Naopak v\u00fdnos zem\u011bd\u011blce je v\u00fdsledkem podnikatelsk\u00e9ho rizika, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na cen\u00e1ch komodit, po\u010das\u00ed a\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci,\u201c \u0159ekl specialista na zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 pozemky Tom\u00e1\u0161 V\u00e1lka. \u201eTato taktika slou\u017e\u00ed pouze k\u00a0vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed fale\u0161n\u00e9ho dojmu, \u017ee vlastn\u00edk na dr\u017een\u00ed p\u016fdy trat\u00ed, a\u00a0m\u011bl by ji proto co nejd\u0159\u00edve prodat,\u201c dodal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Podobn\u011b se vyjad\u0159uje i\u00a0Zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fd svaz \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. \u201eJe naprosto nesmysln\u00e9, \u017ee by zem\u011bd\u011blec dos\u00e1hl zisku 40\u00a0tis\u00edc korun z\u00a0jednoho hektaru. Na sv\u00e9m webu nab\u00edz\u00ed firma obr\u00e1zky z\u00a0fotobank a\u00a0podobenky p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed rukopis um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence. Za 20n\u00e1sobnou cenu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eZ\u00e1sadn\u00ed je nenechat se tla\u010dit do rychl\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed. Doporu\u010duji v\u017edy ov\u011b\u0159it tr\u017en\u00ed cenu z\u00a0v\u00edce zdroj\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b u\u00a0pozemk\u016f s\u00a0potenci\u00e1lem v\u00fdstavby doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rozd\u00edl\u016fm v\u00a0tr\u017en\u00ed cen\u011b,\u201c uvedl V\u00e1lka.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1t p\u0159ipravuje zm\u011bny<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">St\u00e1t je na spekulanty zat\u00edm kr\u00e1tk\u00fd.\u00a0Ministerstvo zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed p\u0159ipravuje legislativn\u00ed \u00fapravu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 omezit podhodnocen\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy p\u016fdy. \u201eZ\u00e1m\u011brem je zabr\u00e1nit spekulac\u00edm a\u00a0ochr\u00e1nit p\u016fdu prim\u00e1rn\u011b pro produkci potravin,\u201c uvedl mluv\u010d\u00ed ministerstva Vojt\u011bch B\u00edl\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Ve h\u0159e je nap\u0159\u00edklad zaveden\u00ed p\u0159edkupn\u00edho pr\u00e1va pro aktivn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blce. \u010casov\u00fd horizont takov\u00e9 regulace ov\u0161em zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jasn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">St\u00ed\u017enosti na nevy\u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9 \u010di n\u00e1tlakov\u00e9 nab\u00eddky odkupu nemovitosti registruje i\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e1 obchodn\u00ed inspekce. \u201eRo\u010dn\u011b obdr\u017e\u00edme jednotky pod\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se nab\u00eddek na odkup nemovitost\u00ed.
