Dopravce to dnes ozn\u00e1mil v <a href=\"https:\/\/regiojet.pl\/wazna-informacja\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b<\/a>, kde odchod vysv\u011btluje velk\u00fdmi tlaky proti firm\u011b na polsk\u00e9m trhu ze strany st\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV Polsku je byznys v doprav\u011b peklo,\u201c \u0159ekl den\u00edku Zdopravy.cz \u0161\u00e9f RegioJetu Radim Jan\u010dura. \u201eNemohu d\u00e1le ohro\u017eovat budoucnost spole\u010dnosti, kterou jsem zalo\u017eil ve sv\u00fdch 23 letech. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee za p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek budeme moci v budoucnu op\u011bt poskytovat na\u0161e slu\u017eby i v Polsku,\u201c uvedl v tiskov\u00e9m prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Firma pouk\u00e1zala na blokov\u00e1n\u00ed infrastruktury, omezen\u00ed prodeje j\u00edzdenek \u010di pred\u00e1torskou cenovou politiku st\u00e1tn\u00edho dopravce PKP Intercity. Tvrd\u00ed tak\u00e9, \u017ee j\u00ed nebylo umo\u017en\u011bno otev\u0159\u00edt prodejn\u00ed m\u00edsta na n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edch a musela ukon\u010dit marketingovou kampa\u0148 v n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePolsko je peklo. Upozor\u0148ovali m\u011b na to v\u0161ichni, kte\u0159\u00ed do Polska \u0161li, j\u00e1 jsem si ale \u0159\u00edkal, \u017ee Pol\u00e1ci konkurenci jist\u011b uv\u00edtaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee nyn\u00ed m\u00e1 v d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 doprav\u011b monopol st\u00e1tn\u00ed spole\u010dnost PKP, kv\u016fli \u010demu\u017e jsou v zemi j\u00edzdenky velmi drah\u00e9. P\u0159ekvapilo m\u011b ale, \u017ee \u00fatok PKP proti n\u00e1m je je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e to, co d\u011blaly \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy p\u0159ed patn\u00e1cti lety. Tak\u017ee jsme podali st\u00ed\u017enost na antimonopoln\u00ed org\u00e1ny,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edev\u010d\u00edrem Jan\u010dura <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euro.cz\/clanky\/polsko-je-peklo-statni-dopravce-pkp-proti-nam-utoci-vic-nez-ceske-drahy-pred-patnacti-lety-rika-sef-regiojetu-jancura\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">v rozhovoru pro Euro.cz.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>RegioJet v prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed popsal p\u0159\u00edstup, na jak\u00fd v Polsku narazil. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na prvn\u00ed j\u00edzdu byli pozv\u00e1ni z\u00e1stupci polsk\u00fdch ve\u0159ejnopr\u00e1vn\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed. Ti \u00fa\u010dast odm\u00edtli s od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00edm, \u017ee jako st\u00e1tn\u00ed m\u00e9dia mohou pozitivn\u011b informovat pouze o \u010dinnosti st\u00e1tn\u00edho dopravce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV dal\u0161\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ei jsme \u010delili \u0159ad\u011b krok\u016f, kter\u00e9 podle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru poru\u0161uj\u00ed z\u00e1sady f\u00e9rov\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee. Dominantn\u00ed, de facto monopoln\u00ed subjekt nese odpov\u011bdnost za spravedliv\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed trhu a nem\u016f\u017ee zt\u011b\u017eovat vstup nov\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f. Na zdrav\u00e9m trhu by m\u011bli p\u016fsobit alespo\u0148 t\u0159i konkurenti s podobn\u00fdm tr\u017en\u00edm pod\u00edlem,\u201c napsal dopravce.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f bylo podle RegioJetu chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed ve Var\u0161av\u011b. Dopravce p\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee u\u017e loni v srpnu vyhr\u00e1l aukci na koupi depa ve var\u0161avsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praga od PKP Cargo, p\u0159evod ale dosud nebyl dokon\u010den. Dopravce tak musel prov\u00e1d\u011bt opravy voz\u016f venku, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sahy zaji\u0161\u0165oval v \u010cesku.<\/p>\n<p>Nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd tlak dominantn\u00edho dopravce<\/p>\n<p>RegioJet d\u00e1le uvedl, \u017ee PKP Intercity po jeho vstupu na trh sn\u00ed\u017eily ceny j\u00edzdn\u00e9ho a\u017e o 70 procent oproti d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni. Firma to ozna\u010dila za nep\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd tlak dominantn\u00edho dopravce. Uvedla tak\u00e9, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od PKP Intercity ne\u010derp\u00e1 dotace a ani po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch nem\u00e1 uzav\u0159enou smlouvu na kompenzace za z\u00e1konn\u00e9 slevy pro vybran\u00e9 skupiny cestuj\u00edc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Konec na polsk\u00e9m trhu p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9, co tamn\u00ed \u00da\u0159ad pro \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravu (UTK) rozhodl, \u017ee se RegioJet dopustil u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed protipr\u00e1vn\u00edch praktik naru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edch kolektivn\u00ed z\u00e1jmy cestuj\u00edc\u00edch v \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed doprav\u011b. \u00da\u0159ad v souvislosti s rozhodnut\u00edm hrozil pokutou a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 2 % ro\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu.<\/p>\n<p>UTK \u0159e\u0161il RegioJet ve spojitosti s jeho d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm hromadn\u00fdm zru\u0161en\u00edm n\u011bkolika napl\u00e1novan\u00fdch vlak\u016f zanesen\u00fdch v j\u00edzdn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du. \u010cesk\u00fd soukrom\u00fd dopravce se na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli rozhodl zredukovat pl\u00e1ny a od nov\u00e9ho grafikonu vypravil m\u00e9n\u011b vlak\u016f, ne\u017e ofici\u00e1ln\u011b pl\u00e1noval. Vysv\u011btloval to organiza\u010dn\u00edmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/regiojet-porusil-prava-cestujicich-rozhodl-polsky-drazni-urad-278229\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">RegioJet poru\u0161il pr\u00e1va cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, rozhodl polsk\u00fd dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad<\/a><\/p>\n<p>V polovin\u011b b\u0159ezna uplynulo od vstupu RegioJetu na trh polsk\u00e9 vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed dopravy \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. 18. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vyjel prvn\u00ed \u017elut\u00fd vlak na trasu Krakov \u2013 Var\u0161ava. Nyn\u00ed jezd\u00ed polsk\u00e9 vlaky RegioJetu na tras\u00e1ch Krakov \u2013 Var\u0161ava \u2013 Gda\u0148sk \u2013 Gdyn\u011b, Var\u0161ava \u2013 Pozna\u0148 a Var\u0161ava \u2013 Ostrava \u2013 Praha. Jak \u0159ekl ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve den\u00edku Zdopravy.cz mluv\u010d\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Luk\u00e1\u0161 Kub\u00e1t, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 obsazenost vlak\u016f se pohybuje kolem 70 procent, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e d\u00e1le rostla.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny padaj\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Do budoucna cht\u011bl dopravce v zemi d\u00e1le r\u016fst, a to jak na vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edch, tak mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch tras\u00e1ch. Vedle relace Var\u0161ava \u2013 Pozna\u0148 \u2013 Vratislav cht\u011bl zav\u00e9st i spojen\u00ed z Var\u0161avy p\u0159es Pozna\u0148 do \u0160t\u011bt\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed doprav\u011b p\u0159ipravujeme projekty jako Var\u0161ava \u2013 Pozna\u0148 \u2013 Berl\u00edn nebo Var\u0161ava \u2013 Ostrava \u2013 V\u00edde\u0148, jejich\u017e spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak bude z\u00e1viset na schvalovac\u00edch procesech a kapacit\u011b infrastruktury,\u201c tvrdil d\u0159\u00edve Kub\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny na expanzi nyn\u00ed padaj\u00ed. Vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed linky Krakov \u2013 Var\u0161ava \u2013 Gdyn\u011b a Pozna\u0148 \u2013 Var\u0161ava skon\u010d\u00ed 3. kv\u011btna. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1 dopravce o zru\u0161en\u00ed spoj\u016f po tomto datu informovat je\u0161t\u011b dnes prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm SMS nebo e-mailu. Pen\u00edze za j\u00edzdenky slibuje vr\u00e1tit nejpozd\u011bji do 15. dubna, sou\u010dasn\u011b nab\u00eddne i kompenzaci 100 zlot\u00fdch. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spoje P\u0159emy\u0161l \u2013 Krakov \u2013 Praha a Var\u0161ava \u2013 Praha budou pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eRegioJet z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u011b silnou spole\u010dnost\u00ed a realizuje rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 investice do nov\u00fdch vozidel pro obsluhu dotovan\u00fdch linek v \u010cesku. Do budoucna jsme p\u0159ipraveni investovat miliardy zlot\u00fdch i na polsk\u00e9m trhu. Nad\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee vznikne transparentn\u00ed harmonogram sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed, v nich\u017e bude n\u011bkolik dopravc\u016f sout\u011b\u017eit o nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadovanou kompenzaci a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalitu.
