Kubistick\u00e9 vibrace mu slu\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0lad\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee se p\u0159es vodu klene trochu na\u0161ikmo. Dvoreck\u00fd most je \u201ezaj\u00edmav\u00fd\u201c, a\u00a0p\u0159itom si nevynucuje pozornost. P\u0159esn\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko a\u00a0p\u016fsob\u00ed, jako by tu st\u00e1l odjak\u017eiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Chv\u00e1len\u00e1 estetika nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou t\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dkou na dortu. Proto\u017ee ke k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9 kvalit\u011b \u017eivota nutn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed. <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.camic.cz\/cs\/news\/praha-patri-mezi-nejbohatsi-regiony-v-eu\/\" class=\"e_n\">P\u00e1t\u00fd nejbohat\u0161\u00ed<\/a> evropsk\u00fd region si takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup m\u016f\u017ee, m\u00e1 a\u00a0mus\u00ed dovolit: budovat ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 stavby, aby byly \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9 i\u00a0vysoce vkusn\u00e9. Budeme se na n\u011b d\u00edvat my i\u00a0na\u0161i vnuci, tak stoj\u00ed za to si d\u00e1t z\u00e1le\u017eet. Ano, tak\u00e9 tentokr\u00e1t byl p\u0159ekro\u010den term\u00edn stavby i\u00a0rozpo\u010det. Pokud to m\u011blo objektivn\u00ed d\u016fvody a\u00a0do hry nevstoupila neschopnost nebo \u00famysl, \u010demu\u017e zat\u00edm nic nenasv\u011bd\u010duje, trp\u011blivost se vyplatila.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">P\u0159es Vltavu se d\u00e1 p\u0159emis\u0165ovat i\u00a0po typizovan\u00e9 mostovce vzor XY\/2026, ale takhle je to mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed. O\u00a0tom, \u017ee \u017eivot ve zda\u0159ile navr\u017een\u00fdch a\u00a0na pohled p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00edch lidem prosp\u00edv\u00e1, se v\u00ed. Pob\u00fdvat mezi \u0161ed\u00ed a\u00a0o\u0161klivost\u00ed je t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, ne v\u0161ude a\u00a0v\u017edycky jsou vysok\u00e9 ambice provediteln\u00e9. Ale v\u011bd\u00ed o\u00a0nich i\u00a0ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed dokumenty st\u00e1tu, tak\u017ee v\u00a0Politice architektury a\u00a0stavebn\u00ed kultury od Ministerstva pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj (2014) se p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee \u201edobr\u00e1 architektura vyjad\u0159uje spole\u010dnou kulturu a\u00a0identitu a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 specifikum lokality\u201c a\u00a0\u201epodn\u011bcuje uchov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fdch hodnot a\u00a0jejich rozvoj\u201c. Abstraktn\u00ed slova p\u0159ekl\u00e1d\u00e1 do materi\u00e1ln\u00ed reality nap\u0159\u00edklad Dvoreck\u00fd most. Je jim vyk\u00e1z\u00e1n sousedn\u00ed, mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0ned\u00e1vno opraven\u00fd Barrandovsk\u00fd most. Jde o\u00a0promy\u0161len\u00e9 a\u00a0spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed ani trochu sporn\u00e9. \u017de se o\u00a0n\u011bm i\u00a0tak n\u011bkdy diskutuje, jako by m\u011blo j\u00edt o\u00a0n\u011bco kontroverzn\u00edho, v\u00fdmluvn\u011b ilustruje, jak jsme si zvykli rozum\u011bt kvalit\u011b \u017eivota zpoza volantu. Jako by p\u0159ik\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm urbanismu m\u011blo b\u00fdt, kam dojet autem a\u00a0kde zaparkovat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u201eale\u201c ve v\u011bt\u011b \u201e\u2026 ale p\u0159es most nebudou moci jezdit auta\u201c ve skute\u010dnosti neexistuje. Bez z\u00e1kazu vjezdu by si Dvoreck\u00fd most okam\u017eit\u011b podmanila &#8211; byly by jich tis\u00edce &#8211; a\u00a0most ztrat\u00ed smysl. Kvalita \u017eivota n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f by se mo\u017en\u00e1 o\u00a0n\u011bco zv\u00fd\u0161ila, celkov\u00fd efekt by byl tragick\u00fd. Vyhozen\u00e9 pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Pohled na zbrusu nov\u00fd most, kter\u00fd si auta musej\u00ed odep\u0159\u00edt, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro n\u011bkoho bolestn\u00fd. Ale d\u00e1 se na to zvyknout. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">V\u00edc aut znamen\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlak na roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed infrastruktury, kter\u00e1 se pokou\u0161\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat popt\u00e1vce. Mus\u00ed, je to n\u00e1padn\u00e9 a\u00a0nal\u00e9hav\u00e9: ucpan\u00e9 silnice, nedostatek parkovi\u0161\u0165 a\u00a0nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00edsta jsou n\u00e1padn\u00e9. Roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed infrastruktury, kterou popt\u00e1vaj\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, se v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0t\u00edm nemus\u00ed zd\u00e1t tak dramaticky d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. To je omyl. Dvoreck\u00fd most je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 cenn\u00fd t\u00edm, \u017ee jih Prahy m\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u011b koleje p\u0159es Vltavu. Lid\u00e9 &#8211; a\u00a0budou jich tis\u00edce &#8211; se dostanou tramvaj\u00ed p\u0159es \u0159eku, ani\u017e by museli cestovat do centra. Velk\u00e1 zm\u011bna k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu.
