Podle n\u011bj m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159echod na \u010dist\u0161\u00ed zdroje Evrop\u011b u\u0161et\u0159it miliardy za dovoz ropy a plynu.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 funguj\u00edc\u00ed alternativa tak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st vedle poklesu emis\u00ed tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad hodn\u00fd n\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161\u00e9f Orlen Unipetrolu zm\u00ednil Francii. To m\u00e1 p\u0159itom na celkov\u00fdch emis\u00edch v cel\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci nejmen\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl \u2013 okolo sedmi procent. Dal\u0161\u00edch 13 procent p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na t\u011b\u017ebu a p\u0159epravu ropy, zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 80 procent emis\u00ed CO2 se odehraje p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edch produkt\u016f, tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i spot\u0159eb\u011b benzinu \u010di nafty v osobn\u00ed \u010di n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed bude obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 i z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee objem spot\u0159eby ropy ve sv\u011bt\u011b do roku 2040 z\u016fstane na podobn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch jako dnes. Mo\u017en\u00e1 i m\u00edrn\u011b poroste s ohledem na o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd r\u016fst sv\u011btov\u00e9 ekonomiky. \u201eElektromobilita m\u016f\u017ee nahradit jen \u010d\u00e1st spot\u0159eby ropn\u00fdch produkt\u016f v doprav\u011b. Dopravn\u00ed letadlo v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed okolo 50 tun, z toho 20 tun p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na palivo. \u201eKdybychom cht\u011bli leteck\u00e9 palivo nahradit bateri\u00ed, pot\u0159ebovali bychom baterie, kter\u00e9 by musely v\u00e1\u017eit 2000 tun, co\u017e je 100kr\u00e1t v\u00edce,\u201c zm\u00ednil \u0161\u00e9f Orlen Unipetrolu. Naopak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edch aut je baterie o hmotnosti p\u016fl tuny je\u0161t\u011b \u00fanosn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Co lze pou\u017e\u00edt tam, kde baterie nejsou vhodn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm? Podle Mariusze Wnuka je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed rozv\u00edjet vyu\u017eit\u00ed biopaliv, zelen\u00e9ho vod\u00edku, syntetick\u00fdch paliv nebo HVO. Pod touto zkratkou se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 obnoviteln\u00e9 palivo vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 hydrogenac\u00ed rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u016f nebo odpadn\u00edch surovin. Foto: Radek \u010cepel\u00e1k<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 ropn\u00e9 rafinerie se sna\u017e\u00ed zredukovat sv\u016fj sedmiprocentn\u00ed pod\u00edl na celkov\u00fdch emis\u00edch CO2 z ropn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Je to v\u0161ak n\u00e1kladn\u00fd a technicky slo\u017eit\u00fd proces. Lze j\u00edt cestou investic do zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, nahradit uhl\u00ed zemn\u00edm plynem \u010di nakupovat zelenou elekt\u0159inu od extern\u00edch dodavatel\u016f. \u201eM\u00e1me sice alternativn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby, jak vyr\u00e1b\u011bt \u010dpavek, metanol nebo benzen bezemisn\u011b, ale v tu chv\u00edli jsme na nejm\u00e9n\u011b p\u011btkr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1kladech, a tolik nikdo nen\u00ed ochoten platit,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Mariusz Wnuk.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u011b\u0159te na levn\u00fd plyn z Ruska<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed debat\u011b na t\u00e9ma energetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti ministr pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu Karel Havl\u00ed\u010dek (ANO) varoval p\u0159ed \u201efale\u0161n\u00fdmi proroky\u201c, kte\u0159\u00ed slibuj\u00ed, \u017ee pojedou do Moskvy a vyjednaj\u00ed dod\u00e1vky levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ropy \u010di zemn\u00edho plynu. \u201eU plynu je to \u00fapln\u011b jednozna\u010dn\u00e9. Prodejn\u00ed cena se ur\u010duje na jednotn\u00e9m trhu na z\u00e1klad\u011b nab\u00eddky a popt\u00e1vky. Kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo levn\u011bji nakoup\u00ed, tak to nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jeho zisk nam\u00edsto sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ceny pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Ale stejn\u011b tak to plat\u00ed opa\u010dn\u011b. V z\u00e1sad\u011b jsme <a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomickydenik.cz\/vlada-urci-strop-i-marze-paliv\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">zastropovali mar\u017ei na \u00farovni 2,50 koruny<\/a>, do kter\u00e9 se prodejci v\u011bt\u0161inou vejdou. Kdybychom to neud\u011blali, riskovali bychom, \u017ee se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b u nafty neprom\u00edtne do cen a \u017ee si sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nechaj\u00ed pro sebe,\u201c \u0159ekl Havl\u00ed\u010dek. Zvolen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je podle jeho slov vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e t\u0159eba z\u00e1sah polsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 do\u010dasn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila DPH u paliv z 23 na 8 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ozelenit teplo<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fb\u011bh dekarbonizace v oboru tepl\u00e1renstv\u00ed b\u011bhem debaty na konferenci popsal obchodn\u00ed \u0159editel skupiny Veolia Energie \u010cR Jakub Tobola. C\u00edlem spole\u010dnosti je ukon\u010dit spalov\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00ed v tepl\u00e1rn\u00e1ch do roku 2030 a nahradit jej ekologicky \u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi palivy. Veolia Energie \u010cR p\u0159itom nes\u00e1z\u00ed jen na zemn\u00ed plyn, ale tak\u00e9 na spalov\u00e1n\u00ed biomasy a odpadn\u00edch surovin.
