Dvoreck\u00fd most mezi Podol\u00edm a Zl\u00edchovem dlouhodob\u011b vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161n\u011b a argumenty pro a proti se \u010dasto opakuj\u00ed. Den\u00edk Zdopravy.cz ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed shrnul formou ot\u00e1zek a odpov\u011bd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>1) Jak dlouho se most pl\u00e1nuje a pro\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b mezi Podol\u00edm a Zl\u00edchovem?<\/p>\n<p>Historii pl\u00e1n\u016f na most v tomto m\u00edst\u011b popsal podrobn\u011b Institut pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje (IPR).<\/p>\n<p>S dal\u0161\u00edm mostem p\u0159es Vltavu na jih od V\u00fdto\u0148sk\u00e9ho se po\u010d\u00edtalo u\u017e od dvac\u00e1t\u00fdch let. St\u00e1tn\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed komise pro Prahu a okol\u00ed jej vedla n\u00ed\u017ee, bl\u00ed\u017ee k Jeremenkov\u011b ulici, kde m\u011bl spojovat pl\u00e1novanou z\u00e1stavbu na D\u00edv\u010d\u00edch hradech a na Pankr\u00e1ci. M\u011bl zaji\u0161\u0165ovat i \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravu. Most musel b\u00fdt pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n jako tzv. vysok\u00fd, tedy p\u0159emos\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed dva kopce nad Vltavou nebo \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zatunelovan\u00fd na pankr\u00e1ck\u00e9 stran\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1tkem \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1t\u00fdch let p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e1 Planungskommission f\u00fcr die Hauptstadt Prag und Umgebung trasu mostu jako sou\u010d\u00e1st ji\u017en\u00ed tangenty, tedy d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed cesty na jihu Prahy. Most ale rovn\u011b\u017e vede \u017eeleznici. V roce 1944 si Pl\u00e1novac\u00ed komise nech\u00e1v\u00e1 vypracovat n\u011bkolik srovn\u00e1vac\u00edch variant mostu stran u\u017eit\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 konstrukce a materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Trasa mostu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v n\u00e1vrhu \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu je\u0161t\u011b v roce 1953, ale v prvn\u00edm p\u0159ijat\u00e9m \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu z roku 1964 miz\u00ed a naopak se objevuje pl\u00e1n Barrandovsk\u00e9ho mostu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1vrh Dvoreck\u00e9ho mostu se znovu objevuje a\u017e po revoluci ve studi\u00edch na rozvoj Sm\u00edchova, kter\u00e9 mu maj\u00ed dopravn\u011b uleh\u010dit. Setk\u00e1v\u00e1me se i s n\u00e1vrhy dal\u0161\u00edch most\u016f: V\u00fdto\u0148sk\u00e9ho, Podolsk\u00e9ho a Zl\u00edchovsk\u00e9ho, jak se Dvoreck\u00e9mu tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkalo.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 trasa Dvoreck\u00e9ho mostu je zanesena v \u00fazem\u00edm pl\u00e1nu z roku 1999. Postaven\u00ed mostu pobl\u00ed\u017e zl\u00edchovsk\u00e9ho lihovaru bylo navr\u017eeno v roce 2003, za souhlasu Prahy 4 a 5. V\u00fdstavba byla v \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 dokon\u010den\u00edm \u00faseku M\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu mezi Radlickou a Strakonickou ulic\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u011b s mostem Zl\u00edchov \u2013 Dvorce byl v roce 2003 navr\u017een a zanesen do \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu i tzv. v\u00fdto\u0148sk\u00fd silni\u010dn\u00ed most, kter\u00fd by v nivelet\u011b n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017en\u00edch komunikac\u00ed spojoval V\u00fdto\u0148 a Sm\u00edchov v t\u011bsn\u00e9m sousedstv\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho mostu, ale Praha 5 se k n\u011bmu v roce 2003 postavila odm\u00edtav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2017 byla vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena architektonick\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e na podobu mostu. Autorem v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu mostu je sdru\u017een\u00ed Tubes a Atelier 6.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2018 bylo potvrzeno, \u017ee m\u00e1 most slou\u017eit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro tramvajovou, autobusovou a p\u011b\u0161\u00ed dopravu a automobilov\u00e1 doprava m\u00e1 m\u00edt na most vjezd zak\u00e1z\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>2) A co auta? Pro\u010d je most pouze pro tramvaje, autobusy, chodce, cyklisty a IZS?<\/p>\n<p>Omezen\u00ed vjezdu na Dvoreck\u00fd most pro automobily bylo pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no u\u017e od za\u010d\u00e1tku novodob\u00fdch \u00favah o tomto propojen\u00ed. Obs\u00e1hle se k t\u00e9to ot\u00e1zce opakovan\u011b vyjad\u0159uje nap\u0159\u00edklad organiz\u00e1tor pra\u017esk\u00e9 dopravy Ropid.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem Dvoreck\u00e9ho mostu je toti\u017e pos\u00edlit roli ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy v oblasti a u autobus\u016f v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it jejich spolehlivost s ohledem na j\u00edzdn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d, oproti Barrandovsk\u00e9mu mostu a jeho p\u0159edpol\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Most vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed silnou spojnici ve form\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy mezi Prahou 4 a Prahou 5, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt z\u00e1kladem tzv. ji\u017en\u00ed tangenty. Toti\u017e rychl\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed obou b\u0159eh\u016f, je\u017e m\u00e1 ambici konkurovat individu\u00e1ln\u00ed doprav\u011b a odleh\u010dit centru, nebo\u0165 spoj\u00ed siln\u00e9 radi\u00e1ly v podob\u011b metra C, B, \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trati \u010d. 171 a brzy i metra D.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/s-auty-se-na-dvoreckem-moste-nikdy-nepocitalo-zahltila-by-okoli-mrzi-me-to-rekl-primator-259174\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">S auty se na Dvoreck\u00e9m most\u011b nikdy nepo\u010d\u00edtalo, zahltila by okol\u00ed. Mrz\u00ed m\u011b to, \u0159ekl prim\u00e1tor<\/a><\/p>\n<p>V budoucnu by pak na most m\u011bla navazovat nov\u00e1 tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165 Jeremenkovou ulic\u00ed na Bud\u011bjovickou a d\u00e1le.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud by most slou\u017eil i individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 doprav\u011b, ve v\u00fdsledku by podle Ropidu nic nevy\u0159e\u0161il a situaci kolem jen fat\u00e1ln\u011b zhor\u0161il. Dopravn\u00ed modely jasn\u011b prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee by sice st\u00e1hl \u010d\u00e1st dopravy z Barrandovsk\u00e9ho mostu, ale t\u00edm by zablokoval p\u0159\u00edjezdov\u00e9 komunikace z obou stran mostu.<\/p>\n<p>Kolem 10 000 automobil\u016f denn\u011b by nejelo Ji\u017en\u00ed spojkou, ale p\u0159\u00edmo skrz obytn\u00e9 \u010dtvrti a m\u00edsty, kde je doprava napjat\u00e1 ji\u017e dnes. Kapacitn\u00ed napojen\u00ed by pak na obou b\u0159ez\u00edch bez obrovsk\u00fdch z\u00e1sah\u016f do existuj\u00edc\u00edch \u010dtvrt\u00ed nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9. Nemluv\u011b o tom, \u017ee by most musel b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed, tedy i dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Se zprovozn\u011bn\u00edm Dvoreck\u00e9ho mostu nav\u00edc na tom osmipruhov\u00e9m Barrandovsk\u00e9m ubude tak\u0159ka 700 j\u00edzd autobus\u016f denn\u011b, kter\u00e9 uvoln\u00ed m\u00edsto automobilist\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>3) Pro\u010d nemaj\u00ed na most\u011b cyklist\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed cyklopruhy?<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u011b tam b\u00fdt m\u011bly. Pra\u017esk\u00e1 komise pro cyklistickou dopravu v\u0161ak loni v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed chystanou podobu cyklopruh\u016f zm\u011bnila. P\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro cyklisty je v usnesen\u00ed komise nahrazeno obousm\u011brn\u00fdm provozem cyklist\u016f po obou stran\u00e1ch mostu ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m prostoru s chodci bez stavebn\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKomise doporu\u010duje umo\u017enit souvisl\u00fd obousm\u011brn\u00fd provoz cyklist\u016f po obou stran\u00e1ch mostu v p\u0159idru\u017een\u00e9m prostoru. Proto doporu\u010duje v prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi jako dopravn\u00ed re\u017eim uskute\u010dnit zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz re\u017eimu C 9 \u2013 stezka pro chodce a cyklisty. Po vyhodnocen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed bude mo\u017en\u00e9 re\u017eim upravit a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nutnosti provoz odd\u011blit,\u201c stoj\u00ed v usnesen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podn\u011bt na sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fd pruh podala komisi m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st Praha 4. Argumentem pro toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je zejm\u00e9na n\u00e1vaznost na dal\u0161\u00ed cyklistickou infrastrukturu na sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9 stran\u011b, kde nov\u00e1 rampa povede na k\u0159i\u017eovatku odd\u011blenou od automobilov\u00e9ho provozu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJednosm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u00e1sy by fungovaly h\u016f\u0159 ne\u017e budou fungovat sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 stezky. P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee na obou konc\u00edch budou signalizovan\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky s preferenc\u00ed VHD a bude tam jezdit nejen tramvaj, ale tak\u00e9 hromada autobus\u016f. Kdo pojede jih-jih, ten by si tahle sv\u011btla d\u00e1val dvakr\u00e1t,\u201d uvedl Vratislav Filler ze spolku AutoMat, kter\u00fd pro zm\u011bnu v komisi hlasoval.<\/p>\n<p>Dodal, \u017ee na samotn\u00e9m most\u011b se koleje k\u0159\u00ed\u017eit nedaj\u00ed a sjezdy znemo\u017e\u0148uje konstrukce mostu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 uvedl, \u017ee neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee bude po most\u011b chodit tolik p\u011b\u0161\u00edch, jako na vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 l\u00e1vce HolKa mezi Hole\u0161ovicemi a Karl\u00ednem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/na-dvoreckem-moste-budou-nakonec-cykliste-v-jednom-pruhu-s-chodci-rozhodla-komise-260988\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Na Dvoreck\u00e9m most\u011b budou nakonec cyklist\u00e9 v jednom pruhu s chodci, rozhodla komise<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4) Pro\u010d n\u00e1klady stouply na dvojn\u00e1sobek a stavba m\u011bla velk\u00e9 zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1klady na most p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dv\u011b miliardy korun (1,965 mld. K\u010d). Posledn\u00ed 390milionov\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed schv\u00e1lili pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed radn\u00ed letos v \u00fanoru.<\/p>\n<p>Infla\u010dn\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1stky p\u0159edstavuje 40 milion\u016f, dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady jdou na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 vod\u00e1ck\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny, jeliko\u017e ta p\u016fvodn\u00ed byla kv\u016fli stavb\u011b kubistick\u00e9ho mostu zlikvidov\u00e1na. O 251 milion\u016f korun v\u00edce zaplat\u00ed m\u011bsto stavebn\u00edm firm\u00e1m Metrostav, Strabag a Firesta Fi\u0161er za v\u00edcepr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1st z dal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159edstavuje tak\u00e9 um\u011bleck\u00e1 instalace um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 na most\u011b a pod n\u00edm. Jde zejm\u00e9na o d\u00edlo Kri\u0161tofa Kintery na zl\u00edchovsk\u00e9 stran\u011b mostu. Instalace vyjde m\u011bsto na 41 milion\u016f korun. Bude v n\u00ed 120 r\u016fzn\u00fdch lamp ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n<p>Na most m\u011bsto z\u00edsk\u00e1 v\u00fdznamnou evropskou dotaci. \u201ePlat\u00ed, \u017ee pokud budou spln\u011bna v\u0161echna krit\u00e9ria, bude zde poskytnuta dotace ve v\u00fd\u0161i jedn\u00e9 miliardy z opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Doprava,\u201c uvedl radn\u00ed pro dopravu Jarom\u00edr Ber\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed term\u00edn dokon\u010den\u00ed byl rok 2024. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvoulet\u00e9 zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed zhotovitel\u00e9 \u0161patn\u00fdm geologick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m na dn\u011b Vltavy a na p\u0159edmost\u00ed. \u201eNejv\u00edce limituj\u00edc\u00ed je absence denn\u00edho sv\u011btla p\u0159i slo\u017eit\u00fdch operac\u00edch na vod\u011b. Bohu\u017eel kv\u016fli zasti\u017een\u00fdm rozd\u00edln\u00fdm geologick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m jsme byli nuceni prov\u00e1d\u011bt dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed geologick\u00e9 pr\u016fzkumy,\u201c uvedl v listopadu 2023 pro Zdopravy.cz stavbyvedouc\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Metrostav TBR Petr Koukol\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00edmky se tak musely oproti projektu upravit, stejn\u011b jako zalo\u017een\u00ed mostu na Zl\u00edchovsk\u00e9 stran\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>5) Po kolika letech m\u00e1 vlastn\u011b Praha nov\u00fd most a jak\u00fd bude dal\u0161\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edm posledn\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00fd most p\u0159es Vltavu, Trojsk\u00fd most, byl zprovozn\u011bn v \u0159\u00edjnu 2014. Nahradil provizorn\u00ed tramvajov\u00fd most z roku 1981 p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00fd \u201eR\u00e1mus\u00e1k\u201c, jeho\u017e provoz byl ukon\u010den 7. \u0159\u00edjna 2013.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2020 m\u011bsto zprovoznilo novou l\u00e1vku p\u0159es Vltavu v Troji na m\u00edst\u011b t\u00e9, kter\u00e1 se z\u0159\u00edtila v roce 2017. Nejnov\u011bji pak vznikla \u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka z Hole\u0161ovic do Karl\u00edna, p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00e1 HolKa.<\/p>\n<p>Do budoucna m\u011bsto pl\u00e1nuje nap\u0159\u00edklad vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed takzvan\u00e9ho Rohansk\u00e9ho mostu z Hole\u0161ovic do Karl\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/novy-prazsky-most-budi-vasne-a-spory-sdruzeni-chce-kotasovu-variantu-branit-i-soudne-211760\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nov\u00fd pra\u017esk\u00fd most bud\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161n\u011b a spory.
