Naproti o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u00edm v\u00fdchodn\u00edm automobilk\u00e1m pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo pomoci i konkuren\u010dn\u00ed evropsk\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>O tom, \u017ee koncern Stellantis nab\u00eddl sv\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 automobilce Leapmotor, jsme psali u\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t. Je\u0161t\u011b letos se ve \u0160pan\u011blsku za\u010dnou montovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 jej\u00ed modely, aby se vyhnuly vysok\u00fdm dodate\u010dn\u00fdm cl\u016fm. Pozd\u011bji by zde m\u011bly vznikat i vozy vlastn\u00edch zna\u010dek Stellantisu, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch techniku Leapmotor.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00e1 dohoda d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, Stellantis toti\u017e vlastn\u00ed 20 % v samotn\u00e9 automobilce Leapmotor a 51 % ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m podniku Leapmotor International, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na starosti distribuci \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch model\u016f v Evrop\u011b. Takto se Leapmotor loni dostal i na n\u00e1\u0161 trh, kde jej prod\u00e1v\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 Emil Frey.<\/p>\n<p>Stellantis m\u00e1 ale st\u00e1le dost voln\u00e9 kapacity v tov\u00e1rn\u00e1ch, a tak ji nab\u00eddl i sv\u00e9mu dal\u0161\u00edmu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9mu partnerovi. S Dongfengem Stellantis poj\u00ed dlouh\u00e1 historie, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b s Peugeotem a Citro\u00ebnem. Stellantis se ale nevzd\u00e1v\u00e1 a letos na autosalonu v Pekingu uvede nov\u00e9 modely pro \u010c\u00ednu a tak\u00e9 novou strategii. Krom\u011b t\u011bchto dvou zna\u010dek se ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m podniku produkuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 vozy pod zna\u010dkami Fukang a Hedmos. Dongfeng nav\u00edc dr\u017eel v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm koncernu PSA pod\u00edl 14 %, dnes m\u00e1 ve Stellantisu kolem 1,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>V Evrop\u011b je Dongfeng u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu aktivn\u00ed tak\u00e9, ale nez\u00e1visle na Stellantisu. V \u010cesku jeho vozy pod zna\u010dkami Dongfeng, Forthing, Voyah a M-Hero distribuuje slovensk\u00fd dovozce Plastonic. Spolupr\u00e1ce by se v\u0161ak m\u011bla prohloubit, vozy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 zna\u010dky se podle nov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu maj\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt v tov\u00e1rn\u00e1ch Stellantisu.<\/p>\n<p>Podle agentury Bloomberg u\u017e p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 Dongfengu nav\u0161t\u00edvili n\u011bkter\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny Stellantisu v N\u011bmecku a It\u00e1lii a mluv\u00ed se i o mo\u017enosti do nich investovat \u010di je p\u0159\u00edmo odkoupit v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi. Ostatn\u011b Stellantis m\u00e1 dnes v Evrop\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50 r\u016fzn\u00fdch tov\u00e1ren, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e mnoh\u00e9 z nich vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed hluboko pod svou maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitou.<\/p>\n<p>Stellantis krom\u011b toho u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve jednal s automobilkami Xiaomi a Xpeng o p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci. Evropsk\u00fd koncern za rok 2025 vyk\u00e1zal \u010distou ztr\u00e1tu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 22,3 miliardy eur, co\u017e bylo d\u00e1no z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi prodeji elektromobil\u016f, ne\u017e se o\u010dek\u00e1valo, a tak\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00edm n\u011bkolika elektrick\u00fdch projekt\u016f. Spolupr\u00e1ce s \u010c\u00ed\u0148any by firm\u011b umo\u017enila levn\u011bji z\u00edskat techniku a tak\u00e9 rychlej\u0161\u00ed, a tedy levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f asi budeme v budoucnu v\u00eddat v\u00edce. Dal\u0161\u00ed automobilkou, kter\u00e1 chce svou tov\u00e1rnu zp\u0159\u00edstupnit \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 konkurenci, je Nissan. Ten by mohl sd\u00edlet britskou tov\u00e1rnu v Sunderlandu, kter\u00e1 dnes jede jen na 50 % kapacity.
