00edho potrub\u00ed byla realizov\u00e1na v otev\u0159en\u00e9m pa\u017een\u00e9m v\u00fdkopu (640 m), zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fasek byl proveden bezv\u00fdkopovou technologi\u00ed mikrotunel\u00e1\u017ee (715 m), p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e jsou roury protla\u010dov\u00e1ny ze startovac\u00ed j\u00e1my do c\u00edlov\u00e9. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed minimalizovalo z\u00e1sahy do horninov\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed v bl\u00edzkosti chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed, omezilo vliv na proud\u011bn\u00ed podzemn\u00ed vody a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sn\u00ed\u017eilo rozsah z\u00e1bor\u016f, hlu\u010dnost i mno\u017estv\u00ed vznikl\u00e9ho odpadu.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tPolo\u017eeno bylo kameninov\u00e9 a betonov\u00e9 potrub\u00ed v profilech DN1000, DN800, DN500, DN400 a DN300 (DN ud\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br potrub\u00ed v mm). Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed realizace byla tak\u00e9 v\u00fdstavba odleh\u010dovac\u00ed komory, 24 revizn\u00edch \u0161achet, jedn\u00e9 hlubinn\u00e9 revizn\u00ed \u0161achty a t\u0159\u00ed spadi\u0161\u0165ov\u00fdch \u0161achet. Projekt zahrnoval rovn\u011b\u017e demolici \u010cS Doln\u00ed Po\u010dernice, demolici a revitalizaci objektu \u010cOV B\u011bchovice a rekonstrukci v\u00fdustn\u00edho objektu do \u0159eky Rokytky, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed charakter a odv\u00e1d\u00ed pouze de\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 pr\u016ftoky.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tZ\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00fadaje o stavb\u011b:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tCelkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady: 158 287 604,62 K\u010d bez DPH&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tDoba trv\u00e1n\u00ed stavby: 33 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tCelkov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka stavby: 1355 m<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t(z toho otev\u0159en\u00fd pa\u017een\u00fd v\u00fdkop: 640 m, mikrotunel\u00e1\u017e: 715 m)&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tNov\u00e1 obslu\u017en\u00e1 komunikace (cyklostezka): 1156 m&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tNov\u011b vys\u00e1zen\u00e1 alej: 134 sazenic dubu letn\u00edho&#13;<br \/>\n\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\tInvestor: Magistr\u00e1t hl. m.
