Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch dat \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu (\u010cS\u00da).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 produkce v \u00fanoru <a href=\"https:\/\/csu.gov.cz\/produkty\/pru_cr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostla o 1,3 procenta<\/a>, po lednov\u00e9m revidovan\u00e9m r\u016fstu o 2,7 procenta. Mezim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b se zv\u00fd\u0161ila rovn\u011b\u017e o 1,3 procenta. \u201eR\u016fst pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby v \u00fanoru pokra\u010doval. Ke kladn\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku nejv\u00edce p\u0159isp\u011bly kovozpracuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010di automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Z\u00e1porn\u00fdm sm\u011brem v\u00fdvoj nejv\u00edce ovlivnila v\u00fdroba elekt\u0159iny a plynu, kde se projevily zejm\u00e9na pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 odst\u00e1vky v n\u011bkter\u00fdch elektr\u00e1rn\u00e1ch,\u201c uvedl \u0159editel p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho odboru \u010cS\u00da Radek Mat\u011bjka.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnota nov\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek v pr\u016fmyslu meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostla o 1,6 procenta, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e zahrani\u010dn\u00ed zak\u00e1zky stouply o 2,5 procenta a tuzemsk\u00e9 naopak m\u00edrn\u011b klesly o 0,3 procenta. Mezim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b ale objem zak\u00e1zek klesl o \u0161est procent, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli vysok\u00e9 srovn\u00e1vac\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u011b z ledna v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. \u201eMeziro\u010dn\u00ed r\u016fst hodnoty nov\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek v pr\u016fmyslu nejv\u00edce ovlivnilo odv\u011btv\u00ed v\u00fdroby stroj\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde p\u0159ibyly zak\u00e1zky sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad do energetiky nebo do stavebnictv\u00ed,\u201c uvedla Veronika Dole\u017ealov\u00e1 z \u010cS\u00da. Naopak pokles zaznamenaly zak\u00e1zky v automobilov\u00e9m, chemick\u00e9m, pap\u00edrensk\u00e9m a textiln\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fmysl z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00e1l sni\u017euje po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. V \u00fanoru se stavebn\u00ed produkce meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 4,1 procenta a mezim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b o 0,8 procenta. Hlavn\u00edm tahounem bylo pozemn\u00ed stavitelstv\u00ed, tedy v\u00fdstavba budov, kter\u00e9 vzrostlo o 7,8 procenta. In\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 stavitelstv\u00ed, zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad dopravn\u00ed \u010di energetickou infrastrukturu, naopak kleslo o 5,5 procenta.<\/p>\n<p>R\u016fst stavebnictv\u00ed podpo\u0159ila i siln\u00e1 bytov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba. \u00da\u0159ady v \u00fanoru vydaly 4676 stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed, meziro\u010dn\u011b o 6,6 procenta v\u00edce. Podlahov\u00e1 plocha nov\u00fdch budov se zv\u00fd\u0161ila zhruba o p\u011btinu. \u201eZa \u00fanorov\u00fdm r\u016fstem po\u010dtu vydan\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed st\u00e1la nov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bytov\u00fdch budov a tomu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 i p\u011btinov\u00fd r\u016fst podlahov\u00e9 plochy nov\u00fdch budov,\u201c uvedla Petra Cu\u0159\u00ednov\u00e1 z \u010cS\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det zah\u00e1jen\u00fdch byt\u016f vzrostl meziro\u010dn\u011b o 45,9 procenta na 3923, dokon\u010deno bylo 3222 byt\u016f, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje zhruba p\u011btinov\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst. R\u016fst byl patrn\u00fd p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanost ve stavebnictv\u00ed naopak rostla. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd eviden\u010dn\u00ed po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se zv\u00fd\u0161il o dv\u011b procenta a jejich pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda meziro\u010dn\u011b vzrostla o 2,8 procenta.<\/p>\n<p>Data tak ukazuj\u00ed rozd\u00edln\u00fd v\u00fdvoj dvou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch sektor\u016f \u010desk\u00e9 ekonomiky \u2013 zat\u00edmco pr\u016fmysl ztr\u00e1c\u00ed tempo, stavebnictv\u00ed se op\u00edr\u00e1 o silnou popt\u00e1vku, zejm\u00e9na v oblasti bytov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby.<\/p>\n<p>Soukrom\u00ed je nov\u00fd luxus.
