Sladkou te\u010dku za v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm ob\u011bdem ud\u011blal lehk\u00fd dezert z\u00a0odpalovan\u00e9ho t\u011bsta s\u00a0vanilkov\u00fdm kr\u00e9mem a\u00a0jahodami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eP\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b kucha\u0159i kladli d\u016fraz na sez\u00f3nnost, a\u00a0proto v\u00a0receptur\u00e1ch nechyb\u011bl nap\u0159\u00edklad medv\u011bd\u00ed \u010desnek,\u201c p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil obchodn\u00ed \u0159editel kov\u00e1rny Zbyn\u011bk Rozsypal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Podle J\u00falia L\u00f6fflera byla pr\u00e1ce v\u00a0podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch z\u00e1vodn\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed zaj\u00edmavou v\u00fdzvou, kterou p\u0159ijal i\u00a0d\u00edky p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed s\u00a0kucha\u0159em Martinem Malinou.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eMuseli jsme menu p\u0159izp\u016fsobit v\u00fddeji, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd pokrm v\u00a0restauraci d\u011bl\u00e1me na minutku. Tady v\u00fddej trv\u00e1 omezenou dobu, tak\u017ee jsme vym\u00fd\u0161leli n\u011bco vhodn\u00e9ho pro tyto podm\u00ednky,\u201c uvedl michelinsk\u00fd \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159 s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee va\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0kov\u00e1rn\u011b ho bavilo. Dodal tak\u00e9, \u017ee je to cesta, jak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed gastronomii p\u0159ibli\u017eovat lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed by asi b\u011b\u017en\u011b do michelinsk\u00e9 restaurace nezav\u00edtali.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novinky.cz\/clanek\/historie-z-sevcovske-dilny-na-seznam-unesco-150-let-od-narozeni-tomase-bati-40571359\" class=\"c_N\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"450\" width=\"799\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/fjhBSLr.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Netradi\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitek si nenechalo uj\u00edt sto dvacet zam\u011bstnanc\u016f z\u00a0dvou set pravideln\u00fdch str\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f j\u00eddelny, od veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti a\u017e po pracovn\u00edky v\u00a0d\u00edln\u00e1ch, co\u017e p\u0159ekonalo p\u016fvodn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kucha\u0159\u016f. I\u00a0kdy\u017e si za speci\u00e1ln\u00ed menu museli lid\u00e9 p\u0159iplatit 100\u00a0korun m\u00edsto obvykl\u00fdch 30\u00a0korun, z\u00e1jem byl velk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Podobn\u00e9 tematick\u00e9 akce, jako byly v\u00a0minulosti nap\u0159\u00edklad tvar\u016f\u017ekov\u00e9 speciality nebo dny ch\u0159estu, jsou v\u00a0Kov\u00e1rn\u011b Viva sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho zpest\u0159en\u00ed firemn\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eSna\u017e\u00edme se ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc d\u011blat akce, abychom z\u00e1vodn\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed co nejv\u00edc p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eili tomu restaura\u010dn\u00edmu,\u201c vysv\u011btlil kucha\u0159 Malina, pro kter\u00e9ho bylo va\u0159en\u00ed s\u00a0michelinsk\u00fdm kolegou spln\u011bn\u00fdm snem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Veden\u00ed kov\u00e1rny si pro oba kucha\u0159e nav\u00edc p\u0159ipravilo unik\u00e1tn\u00ed ocen\u011bn\u00ed.  \u201eJako pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed za tento jedine\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon jsme se ob\u011bma kucha\u0159\u016fm rozhodli ud\u011blit \u0158\u00e1d \u010dern\u00e9 podkovy, kter\u00e1 byla ru\u010dn\u011b vykov\u00e1na v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho v\u00fdcviku, kter\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1me pro \u017e\u00e1ky St\u0159edn\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161koly polytechnick\u00e9,\u201c vysv\u011btlila person\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka Martina Pravdov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novinky.cz\/clanek\/internet-a-pc-ai-starosta-ktery-nikdy-nespi-ratibor-jako-prvni-v-cesku-naklonovala-vedeni-obce-pomoci-ai-40572120\" class=\"c_N\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/1776261611_730_digitalni-dvojnik-starosta-ratibor.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Zl\u00ednsk\u00e1 restaurace La Villa z\u00edskala michelinskou hv\u011bzdu v\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku. V\u00a0krajsk\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Moravy p\u016fsob\u00ed\u00a0tento podnik od prosince 2017.\u00a0S\u00eddl\u00ed v\u00a0b\u00fdval\u00e9 prvorepublikov\u00e9 vile u\u00a0lesa ve \u010dtvrti Mokr\u00e1, kde si ji nechal v\u00a0roce 1941\u00a0postavit jeden z\u00a0v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch ba\u0165ovsk\u00fdch \u0161\u00e9f\u016f Hugo Vavre\u010dka.
