Vypsan\u00fd tendr pokryje i Kutnou Horu-m\u011bsto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed radn\u00ed schv\u00e1lili vyps\u00e1n\u00ed tendru na dopravce, kter\u00fd zajist\u00ed n\u00e1kup bateriov\u00fdch jednotek.                                    <\/p>\n<p>Praha a St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj u\u010dinily dal\u0161\u00ed krok k zah\u00e1jen\u00ed provozu akutrolejov\u00fdch jednotek v syst\u00e9mu Pra\u017esk\u00e9 integrovan\u00e9 dopravy (PID). Pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed radn\u00ed v pond\u011bl\u00ed schv\u00e1lili vyps\u00e1n\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed provozu region\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy na tzv. Pos\u00e1zavsk\u00e9m Pacifiku na 15 let. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s vozidly kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed provoz pod trolejemi a na baterie mimo elektrifikovan\u00e9 trat\u011b (BEMU).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edt\u011bz sout\u011b\u017ee nav\u00e1\u017ee na kon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed smlouvu s \u010cesk\u00fdmi drahami platnou do prosince 2029. Princip tendru je stejn\u00fd jako u sout\u011b\u017ee na kapacitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00e9 jednotky EMU400. Sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed se dopravce, kter\u00fd pak zajist\u00ed i jednotky.<\/p>\n<p>Praha a St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 13 a\u017e 15 jednotek BEMU145, tedy s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitou 145 m\u00edst k sezen\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u011b se p\u0159itom zva\u017eoval n\u00e1kup a\u017e 30 jednotek. Z bal\u00ed\u010dku trat\u00ed v\u0161ak vypadly spoje Praha \u2013 Neratovice \u2013 M\u011bln\u00edk, kter\u00e9 nez\u00edskaly evropsk\u00e9 dota\u010dn\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tato linka se tak podle n\u00e1m\u011bstka prim\u00e1tora Jarom\u00edra Ber\u00e1nka bude \u0159e\u0161it zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165. \u201eKolem roku 2033 bychom se i na t\u00e9to trati v pln\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e mohli do\u010dkat elektrizace a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i nasazen\u00ed \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00fdch jednotek,\u201c dodal Ber\u00e1nek na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci.<\/p>\n<p>V tendru se jedn\u00e1 o svazek dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch linek S8 a S88, kter\u00fd bude dopln\u011bn ve v\u00edkendov\u00e9m provozu je\u0161t\u011b linkou T41, kter\u00e1 bude jezdit pouze v pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e9m nebo v sez\u00f3nn\u00edm provozu.<\/p>\n<p>Bateriov\u00e9 jednotky tak zam\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na tra\u0165 Praha hl.n. \u2013 Vran\u00e9 nad Vltavou \u2013 \u010cer\u010dany \/ \u010cisovice (pop\u0159. Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161). Jde o tra\u0165, kter\u00e1 bude do budoucna \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b elektrizov\u00e1na.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV t\u011bch zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch budeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat energii z bateri\u00ed jednotek, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me kombinace v\u00fdhod jak ekologick\u00e9ho elektrick\u00e9ho nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 energie s vyu\u017eit\u00edm principu rekuperace v t\u011bch \u00fasec\u00edch, kde vlaky pojedou z kopce,\u201c popsal Ber\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1kladn\u00edm provozu se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s nasazen\u00edm ve \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9m intervalu t\u0159icet minut, do budoucna by mohl b\u00fdt dle radn\u00edho zkr\u00e1cen a\u017e na patn\u00e1ct minut ve frekventovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010dasech dne.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e1 linka<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e1 linka T41 zam\u00ed\u0159\u00ed a\u017e do stanice Kutn\u00e1 Hora-m\u011bsto, kter\u00e1 v sou\u010dasnosti p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdmi vlaky z Prahy obslou\u017eena nen\u00ed. \u201eChceme nab\u00eddnout jak Pra\u017ean\u016fm i zahrani\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016fm atraktivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed do tohoto jedine\u010dn\u00e9ho m\u011bsta,\u201c popsal Ber\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>Turist\u016fm se tak usnadn\u00ed cesta do centra m\u011bsta. Nutno dodat, \u017ee bateriov\u00e1 trakce se zde vyu\u017eije jen na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dvou kilometrech, tra\u0165 z Prahy na kutnohorsk\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed je toti\u017e elektrifikov\u00e1na u\u017e nyn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na 15 let provozu, po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed souprav a servisu dosahuj\u00ed 15,78 miliardy K\u010d bez DPH. Pod\u00edl Prahy \u010din\u00ed necel\u00fdch \u0161est miliard, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1klad\u016f tak pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj. Ro\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed v\u00fdkon na \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy bude v rozsahu necel\u00fdch p\u016fl milionu vlakov\u00fdch kilometr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e loni oba organiz\u00e1to\u0159i ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy Ropid a IDSK provedli p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed konzultace. Podle nich pak stanovili podm\u00ednky sout\u011b\u017ee. Cht\u011bli se tak vyhnout situaci, kdy nap\u0159\u00edklad vozidla m\u016f\u017ee dodat jedin\u00fd v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<p>Kraj u\u017e sout\u011b\u017e schv\u00e1lil<\/p>\n<p>Dopravce bude vybr\u00e1n v r\u00e1mci otev\u0159en\u00e9ho nab\u00eddkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s jedn\u00e1n\u00edm, realizovan\u00e9ho formou spole\u010dn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fdm krajem, kter\u00fd ji\u017e sv\u016fj souhlas se z\u00e1m\u011brem vyslovil. Hlavn\u00edm zadavatelem zak\u00e1zky je Praha.<\/p>\n<p>Nab\u00eddky budou podle organiz\u00e1tor\u016f hodnoceny na z\u00e1klad\u011b nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pom\u011bru nab\u00eddkov\u00e9 ceny a kvality. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd term\u00edn zah\u00e1jen\u00ed nab\u00eddkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je kv\u011bten a\u017e \u010derven 2026.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava zad\u00e1vac\u00ed dokumentace prob\u00edh\u00e1 podle Ropidu v \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci obou kraj\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00e9ho expertn\u00edho t\u00fdmu, kter\u00fd sou\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159ipravuje a realizuje sout\u011b\u017e na velkokapacitn\u00ed jednotky EMU 400. \u201eDo t\u00fdmu jsou zapojeni z\u00e1stupci organizac\u00ed ROPID a IDSK, extern\u00ed odborn\u00edci, administr\u00e1to\u0159i a z\u00e1stupci advok\u00e1tn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpravu zak\u00e1zky monitoruje Transparency International \u2013 \u010cesk\u00e1 republika,\u201c uvedl mluv\u010d\u00ed Ropidu Filip Dr\u00e1pal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVelk\u00fd d\u016fraz klademe na kvalitu p\u0159\u00edpravy sout\u011b\u017ee, srozumitelnost zad\u00e1vac\u00edch podm\u00ednek a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed otev\u0159enost v\u016f\u010di trhu. P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed konzultace s v\u00fdrobci vozidel n\u00e1m umo\u017enily nastavit realistick\u00e9 technick\u00e9 i kvalitativn\u00ed po\u017eadavky,\u201c doplnil Petr
