Pod povrchem se ale podle odborn\u00edk\u016f rozev\u00edraj\u00ed n\u016f\u017eky mezi bohat\u00fdmi a chud\u00fdmi, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v budoucnu z\u00e1sadn\u011b prom\u011bnit podobu m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p>V evropsk\u00e9m srovn\u00e1n\u00ed je Praha zat\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161 v\u00fdjimkou ne\u017e pravidlem. Zat\u00edmco metropole jako Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017e, Lond\u00fdn nebo Brusel jsou u\u017e dnes jasn\u011b rozd\u011blen\u00e9 na \u201ebohat\u00e9\u201c a \u201echud\u00e9\u201c \u010dtvrti, \u010desk\u00e1 metropole si st\u00e1le dr\u017e\u00ed relativn\u011b prom\u00edchanou soci\u00e1ln\u00ed strukturu. V zahrani\u010d\u00ed p\u0159itom nejde jen o statistiku. Vylou\u010den\u00e9 periferie a luxusn\u00ed centra tam \u010dasto odd\u011bluje nejen cena bydlen\u00ed, ale i kvalita \u0161kol, slu\u017eeb nebo bezpe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edmto sm\u011brem by se ale Praha mohla za\u010d\u00edt vyd\u00e1vat. Nov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza Institutu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje hl. m. Prahy (IPR Praha) nazna\u010duje, \u017ee rozd\u00edly mezi nejbohat\u0161\u00edmi a nejchud\u0161\u00edmi se pomalu, ale vytrvale zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00ed. Zat\u00edm jde o nen\u00e1padn\u00fd trend, kter\u00fd v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vid\u011bt. Historie jin\u00fdch evropsk\u00fdch m\u011bst ale ukazuje, \u017ee podobn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj se m\u016f\u017ee v relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b zlomit a v\u00fdsledkem jsou m\u011bsta, kde se jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny obyvatel t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nepotk\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePraha je st\u00e1le m\u011bstem, kde se lid\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdch profes\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f p\u0159irozen\u011b potk\u00e1vaj\u00ed v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. To je z hlediska spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bsta velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Nevznikaj\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 izolovan\u00e9 ostrovy jedn\u00e9 skupiny,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Ond\u0159ej Boh\u00e1\u010d, \u0159editel IPR Praha.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak anal\u00fdza upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee se postupn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00ed rozd\u00edly v rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed tzv. okrajov\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd, tedy nejbohat\u0161\u00edch a nejchud\u0161\u00edch obyvatel.
