Slo\u017eit\u00fd proces propojov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech se d\u00edky technologii posunul. A tak zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edv pro infrastrukturu vznikaly obrovsk\u00e9 domy, dnes jde o ot\u00e1zku jedn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b nebo dokonce virtu\u00e1ln\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Develope\u0159i si tak nyn\u00ed v\u0161\u00edmaj\u00ed pozemk\u016f, na kter\u00fdch tyto budovy st\u00e1ly. Dnes jde o lukrativn\u00ed parcely. Na jednom z takov\u00fdch pozemk\u016f bude stav\u011bt tak\u00e9 Penta.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/tag\/marek-dospiva\/1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Marka Dospivy<\/a>\u00a0z\u00edskala stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed na projekt na m\u00edst\u011b n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed Automatick\u00e9 telefonn\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edny na T\u011b\u0161nov\u011b. Nov\u011b tu chyst\u00e1 pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed. Zpr\u00e1va p\u0159i\u0161la shodou okolnost\u00ed den pot\u00e9, co jin\u00e1 developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost ozn\u00e1mila z\u00e1m\u011br, kter\u00fd se t\u00fdk\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed telefonn\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edny, tentokr\u00e1t na pra\u017esk\u00e9m \u017di\u017ekov\u011b.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/honosna-telefonni-ustredna-na-zizkove-se-promeni-v-premiove-najemni-byty-psn-tu-zacne-stavet-brzy-1432135\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">PSN se rozhodla\u00a0j\u00edt cestou rekonstrukce historick\u00e9 budovy m\u011bstsk\u00e9 telefonn\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edny<\/a>\u00a0z dvac\u00e1t\u00fdch let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed ve Fibichov\u011b ulici. Tu postupn\u011b nahradila nov\u00e1 telefonn\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edna, kter\u00e1 vznikla v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech nedaleko v Ol\u0161ansk\u00e9. Pro brutalistick\u00fd styl se j\u00ed p\u0159ezd\u00edvalo Mordor. Tento d\u016fm \u0161el stejn\u011b jako \u00fast\u0159edna na T\u011b\u0161nov\u011b k zemi, na jeho m\u00edst\u011b chce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/tag\/central-group\/1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Central Group<\/a> postavit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/misto-mordoru-vlnici-se-vez-jiricna-ukazala-upraveny-navrh-nove-zizkovske-ctvrti-1415837\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">bytov\u00fd projekt podle n\u00e1vrhu architektky Evy Ji\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9<\/a>.\u00a0Nov\u00fd projekt nahradil rovn\u011b\u017e automatickou telefonn\u00ed \u00fast\u0159ednu v Dejvic\u00edch ve stylu brutalismu a high tech, jej\u00edm\u017e autorem byl krom\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch V\u00e1clav Aulick\u00fd, autor \u017ei\u017ekovsk\u00e9 televizn\u00ed v\u011b\u017ee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto telefon\u016f pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de projektu na T\u011b\u0161nov\u011b, p\u016fvodn\u00ed majitel pl\u00e1noval na pozemku postavit kancel\u00e1\u0159e, kdy\u017e pak ale plac koupila Penta, rozhodla se pr\u00e9miovou adresu ponechat pro bydlen\u00ed. Reziden\u010dn\u00ed projekt za 1,1 miliardy korun v Petrsk\u00e9 ulici se za\u010dne stav\u011bt letos v l\u00e9t\u011b.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prahu 1 tr\u00e1p\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd odliv obyvatel, v \u010d\u00e1sti kolem Petrsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se ale st\u00e1le bydl\u00ed. Je to ostr\u016fvek v rozbou\u0159en\u00e9m mo\u0159i pln\u00e9m turist\u016f, jeho\u017e hranici tvo\u0159\u00ed Revolu\u010dn\u00ed ulice. Turist\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na druhou stranu, do Dlouh\u00e9, zat\u00edmco kolem ulic s \u0159emesln\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvy je st\u00e1le relativn\u00ed klid. Pr\u00e1v\u011b do t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti Prahy um\u00edstila investi\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnost sv\u016fj nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projekt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed funkcionalistick\u00e1 budova s plastikou vyt\u00e1\u010dec\u00edho \u010d\u00edseln\u00edku za\u010dali bourat letos v l\u00e9t\u011b. Na jej\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b vznikne nov\u00fd d\u016fm od architektonick\u00e9ho studia Pantograph, jeho\u017e \u00fakolem bylo novostavbu citliv\u011b zasadit do kontextu ostatn\u00edch budov v ulici. Uvnit\u0159 bude osmdes\u00e1tka luxusn\u00edch byt\u016f. \u201eChceme t\u00edmto projektem alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vr\u00e1tit trval\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed do jedn\u00e9 z nejstar\u0161\u00edch a nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pra\u017esk\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0161\u00e9f v\u00fdstavby Penta Real Estate Rudolf Vacek.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Byty, gar\u00e1\u017ee i parter<\/p>\n<p>Architektonick\u00e9 studio z Bratislavy se sv\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhem inspirovalo pra\u017esk\u00fdm kubismem, strukturou \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch teras Po\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed a historick\u00fdmi parcelami v samotn\u00e9 Petrsk\u00e9 ulici. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed \u00fast\u0159ednou st\u00e1ly na pozemku t\u0159i domy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b byt\u016f tu vznikne i parter se dv\u011bma obchodn\u00edmi jednotkami, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je ulici o\u017eivit. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bydlen\u00ed by m\u011bly b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 podzemn\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017ee. Objekt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 modern\u00ed technologie, vzniknou tu geoterm\u00e1ln\u00ed vrty a tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed p\u0159isp\u011bt ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti domu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Roli hraje v nov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavb\u011b tak\u00e9 vnitroblok. M\u00e1 fungovat jako zahrada pro obyvatele domu, kter\u00e1 navazuje na tradici kl\u00e1\u0161tern\u00edch zahrad, je\u017e byly v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta hojn\u011b zastoupen\u00e9. K prom\u011bn\u011b vnitrobloku si Penta p\u0159izvala atelier Ferdinanda Lefflera Flera. Hotovo by v Petrsk\u00e9 m\u011blo b\u00fdt v roce 2028.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u00ednit stoj\u00ed za to novostavbu na T\u011b\u0161nov\u011b v kontextu dal\u0161\u00edch leto\u0161n\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f spole\u010dnosti. Je toti\u017e jedn\u00edm z mnoha projekt\u016f, do kter\u00fdch se Penta pou\u0161t\u00ed. Letos bude m\u00edt ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b celkem\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/penta-diverzifikuje-krome-klasickych-bytu-zacina-developer-stavet-i-ty-najemni-a-take-hotely-1431857\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">deset novostaveb v hodnot\u011b p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed dvacet miliard korun<\/a>.\u00a0Jedn\u00edm z nich je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/reality-a-stavebnictvi\/na-miste-transgasu-zacne-rust-novy-dum-vyjde-na-3-5-miliardy-a-hotovy-bude-za-nekolik-mesicu-1432027\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">projekt Vinohradsk\u00e1 8<\/a>,\u00a0jen\u017e vyroste na m\u00edst\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00edho Transgasu.
