V\u00a0Praze, na nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm realitn\u00edm trhu v\u00a0zemi, koupili lid\u00e9 podle dat developer\u016f Central Group, Skanska Residential a\u00a0Trigema v\u00a0\u00favodn\u00edch t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch roku 1800\u00a0nov\u00fdch byt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Meziro\u010dn\u011b je to sice o\u00a029\u00a0procent m\u00e9n\u011b, lo\u0148sk\u00e9 prvn\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed ale bylo prodejn\u011b neb\u00fdvale siln\u00e9. Prodeje ale byly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch t\u0159ech kvart\u00e1lech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Spolu s\u00a0popt\u00e1vkou trv\u00e1 i\u00a0siln\u00fd r\u016fst cen. Pra\u017esk\u00e9 novostavby se poprv\u00e9 v\u00a0historii nab\u00edzely za v\u00edce ne\u017e 180\u00a0tis\u00edc korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u010dinila pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 nab\u00eddkov\u00e1 cena 182\u00a0311\u00a0korun za metr, tedy asi 12,8\u00a0milionu za 70metrov\u00fd byt. Meziro\u010dn\u011b to bylo o\u00a08,6\u00a0procenta v\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">V Brn\u011b nab\u00eddkov\u00e1 cena vzrostla v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm rokem dokonce o\u00a014\u00a0procent na 154\u00a0tis\u00edc korun za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed. Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd modelov\u00fd byt o\u00a0rozloze 70\u00a0metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch vy\u0161el na 10,8\u00a0milionu.
