Ve chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy Autodrom Most prohr\u00e1l v exeku\u010dn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed soud, \u0160\u0165ov\u00ed\u010dek ohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee okruhov\u00e9 z\u00e1vodi\u0161t\u011b v bl\u00edzk\u00e9 budoucnosti zm\u011bn\u00ed majitele.<\/p>\n<p>V pond\u011bl\u00ed 13. dubna, jen \u010dty\u0159i dny p\u0159ed p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed valnou hromadou, pak \u010dlen\u016fm Autoklubu \u010cR rozeslal z\u00e1m\u011br, kter\u00fd bude cht\u00edt od deleg\u00e1t\u016f schv\u00e1lit. Vznik spole\u010dnosti SPV2 \u2013 Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Autoklub v n\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1 35 procent, v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fdm vlastn\u00edkem bude investi\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnost RIQ Investments miliard\u00e1\u0159e Romana Sta\u0148ka. Autodrom Most bychom pot\u00e9 hodlali rozv\u00edjet s ohledem na pot\u0159eby a budouc\u00ed rozvoj na\u0161eho sportu, obecn\u00e9ho motorismu, v\u00fdchovy talent\u016f a po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sportovn\u00edch podnik\u016f nejen v okruhov\u00fdch discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch, ale i v discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch dal\u0161\u00edch, kde se n\u00e1m nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch sportovi\u0161\u0165, je\u017e by mohla v are\u00e1lu autodromu v budoucnu vzniknout,\u201c napsal \u0160\u0165ov\u00ed\u010dek v pozv\u00e1nce na valnou hromadu.<\/p>\n<p>O investorovi Romanu Sta\u0148kovi, jeho\u017e syn nyn\u00ed z\u00e1vod\u00ed v japonsk\u00e9 s\u00e9rii Super Formula, se je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety psalo jako o nezn\u00e1m\u00e9m miliard\u00e1\u0159i poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm z Vala\u0161ska a nyn\u00ed \u017eij\u00edc\u00edm v italsk\u00e9 Pise. Na ve\u0159ejnosti se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neobjevuje. Tedy hlavn\u00edho majetku, kter\u00fd dnes Autoklub \u010cR m\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u0161em klub\u016fm jsme zaslali podklady a dal\u0161\u00ed informace p\u0159ed valnou hromadou, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci absolutn\u00ed transparentnosti byly tak\u00e9 publikov\u00e1ny na na\u0161em webu. Dal\u0161\u00ed podrobnosti projedn\u00e1me s\u00a0\u010dleny na valn\u00e9 hromad\u011b, do jej\u00edho\u017e rozhodnut\u00ed nelze p\u0159edj\u00edmat,\u201c reaguje na kritick\u00e9 ohlasy Bohumil P\u00e1cl, mluv\u010d\u00ed Autoklubu \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 report\u00e9rovi den\u00edku Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz nedovolil \u00fa\u010dast na p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed valn\u00e9 hromad\u011b. P\u0159itom redakce v\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b o jednom z kritick\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f autoklubu, kter\u00e9mu pr\u00fd bylo p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika dny zak\u00e1z\u00e1no na valnou hromadu dorazit a hlasovat. P\u00e1cl se do vyd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku k tomuto p\u0159\u00edpadu nevyj\u00e1d\u0159il.<\/p>\n<p>Ministr: Pen\u00edze na to autoklubu ned\u00e1me<\/p>\n<p>Novin\u00e1\u0159 ohledn\u011b budoucnosti mosteck\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodi\u0161t\u011b oslovil i ministra sportu Borise \u0160\u0165astn\u00e9ho (Motorist\u00e9). Ten u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve uvedl, \u017ee nen\u00ed ve h\u0159e, \u017ee by jeho resort \u010di N\u00e1rodn\u00ed sportovn\u00ed agentura z\u00e1m\u011br Autoklubu \u010cR a RIQ Investments vznik centra motorsportu v Most\u011b finan\u010dn\u011b podpo\u0159ily.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAutoklub \u010cR m\u011b o Autodromu Most nijak neinformoval, na p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed valnou hromadu jsem pozv\u00e1n nebyl,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd. Od spolku pr\u00fd prioritn\u011b po\u017eaduje podklady k brn\u011bnsk\u00e9mu Moto GP a ke st\u00e1tn\u00ed dotaci, kterou motocyklov\u00fdm z\u00e1vod\u016fm na Masarykov\u011b okruhu v Brn\u011b p\u0159isl\u00edbila minul\u00e1 vl\u00e1da.<\/p>\n<p>A Roman Stan\u011bk ani Jan \u0160\u0165ov\u00ed\u010dek podle dosavadn\u00edch zpr\u00e1v dosud nejednali ani s mosteck\u00fdm magistr\u00e1tem, ani s hejtmanstv\u00edm v \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem. \u201eNepoda\u0159ilo se mi tu zjistit, \u017ee by \u00dasteck\u00fd kraj o tomto z\u00e1m\u011bru v\u011bd\u011bl a byl do toho jakkoli zapojen,\u201c potvrzuje Magdalena Fra\u0148kov\u00e1, mluv\u010d\u00ed krajsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fdm vlastn\u00edkem Autodromu Most je dnes Josef Zaj\u00ed\u010dek. Men\u0161inov\u00fd, zhruba t\u0159etinov\u00fd pod\u00edl si pak dle dostupn\u00fdch informac\u00ed dr\u017e\u00ed podnikatel a dlouholet\u00fd Zaj\u00ed\u010dk\u016fv byznysov\u00fd souputn\u00edk Karel Zetka. Jestli se na tom n\u011bco zm\u011bn\u00ed, bude jasn\u00e9 po p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed Autoklubu \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Na mosteck\u00e9m autodromu n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t z\u00e1vodil i herec Lud\u011bk Munzar.
