Boj o n\u00e1vrat semafor\u016f v p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b pokra\u010duje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Na pra\u017esk\u00e9m Strossmayerov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed vznikla v budouc\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b dle posti\u017een\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 past.                                    <\/p>\n<p>Pra\u017esk\u00e9 Strossmayerovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se u\u017e od roku 2024 postupn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed v p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3nu. V\u0161echny \u010dty\u0159i tamn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky MHD jsou u\u017e bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9, omezen byl provoz automobil\u016f jak na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, tak v bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Po stavebn\u00edch \u00faprav\u00e1ch zmizely u\u017e loni z n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed i semafory s akustick\u00fdm varov\u00e1n\u00edm chodc\u016f. Krok m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 7 vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed vyvolal odpor zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee siln\u00fd tramvajov\u00fd provoz je pro handicapovan\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159ej\u00edt ulici nebezpe\u010dnou past\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vznikla petice \u017e\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1vrat semafor\u016f, kterou podepsalo n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek lid\u00ed. Radnice v\u0161ak s navr\u00e1cen\u00edm semafor\u016f nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a argumentuje, \u017ee na vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b budou m\u00edt v\u0161ichni chodci p\u0159ednost.<\/p>\n<p>Podle autora petice Franti\u0161ka \u0160uransk\u00e9ho v\u0161ak absence semafor\u016f se zvukov\u00fdm v\u00fdstupem vylu\u010duje osoby se zdravotn\u00edm omezen\u00edm z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru. \u201eTakov\u00fd stav je v rozporu s \u00damluvou OSN o pr\u00e1vech osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, zejm\u00e9na s \u010dl\u00e1nkem dev\u011bt P\u0159\u00edstupnost, kter\u00e1 je pro \u010cesko pr\u00e1vn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e1,\u201c sd\u011blil \u0160uransk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b je lid\u00e9 nerespektuj\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Starosta Prahy 7 Jan \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd v reakci na petici napsal, \u017ee v dob\u011b, kdy je\u0161t\u011b automobily po n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed jezdily, semafory na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed polovina chodc\u016f nerespektovala. Semafory ov\u0161em zpo\u017e\u010fovaly tramvaje, kter\u00e9 je respektovat musely.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eK tomu je\u0161t\u011b lid\u00e9 s pohybov\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm nest\u00edhali na zelenou p\u0159ej\u00edt a dost\u00e1vali se mezi tramvaje a auta. Prodlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zelen\u00e9 pak vedlo k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed tramvaj\u00ed. Proto byly semafory vyp\u00edn\u00e1ny ka\u017ed\u00e9 odpoledne a\u017e do r\u00e1na a o v\u00edkendech,\u201c uvedl \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Dodal, \u017ee b\u011bhem sedmi let, kdy doch\u00e1zelo k vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed semafor\u016f, radnice nikdy \u017e\u00e1dnou st\u00ed\u017enost ze strany lid\u00ed se zrakov\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm nezaznamenala.<\/p>\n<p>Peti\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdbor v\u0161ak za n\u00e1vrat semafor\u016f bojuje d\u00e1l. Na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1dal ve\u0159ejnou akci, kde si lid\u00e9 mohli vyzkou\u0161et pohyb v m\u00edst\u011b se zakryt\u00fdm zrakem za pomoci b\u00edl\u00e9 hole nebo na invalidn\u00edm voz\u00edku. Jeho z\u00e1stupci se nav\u00edc pravideln\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed zased\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdboru pro dopravu na magistr\u00e1tu, kde opakovan\u011b za n\u00e1vrat semafor\u016f bojuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ani na And\u011blu probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Na b\u0159eznov\u00e9m zased\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak na vznesen\u00fd dotaz, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit rychlost tramvaj\u00ed v k\u0159i\u017eovatce na pouh\u00fdch 10 km\/h, reagoval p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd technick\u00fd \u0159editel DPP Jan \u0160urovsk\u00fd hodn\u011b jednozna\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV kolejov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00edch se tramvaje pohybuj\u00ed rychlost\u00ed 15 km\/h, tedy je\u0161t\u011b o 5 km\/h m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b. Po\u017eadovan\u00e1 rychlost 10 km\/h je pro pohyb ve m\u011bst\u011b nesmysl, ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava by nebyla konkurenceschopn\u00e1,\u201c uvedl \u0160urovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Dodal, \u017ee s n\u00e1hl\u00fdm vstupem chodce do j\u00edzdn\u00ed dr\u00e1hy \u0159idi\u010di mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat. \u201e\u0158idi\u010di tramvaj\u00ed maj\u00ed reakci hned, nejsou to hloup\u00ed lid\u00e9. Kdyby se probl\u00e9my d\u011bly, tak je \u0159e\u0161me. Na Strossmayerov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se v\u0161ak ned\u011bj\u00ed,\u201c dodal \u0160urovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st pak argumentoval situac\u00ed na And\u011blu, kde je obdobn\u00e1 p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3na bez semafor\u016f. \u201eKonfigurace s pohybem aut je zde obdobn\u00e1, ale na And\u011blu je mnohem v\u00edce chodc\u016f a provoz tramvaj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nepamatuji se, \u017ee by se u And\u011bla n\u011bco stalo, respektovanost ze strany chodc\u016f je zde zna\u010dn\u00e1,\u201c uzav\u0159el \u0160urovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Starosta \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se radnice domluvila s dopravn\u00edm podnikem na tom, \u017ee \u0159idi\u010di tramvaj\u00ed budou vn\u00edmat stejn\u011b jako na ostatn\u00edch k\u0159i\u017eovatk\u00e1ch v Praze stisknut\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho ovlada\u010de, kter\u00fdm b\u00fdvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 se zrakov\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm vybaveni (VPN).<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePojedou v takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b mnohem pomaleji, ne\u017e je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed dovolen\u00e1 rychlost p\u0159es v\u00fdhybky 15 km\/h, tedy pojedou skute\u010dn\u011b krokem,\u201c dodal \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V l\u00e9t\u011b se pak ze Strossmayerova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed stane ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3na, kde m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 vozidlo povinnost p\u0159ed chodcem i zastavit.
