Leti\u0161t\u011b tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee bez n\u00ed za\u010dne nar\u00e1\u017eet na kapacitn\u00ed limity, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee znamenat zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed let\u016f nebo hor\u0161\u00ed dostupnost spoj\u016f. Nov\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha m\u00e1 naopak p\u0159in\u00e9st plynulej\u0161\u00ed provoz, v\u00edce destinac\u00ed i mo\u017enost omezit no\u010dn\u00ed lety. \u010c\u00e1st obc\u00ed a spolk\u016f ale varuje p\u0159ed hlukem a dal\u0161\u00edmi dopady, a proti rozhodnut\u00ed u\u017e pod\u00e1v\u00e1 odvol\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Leti\u0161t\u011b z\u00edskalo stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed pro paraleln\u00ed dr\u00e1hu po v\u00edce ne\u017e dvaceti letech p\u0159\u00edprav loni v prosinci. Projekt m\u00e1 pomoci zv\u00fd\u0161it kapacitu leti\u0161t\u011b, urychlit p\u0159\u00edlety a odlety nebo umo\u017enit no\u010dn\u00ed uzav\u00edrku. Dlouhodob\u011b preferuje trval\u00fd monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNyn\u00ed vy\u010dk\u00e1me na rozhodnut\u00ed nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho org\u00e1nu,\u201c uvedl \u0160anovec. U\u017e d\u0159\u00edve podle m\u00edstostarosty m\u011bsto po\u017eadovalo nap\u0159\u00edklad modernizaci \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b mezi Prahou a Kladnem nebo komunikaci Leti\u0161t\u011b Praha s obyvateli \u201eze samot\u201c mezi leti\u0161t\u011bm a \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dr\u00e1hou.<\/p>\n<p>Podm\u00ednky se za dvacet let zm\u011bnily<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0rozs\u00e1hlou kritikou vystupuje v\u016f\u010di nov\u00e9 leti\u0161tn\u00ed dr\u00e1ze dlouhodob\u011b i m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st Praha-Suchdol. S\u00a0projektem nesouhlas\u00ed a veden\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zavazuje tak\u00e9 podle starosty Petra Hejla (\u010dlen STAN zvolen\u00fd za SOS Suchdol) referendem z\u00a0roku 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRozhodnut\u00ed m\u00e1 umo\u017enit realizaci investice v hodnot\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 miliard korun, ani\u017e by leti\u0161t\u011b dolo\u017eilo re\u00e1lnou pot\u0159ebu nov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, vy\u010d\u00edslilo rozsah dopad\u016f na dot\u010den\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed nebo p\u0159edlo\u017eilo ucelenou ekonomickou anal\u00fdzu v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1klad\u016f na kompenzace,\u201c shrnuje v\u00fdhrady m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee proti rozhodnut\u00ed podala odvol\u00e1n\u00ed stejn\u011b jako Nebu\u0161ice, \u010cesk\u00e1 zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 univerzita, spolky z Prahy 6 nebo organizace Arnika.<\/p>\n<p>Kritizuje, \u017ee dokumentace EIA na projekt paraleln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy vych\u00e1z\u00ed z \u00fadaj\u016f okolo roku 2005. Podm\u00ednky leteck\u00e9ho provozu se v\u0161ak od t\u00e9 doby z\u00e1sadn\u011b zm\u011bnily. Prom\u011bnou pro\u0161la nap\u0159\u00edklad obsazenost letadel.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a v\u00edce obsazen\u00e1 letadla<\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0posunu podle m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti doch\u00e1z\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny trhu, n\u00e1stupu n\u00edzkon\u00e1kladov\u00fdch dopravc\u016f a tlaku na efektivitu. Data v\u0161ak ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee denn\u00ed kapacita nen\u00ed pln\u011b vyu\u017eita a prostor pro p\u0159esun let\u016f z noci do dne nebo v r\u00e1mci ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin mezi 22. a 24. hodinou existuje. Projekt je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 modernizace pra\u017esk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b. Leti\u0161t\u011b Praha u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve uvedlo, \u017ee spolu s vyd\u00e1n\u00edm \u00fazemn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed se otev\u00edr\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed etapa k realizaci kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1sti infrastruktury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eStavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad posunul t\u00edmto rozhodnut\u00edm projekt paraleln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy v\u00fdznamn\u011b vp\u0159ed. Je pro n\u00e1s z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, aby p\u0159\u00edprava projektu prob\u00edhala v souladu s ve\u0161ker\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi, environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi normami,\u201c <a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomickydenik.cz\/prazske-letiste-ma-zelenou-pro-druhou-drahu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">uvedl u\u017e v\u00a0prosinci <\/a>m\u00edstop\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva Leti\u0161t\u011b Praha Ji\u0159\u00ed Kraus. Odborn\u00fd t\u00fdm je podle n\u011bj p\u0159ipraven\u00fd i nad\u00e1le aktivn\u011b spolupracovat se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi stranami. Podle p\u016fvodn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f m\u011bla b\u00fdt ranvej zprovozn\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00a0roce 2028.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstavbu druh\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy u\u017e roky opakovan\u011b zpomaluj\u00ed podle Leti\u0161t\u011b Praha soudn\u00ed spory, nov\u00e9 legislativn\u00ed po\u017eadavky a tak\u00e9 nutnost doplnit nebo p\u0159epracovat dokumentaci mimo jin\u00e9 i podle p\u0159ipom\u00ednek dot\u010den\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f a ve\u0159ejnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Na hran\u011b kapacity<\/p>\n<p>Podle odborn\u00e9ho asistenta Davida \u0160ourka z Katedry technologie a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dopravy na Dopravn\u00ed fakult\u011b Jana Pernera Univerzity Pardubice (DFJP UPCE) z hlediska provozu sou\u010dasn\u00e1 kapacita leti\u0161t\u011b u\u017e nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na limity. <a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomickydenik.cz\/potrebuje-prazske-letiste-dalsi-ranvej\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">V prosinci uvedl<\/a>, \u017ee se ve \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch provoz pohybuje mezi 40 a\u017e 45 pohyby za hodinu, co\u017e je hranice kapacity jedin\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy. <\/p>\n<p>Popt\u00e1vka po leteck\u00e9 doprav\u011b v \u010cesku podle experta st\u00e1le roste, pokud se chce leti\u0161t\u011b vyhnout stagnaci a nechce nutit aerolinky k odlet\u016fm v m\u00e9n\u011b atraktivn\u00edch \u010dasech, je druh\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha podle n\u011bj logick\u00fdm krokem. Za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok Leti\u0161t\u011b V\u00e1clava Havla Praha odbavilo p\u0159es 17,8 milionu cestuj\u00edc\u00edch.
