Podle p\u0159edsedy N\u00e1rodn\u00ed rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 rady Mojm\u00edra Hampla a\u00a0jeho vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cT se \u010desk\u00e9 finance podle propo\u010dt\u016f k\u00a0t\u00e9to hranici dostanou kolem roku 2030.\u00a0Nyn\u00ed je dluh p\u0159es 43\u00a0procent HDP. P\u0159i p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed limitu by m\u011bla vl\u00e1da sn\u00ed\u017eit dluh, zmrazit v\u00fddaje a\u00a0p\u0159edlo\u017eit vyrovnan\u00fd \u010di p\u0159ebytkov\u00fd rozpo\u010det. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Ministr Bedn\u00e1rik zm\u00ednil \u0158ecko, tam byl podle dostupn\u00fdch lo\u0148sk\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f Eurostatu, citovan\u00fdch nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dasopisem Forbes, dluh financ\u00ed u\u017e p\u0159es 150\u00a0procent, Francie p\u0159ekro\u010dila 114\u00a0procent, It\u00e1lie se dostala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na 138\u00a0procent a\u00a0nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0160pan\u011blsko na 103\u00a0procenta. \u201eTo jsou odstra\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady, kter\u00fdm se m\u00e1 st\u00e1t br\u00e1nit,\u201c varoval Hampl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">O pen\u011bz\u00edch na v\u00fdstavbu vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed by m\u011bla Unie rozhodnout do l\u00e9ta. \u201eNep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee by pen\u00edze nedopadly, EU to mysl\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u011b, kdy\u017e vid\u00edte, co se d\u011bje s\u00a0palivy, tak je preference soust\u0159edit se na elektrifikovanou formu dopravy. To, co bylo p\u0159edjedn\u00e1no, tak jsem byl uji\u0161t\u011bn, v\u00a0tom se pokra\u010duje,\u201c uvedl Bedn\u00e1rik.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Vysokorychlostn\u00ed trat\u011b se postupn\u011b projektuj\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ve st\u0159edn\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch u\u017e ale vznikl probl\u00e9m s\u00a0vyty\u010denou trasou, kter\u00fd \u0159e\u0161\u00ed soudy. \u201eV oblasti pobl\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1dr\u017ee Vrchlice se odvolal spolek proti trase a\u00a0usp\u011bl. D\u00edky mo\u017en\u00fdm rychlostem a\u017e 320\u00a0kilometr\u016f v\u00a0hodin\u011b by m\u011bly p\u0159in\u00e9st rychlej\u0161\u00ed propojen\u00ed velk\u00fdch \u010desk\u00fdch m\u011bst i\u00a0napojen\u00ed na sousedn\u00ed st\u00e1ty.
