Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b u\u00a0polotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e1, ne\u017e byste \u010dekali. V\u00a0redak\u010dn\u00edm testu se proti sob\u011b postavily \u010dty\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e9 zna\u010dky \u010derstv\u00e9ho polotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka s\u00a0obsahem tuku 1,5\u00a0procenta, tedy typ, po kter\u00e9m z\u00e1kazn\u00edci sahaj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji. Ne\u0161lo o\u00a0trvanliv\u00e9 UHT v\u00fdrobky, ale o\u00a0\u010derstv\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko s\u00a0krat\u0161\u00ed dobou spot\u0159eby, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdv\u00e1 podle mnoha lid\u00ed chu\u0165ov\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Do v\u00fdb\u011bru se dostaly produkty z\u00a0velk\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f, mimo jin\u00e9 Boni z\u00a0Penny a\u00a0Bohemilk od ml\u00e9k\u00e1rny Madeta. Zastoupeny byly tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky z\u00a0\u010desk\u00fdch ml\u00e9k\u00e1ren v\u010detn\u011b Madeta Pelh\u0159imov a\u00a0produkt\u016f od Pragolaktos. Aby bylo srovn\u00e1n\u00ed co nejpoctiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v\u0161echny vzorky m\u011bly podobn\u00e9 datum v\u00fdroby a\u00a0p\u0159i ochutn\u00e1vce stejnou teplotu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to je u\u00a0ml\u00e9ka z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee chlad i\u00a0st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed um\u00ed chu\u0165 i\u00a0v\u016fni pom\u011brn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Samotn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed prob\u011bhlo naslepo. Nikdo z\u00a0testuj\u00edc\u00edch nev\u011bd\u011bl, kterou zna\u010dku m\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b ve sklenici, proto\u017ee v\u0161echny vzorky byly nalit\u00e9 do stejn\u00fdch \u010d\u00edslovan\u00fdch skleni\u010dek bez ozna\u010den\u00ed. Posuzovala se chu\u0165, v\u016fn\u011b, konzistence, barva a\u00a0tak\u00e9 pom\u011br ceny a\u00a0kvality. Postup byl jednoduch\u00fd a\u00a0p\u0159ehledn\u00fd. Nejd\u0159\u00edv p\u0159i\u0161lo na \u0159adu vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed posouzen\u00ed, potom v\u016fn\u011b a\u00a0a\u017e nakonec n\u011bkolik dou\u0161k\u016f. Mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi vzorky se zap\u00edjela voda, aby se chut\u011b nem\u00edchaly a\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00fd produkt dostal f\u00e9rovou \u0161anci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">U\u017e prvn\u00ed dojmy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee ml\u00e9ko rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed jen b\u00edl\u00e9 a\u00a0hotovo. Jednotliv\u00e9 vzorky se li\u0161ily odst\u00ednem i\u00a0celkov\u00fdm dojmem. Madeta p\u016fsobila kr\u00e9mov\u011bji, zat\u00edmco Boni byla opticky pr\u016fzra\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Rozd\u00edly se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc projevily p\u0159i ochutn\u00e1vce. N\u011bkter\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko p\u016fsobilo p\u0159irozen\u011b sladce a\u00a0\u010dist\u011b, jin\u00e9 bylo kyselej\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0jeden vzorek m\u011bl dokonce lehk\u00fd t\u00f3n p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed krav\u00edn. To nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt automaticky chyba, naopak to m\u016f\u017ee souviset s\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm p\u016fvodem suroviny. Z\u0159eteln\u00e9 rozd\u00edly se objevily i\u00a0v hustot\u011b. Meggle a\u00a0v\u00fdrobky od Ml\u00e9k\u00e1rny Hlinsko byly pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0o n\u011bco hust\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 bylo i\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed. Jeden z\u00a0testovan\u00fdch vzork\u016f m\u011bl 1,8\u00a0procenta tuku, jin\u00fd 1,5\u00a0procenta, tak\u017ee rozd\u00edly byly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by leckdo \u010dekal. U\u00a0plnotu\u010dn\u00fdch ml\u00e9k se podle testu pohybovaly hodnoty mezi 3,2\u00a0a\u00a03,6\u00a0procenta, zat\u00edmco plnotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko bez standardizace dos\u00e1hlo a\u017e 3,8\u00a0procenta tuku. Standardizace p\u0159itom znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdrobce uprav\u00ed obsah tuku na stabiln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148, aby byl v\u00fdrobek poka\u017ed\u00e9 stejn\u00fd. Kdy\u017e standardizace chyb\u00ed, slo\u017een\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit podle krmen\u00ed krav i\u00a0ro\u010dn\u00edho obdob\u00ed. Naopak obsah v\u00e1pn\u00edku vych\u00e1zel u\u00a0v\u0161ech vzork\u016f velmi podobn\u011b, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 120\u00a0miligram\u016f na 100\u00a0mililitr\u016f, a\u00a0b\u00edlkoviny se dr\u017eely mezi 3,2\u00a0a\u017e 3,4\u00a0gramu, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 norm\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Test odhalil i\u00a0m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 detaily. U\u00a0jednoho ml\u00e9ka se objevila pachu\u0165 p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed karton, co\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 spojov\u00e1no se \u0161patn\u00fdm skladov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se koncem trvanlivosti. Jin\u00fd vzorek nesl kovov\u00fd t\u00f3n, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee ukazovat na probl\u00e9m p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u016fn\u011b p\u0159itom napov\u011bd\u011bla mo\u017en\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc ne\u017e samotn\u00e1 chu\u0165. Nejl\u00e9pe hodnocen\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko von\u011blo \u010dist\u011b, sladce a\u00a0sv\u011b\u017ee, zat\u00edmco slab\u0161\u00ed produkty byly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bez v\u016fn\u011b. A\u00a0pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk v\u00a0obchod\u011b sice nepozn\u00e1, ale p\u0159i pit\u00ed u\u017e ano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Velk\u00fdm p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm cel\u00e9ho srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stala levn\u00e1 varianta z\u00a0diskontu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ml\u00e9ko z\u00edskalo nejlep\u0161\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed, proto\u017ee nab\u00eddlo \u010distou chu\u0165, spr\u00e1vn\u00fd obsah \u017eivin a\u00a0celkov\u011b velmi dobr\u00fd dojem. Na opa\u010dn\u00e9 stran\u011b skon\u010dila nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed varianta, kter\u00e1 z\u016fstala jen v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru a\u00a0ni\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011b nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dila. Dob\u0159e si vedlo tak\u00e9 bio ml\u00e9ko, kter\u00e9 vyniklo intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chut\u00ed a\u00a0p\u0159ipom\u00ednalo farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdrobek p\u0159\u00edmo od producenta. Jen\u017ee tady u\u017e se do v\u00fdsledku prom\u00edtla i\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cena, tak\u017ee z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, jestli kupujete ml\u00e9ko do rann\u00ed k\u00e1vy, na va\u0159en\u00ed, nebo si na jeho chuti skute\u010dn\u011b zakl\u00e1d\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cy\">Z\u00e1v\u011br je vlastn\u011b docela prost\u00fd. Dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed obal ani zn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dka nejsou automatickou z\u00e1rukou lep\u0161\u00edho ml\u00e9ka. Pokud hled\u00e1te v\u00fdrobek pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m \u00fapln\u011b sta\u010dit oby\u010dejn\u00e9 polotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko z\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce. Jestli ale \u0159e\u0161\u00edte chu\u0165 do posledn\u00edho dou\u0161ku, bio nebo farm\u00e1\u0159sky p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed varianta v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t v\u00edc.
