Opat\u0159en\u00ed reaguje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irozhlas.cz\/zpravy-domov\/otres-mozku-a-poskozeni-patere-zizkovsky-tunel-je-zivotu-nebezpecny-varuje-zena_2603250700_kvr\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">na ned\u00e1vnou nehodu<\/a>, po kter\u00e9 chodkyn\u011b skon\u010dila po sra\u017een\u00ed cyklistou s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zran\u011bn\u00edm v nemocnici. Nov\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ipravila koordinovan\u011b Praha 3 spole\u010dn\u011b s Prahou 8.<\/p>\n<p>Tunel je hlavn\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a cyklistickou spojnic\u00ed Karl\u00edna a \u017di\u017ekova, je j\u00edm dle cyklogenerelu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no veden\u00ed nad\u0159azen\u00e9 cyklotrasy A6, zna\u010dena je tudy nyn\u00ed cyklotrasa A421. Do dne\u0161n\u00edho dne v tunelu fungoval dopravn\u00ed re\u017eim p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3ny s povolenou j\u00edzdou kol. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e1 rychlost tak ji\u017e v sou\u010dasnosti byla omezena na 20 km\/h. Nyn\u00ed bude povolen\u00e9 tempo polovi\u010dn\u00ed. Dle pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed redaktora M\u011bstem na kole na m\u00edst\u011b ji\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00fd rychlostn\u00ed re\u017eim nebyl p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b z kopce n\u011bkter\u00fdmi lidmi dodr\u017eov\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>K t\u00e9to problematice tak z\u00e1rove\u0148 radn\u00ed pro dopravu Prahy 8 Martin Jedli\u010dka na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201ebude ale nutn\u00e9, aby se do kontrol zapojila i policie \u010cR a kontrolovala dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9ma bezpe\u010dnosti provozu v \u017di\u017ekovsk\u00e9m tunelu bylo obs\u00e1hle diskutov\u00e1no na <a href=\"https:\/\/praha.eu\/documents\/42409\/14672095\/Zapis_jednani_2026_04_14_DH_Z%C3%A1pis_z_jedn%C3%A1n%C3%AD_KCD_%C4%8D-_32_Schv%C3%A1len%C3%BD.pdf\/d55bfbfd-7fc5-346a-eee5-f1842b659d83?version=1.0&amp;t=1776161705042\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">dubnov\u00e9 cyklokomisi<\/a> (poradn\u00ed org\u00e1n Rady hl. m. Prahy, pozn. red.). Z jedn\u00e1n\u00ed vze\u0161lo, \u017ee jsou zva\u017eov\u00e1na i dal\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed nad r\u00e1mec pouh\u00e9ho omezen\u00ed rychlosti.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutov\u00e1ny byly mo\u017enosti jist\u00fdch designov\u00fdch \u00faprav motivuj\u00edc\u00edch ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rychlosti z d\u00edlny IPRu. Na p\u0159et\u0159es p\u0159i\u0161la i varianta fyzick\u00fdch zpomalovac\u00edch prvk\u016f, u kter\u00fdch ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 panovala obava, zda by naopak mno\u017estv\u00ed nehod nenav\u00fd\u0161ily a nebyly tak kontraproduktivn\u00ed. Doporu\u010deno bylo i prov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sv\u011bteln\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 by rychle jedouc\u00ed bicykly motivovaly ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rychlosti, \u010di samotn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed rychlosti.<\/p>\n<p>Je tak mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v tunelu dozn\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edch \u00faprav.
