A\u010dkoliv je v\u00a0n\u011bm rychlost zna\u010dkou \u201eP\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3na\u201c upravena na 20\u00a0kilometr\u016f v\u00a0hodin\u011b, \u010dasto se nedodr\u017euje. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Na nebezpe\u010d\u00ed upozornila <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irozhlas.cz\/zpravy-domov\/otres-mozku-a-poskozeni-patere-zizkovsky-tunel-je-zivotu-nebezpecny-varuje-zena_2603250700_kvr\" class=\"e_n\">server iRozhlas<\/a> \u017eena, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0tunelu po st\u0159etu s\u00a0cyklistou utrp\u011bla v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed. Kolo do n\u00ed narazilo zezadu, \u017eena se po p\u00e1du ude\u0159ila do hlavy, z\u00a0nehody si odnesla ot\u0159es mozku a\u00a0poran\u011bn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. Ke kolizi do\u0161lo ve vy\u00fast\u011bn\u00ed tunelu v\u00a0Karl\u00edn\u011b, kde se cesta sva\u017euje. Policie b\u0159eznovou nehodu v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b prov\u011b\u0159uje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Na nep\u0159ehlednost a\u00a0nebezpe\u010d\u00ed tunelu upozor\u0148uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jej vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Vojt\u011bch, kter\u00fd bydl\u00ed na \u017di\u017ekov\u011b, j\u00edm chod\u00ed i\u00a0proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed na kole, za problematickou pova\u017euje \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku tunelu i\u00a0sm\u00ed\u0161enou stezku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201ePokud se v\u0161ichni navz\u00e1jem respektuj\u00ed a\u00a0v\u011bd\u00ed o\u00a0sob\u011b, nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m se vyhnout. V\u00a0tunelu je v\u0161ak probl\u00e9mem mix rychle jedouc\u00edch cyklist\u016f a\u00a0p\u011b\u0161\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed se motaj\u00ed od strany ke stran\u011b,\u201c popsal pro Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Kritick\u00fd je podle n\u011bj v\u00fdjezd v\u00a0Karl\u00edn\u011b, kde k\u00a0ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 nehod\u011b do\u0161lo. \u201eKola zde jezd\u00ed hodn\u011b rychle a\u00a0chodci k\u0159\u00ed\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdchod\u00a0tunelu zprava doleva, ani\u017e by se d\u00edvali za sebe. Osobn\u011b si v\u00a0tomto \u00faseku jako chodec d\u00e1v\u00e1m velk\u00fd pozor a\u00a0kouk\u00e1m se za sebe do tunelu, zda n\u011bkdo nejede. Jako cyklista zde jezd\u00edm hodn\u011b pomalu a\u00a0sna\u017e\u00edm se p\u0159edv\u00eddat pohyb chodc\u016f,\u201c \u0159ekl Vojt\u011bch.<\/p>\n<p>V tunelu se zranil i\u00a0cyklista<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">S problematick\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm cyklist\u016f se p\u0159i pr\u016fchodu tunelem opakovan\u011b setkal tak\u00e9 V\u00e1clav Han\u017el. \u201eU v\u011bt\u0161iny cyklist\u016f jedouc\u00edch tunelem dol\u016f vn\u00edm\u00e1m jejich rychlost jako nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou. Sly\u0161\u00edm je v\u017edy u\u017e z\u00a0d\u00e1lky,\u201c vyl\u00ed\u010dil svou zku\u0161enost. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V tunelu je proto Han\u017el obez\u0159etn\u00fd. \u201eV\u017edy se aktivn\u011b sna\u017e\u00edm zabr\u00e1nit nehod\u011b, zkou\u0161\u00edm b\u00fdt na stran\u011b a\u00a0nep\u0159edch\u00e1zet pomalej\u0161\u00ed chodce, kdy\u017e \u010dek\u00e1m jejich pr\u016fjezd,\u201c uvedl. Sv\u011bdkem st\u0159etu pr\u00fd zat\u00edm nebyl, zm\u00ednil v\u0161ak, \u017ee k\u00a0n\u011bmu n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t nebylo daleko.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">M\u011bs\u00edc star\u00fd incident nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m do\u0161lo ke zran\u011bn\u00ed. Policist\u00e9 nehodu zaznamenali i\u00a0loni v\u00a0\u010dervnu. \u201eCyklista na elektrokole nep\u0159izp\u016fsobil rychlost a\u00a0v levoto\u010div\u00e9 zat\u00e1\u010dce, aby zabr\u00e1nil st\u0159etu se zd\u00ed tunelu, strhl \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b spadl na zem,\u201c popsal redakci mluv\u010d\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 policie Jan Dan\u011bk. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Cyklista byl z\u00a0m\u00edsta hav\u00e1rie p\u0159evezen k\u00a0o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed na chirurgii, za bezohlednou j\u00edzdu dostal pokutu v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech stovek korun. Dal\u0161\u00ed incidenty v\u00a0tunelu policie v\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m a\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce ne\u0159e\u0161ila.  <\/p>\n<p>Sn\u00ed\u017eit rychlost a\u00a0nasadit policejn\u00ed hl\u00eddky<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Problematick\u00fd tunel vyvolal debatu i\u00a0v\u00a0koment\u00e1\u0159\u00edch pod <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/michal.vronsky.praha3\/posts\/pfbid02eF9ftaYEZuUVNWxZDdU3Uwi1Tj6wCJxa2xmm3fsLQGE35WB3yenc7R4HfGbe3DRrl\" class=\"e_n\">p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem na facebooku<\/a> starosty Prahy 3\u00a0Michala Vronsk\u00e9ho (TOP 09). Komentuj\u00edc\u00ed navrhovali r\u016fzn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, mezi nimi z\u00e1kaz vjezdu cyklist\u016fm, odd\u011blen\u00ed stezek pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0kola \u010di instalaci zpomalovac\u00edch prah\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">M\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st\u00a0se podle starosty Vronsk\u00e9ho situaci v\u00a0tunelu v\u011bnuje ji\u017e od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edjna. Vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed od t\u00e9 doby hled\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0\u00fa\u0159ady spravuj\u00edc\u00edmi komunikace a\u00a0polici\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V\u00a0t\u00fddnu od 13.\u00a0dubna na m\u00edst\u011b do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159ibude cedule sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolenou rychlost na 10\u00a0kilometr\u016f v\u00a0hodin\u011b. \u201eBu\u010f to tak z\u016fstane i\u00a0nad\u00e1le, nebo se zvol\u00ed jin\u00e9 vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil dal\u0161\u00ed postup tiskov\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed Prahy 3\u00a0Petr Hrab\u00e1\u0148. Doplnil, \u017ee se prozat\u00edm jedn\u00e1 pouze o\u00a0preventivn\u00ed, nevymahateln\u00fd z\u00e1sah.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Mo\u017enosti, jak provoz v\u00a0tunelu upravit, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 radn\u00ed pro dopravu Prahy 8\u00a0Martin Jedli\u010dka (Spole\u010dn\u011b pro Prahu 8).\u00a0A\u010dkoliv je stavba v\u00a0gesci Prahy 3, kritick\u00fd sjezd vede pr\u00e1v\u011b do Karl\u00edna. \u201eS ohledem na ned\u00e1vnou v\u00e1\u017enou nehodu v\u00a0\u017di\u017ekovsk\u00e9m tunelu pova\u017eujeme za nutn\u00e9 situaci \u0159e\u0161it. Je nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9, aby n\u011bkdo bezohlednou a\u00a0agresivn\u00ed j\u00edzdou na kole ohro\u017eoval chodce,\u201c uvedl.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Na nutnosti rychlost v\u00a0tunelu sn\u00ed\u017eit trvale se shoduj\u00ed ob\u011b m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, probl\u00e9m je v\u0161ak hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00edho dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u011bstsk\u00e1 policie toti\u017e nem\u00e1 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed rychlost m\u011b\u0159it. Vronsk\u00fd proto v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jedn\u00e1 s\u00a0Polici\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. \u201eV tunelu by n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t do roka do\u0161lo ke kontroln\u00ed akci dopravn\u00ed policie, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla i\u00a0preventivn\u00ed efekt,\u201c vysv\u011btlil, jak chce p\u0159\u00edkaz vym\u00e1hat. Souhlas policie s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed na t\u011bchto akc\u00edch v\u0161ak zat\u00edm nem\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Zav\u00e9st v\u00a0tunelu dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed je podle Vronsk\u00e9ho slo\u017eit\u00e9. Mezi n\u00e1vrhy u\u017e se objevilo nap\u0159\u00edklad rozd\u011blen\u00ed tunelu na odd\u011blen\u00e9 pruhy pro chodce a\u00a0cyklisty. \u201eM\u00e1me v\u0161ak negativn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, nap\u0159\u00edklad na N\u00e1plavce po jejich zaveden\u00ed do\u0161lo k\u00a0mnoha vyhrocen\u00fdm situac\u00edm, n\u011bkdy i\u00a0k fyzick\u00fdm poty\u010dk\u00e1m,\u201c vysv\u011btlil starosta. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Vronsk\u00fd si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee vlastn\u00ed pruh by cyklisty v\u00edce motivoval ke zrychlov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ze zpomalovac\u00edch prah\u016f, o\u00a0kter\u00fdch se tak\u00e9 uva\u017eovalo, by si podle n\u011bj cyklist\u00e9 zase mohli d\u011blat skok\u00e1nky. Starosta se nep\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00ed ani k\u00a0variant\u011b, \u017ee by cyklist\u00e9 v\u00a0tunelu z\u00a0kola sesedli a\u00a0museli ho v\u00e9st. Skrze stavbu toti\u017e vede p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed cyklostezka.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zivot-v-cesku-bezpecny-odstup-pri-predjizdeni-musi-dodrzovat-i-cykliste-rozhodl-soud-294622\" class=\"e_n f_lY\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"2665\"   width=\"4738\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/shutterstock-1489910201.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Kdy p\u0159esn\u011b k\u00a0trval\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v\u00a0tunelu dojde, zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jist\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rychlosti, je nejprve pot\u0159eba projednat s\u00a0dopravn\u00ed polici\u00ed, stanovit jej pak mus\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad. \u201eNev\u00edm, jak rychle dok\u00e1\u017ee odbor dopravy magistr\u00e1tu toto opat\u0159en\u00ed stanovit, mysl\u00edm v\u0161ak, \u017ee je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed realizovateln\u00e9 zhruba za m\u011bs\u00edc a\u00a0p\u016fl,\u201c doplnil starosta Prahy 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rychlosti v\u00a0tunelu m\u00e1 ji\u017e v\u00a0programu komise magistr\u00e1tu pro cyklistickou dopravu, p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed t\u00fdden o\u00a0n\u011bm bude s\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi jednat.<\/p>\n<p><img height=\"400\"   width=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/tady-zijeme.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/>Foto: Jakub \u0160imandl, Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Projekt Seznam Zpr\u00e1v ke komun\u00e1ln\u00edm volb\u00e1m 2026\u00a0Tady \u017eijeme mapuje, jak m\u011bsta a\u00a0obce skute\u010dn\u011b funguj\u00ed\u00a0\u2013\u00a0od Prahy, Brna \u010di Ostravy a\u017e po mal\u00e9 vesnice.
