Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic chce za\u010d\u00edt s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdkupy pozemk\u016f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Z obslu\u017en\u00fdch komunikac\u00ed pro stavbu trati maj\u00ed b\u00fdt n\u00e1sledn\u011b cyklostezky.                                     <\/p>\n<p>Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic (S\u017d) je p\u0159ipravena za\u010d\u00edt ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e vykupovat pozemky pro vysokorychlostn\u00ed tra\u0165 (VRT) Moravsk\u00e1 br\u00e1na, kter\u00e1 povede mezi Ostravou-Svinovem a Prosenicemi u P\u0159erova. Letos na to m\u00e1 p\u0159ipraveno n\u011bkolik stovek milion\u016f korun, \u0159ekl novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm v Jistebn\u00edku na Novoji\u010d\u00ednsku n\u00e1m\u011bstek \u0159editele Stavebn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed S\u017d Marek Pinkava.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edseda spolku Dopravn\u00ed koridor Pood\u0159\u00ed a starosta Klimkovic na Ostravsku Jaroslav Varga (Ob\u010dan\u00e9 Klimkovic) \u0159ekl, \u017ee spolek usiluje mimo jin\u00e9 o to, aby se obslu\u017en\u00e9 komunikace vybudovan\u00e9 pro stavbu VRT n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyu\u017eily jako cyklostezky. Chce tak\u00e9, aby vzniklo kontaktn\u00ed infocentrum pro stavbu VRT.<\/p>\n<p>VRT Moravsk\u00e1 br\u00e1na bude sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00edho tahu mezi Prahou, Brnem a Ostravou. Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce by tam m\u011bly za\u010d\u00edt v roce 2028. St\u00e1t si od vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed slibuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00ed doby a tak\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch trat\u00ed pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed a region\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMy bychom r\u00e1di za\u010dali p\u0159estavbou stanice Ostrava-Svinov. To se opravdu v roce 2028 zah\u00e1jit d\u00e1. M\u00e1me stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed, v podstat\u011b m\u00e1me vykoupen\u00e9 pozemky, tak\u017ee je jenom ot\u00e1zka alokace finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, aby ta stavba mohla za\u010d\u00edt,\u201c \u0159ekl Pinkava.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 VRT by se pode n\u011bj mohla za\u010d\u00edt stav\u011bt v roce 2029 a prvn\u00ed vlaky by po n\u00ed mohly projet v roce 2035. \u201eCel\u00e1 stavba se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze samotn\u00e9 vysokorychlostn\u00ed trati, skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z p\u0159estavby t\u0159\u00ed stanic, do kter\u00fdch je tra\u0165 za\u00fast\u011bn\u00e1, to znamen\u00e1 Ostrava-Svinov, Hranice na Morav\u011b a Brodek u P\u0159erova, a celkov\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1klady se budou dneska pohybovat n\u011bco mezi 100 a 150 miliardami korun,\u201c \u0159ekl Pinkava.<\/p>\n<p>Uvedl, \u017ee S\u017d m\u00e1 zat\u00edm vykoupeno n\u011bkolik pozemk\u016f, ale dal\u0161\u00edch v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 smluv m\u00e1 p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch. \u201e\u010cekali jsme vlastn\u011b jenom na ukon\u010den\u00ed rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9ho provizoria, abychom v\u011bd\u011bli, jak\u00e9 budeme m\u00edt na leto\u0161ek alokovan\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky. Te\u010f si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee budeme moct v\u00fdkupy zah\u00e1jit ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e,\u201c \u0159ekl Pinkava. V souhrnu by podle n\u011bj vykupovan\u00e9 pozemky m\u011bly st\u00e1t mezi 1,5 a t\u0159emi miliardami korun a pro leto\u0161ek m\u00e1 z toho S\u017d pen\u00edze asi na deset procent.<\/p>\n<p>Starostka Hladk\u00fdch \u017divotic a m\u00edstop\u0159edsedkyn\u011b spolku Irena Rav\u010dukov\u00e1 (Za na\u0161i obec kr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed) \u0159ekla, \u017ee se obci poda\u0159ilo prosadit zm\u011bnu trasy VRT. P\u016fvodn\u011b se m\u011bla odklonit od d\u00e1lnice, co\u017e by znamenalo velk\u00e9 demolice domk\u016f a \u010d\u00e1st obyvatel by \u017eila v jak\u00e9msi kotli mezi VRT a d\u00e1lnic\u00ed. \u201eDoc\u00edlili jsme toho, \u017ee VRT po cel\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed Hladk\u00fdch \u017divotic bude p\u0159itisknut\u00e1 co nejv\u00edce k d\u00e1lnici,\u201c \u0159ekla Rav\u010dukov\u00e1. Bourat se podle n\u00ed bude muset jen \u010dty\u0159i nebo p\u011bt dom\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Spolek Dopravn\u00ed koridor Pood\u0159\u00ed sdru\u017euje dev\u011bt obc\u00ed. Dlouhodob\u011b se sna\u017e\u00ed, aby se VRT p\u0159ipravovala v \u00fazk\u00e9 koordinaci s obcemi a aby se \u0159e\u0161ily i dopady stavby na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot v regionu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTe\u010f \u0159e\u0161\u00edme t\u0159eba cyklotrasy. Budou r\u016fzn\u00e9 obslu\u017en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, kde se bude vozit materi\u00e1l na stavbu VRT, a ty cesty potom by se m\u011bly uv\u00e9st do p\u016fvodn\u00edho stavu. To je hloupost. Jestli by mohly napomoct cykloturistice, bylo by to v\u00fdborn\u00e9,\u201c \u0159ekla starostka.<\/p>\n<p>Varga \u0159ekl, \u017ee spolek si vzal za \u00fakol p\u0159ipravit studii, je\u017e zreviduje, kter\u00e9 cesty by se mohly vyu\u017e\u00edt a co by se naopak muselo dostav\u011bt. P\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b VRT chce v\u0161e zohlednit tak, aby pen\u00edze na v\u0161e byly v\u010das. \u201eByla by nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hloupost obslu\u017enou komunikaci, kter\u00e1 st\u00e1la spoustu pen\u011bz, zbourat a potom n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nad cyklostezkou. To znamen\u00e1 \u2013 vyu\u017e\u00edt toho potenci\u00e1lu a nevynalo\u017eit zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky na demolici cesty, ale umo\u017enit lidem, aby tam jezdili bezpe\u010dn\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl Varga.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1rodn\u00ed cyklokoordin\u00e1tor Jaroslav Mart\u00ednek \u0159ekl, \u017ee studie se m\u00e1 zam\u011b\u0159it na slab\u00e1 m\u00edsta. \u201eM\u016f\u017ee se poda\u0159it vytvo\u0159it bezpe\u010dn\u00fd koridor 100 kilometr\u016f od Hranic a\u017e po Bohum\u00edn, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bude pot\u0159eba budovat t\u0159eba jenom 40 kilometr\u016f.
