Foto: archiv PID<\/p>\n<p>\nPraha spolu se St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fdm krajem vyp\u00ed\u0161e tendr na provoz vlakov\u00fdch linek na trati z\u00a0Prahy do \u010cer\u010dan s\u00a0odbo\u010dkou do Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161e po prosinci 2029, kdy skon\u010d\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed smlouva. Ve \u010dtvrtek to schv\u00e1lili m\u011bst\u0161t\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9, st\u0159edo\u010de\u0161t\u00ed s\u00a0vyps\u00e1n\u00edm tendru souhlasili d\u0159\u00edve. Zak\u00e1zka s\u00a0p\u0159edpokl\u00e1danou hodnotou 15,78\u00a0miliardy korun bez DPH na 15\u00a0let provozu zahrnuje n\u00e1kup 13\u00a0bateriov\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch vlak\u016f s\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitou 145\u00a0m\u00edst k\u00a0sezen\u00ed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePos\u00e1zavsk\u00fd Pacifik je jednou z\u00a0nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edch neelektrizovan\u00fdch trat\u00ed v\u00a0okol\u00ed Prahy, kter\u00e1 je vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 nejen pro ka\u017edodenn\u00ed doj\u00ed\u017e\u010fku, ale hojn\u011b tak\u00e9 pro rekrea\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely obyvatel hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta. C\u00edlem sout\u011b\u017ee je nab\u00eddnout cestuj\u00edc\u00edm modern\u00ed, komfortn\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ekologick\u00fd zp\u016fsob dopravy, kter\u00fd odpov\u00edd\u00e1 pot\u0159eb\u00e1m rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se metropole i\u00a0jej\u00edch obyvatel,\u201c uvedl n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Prahy pro oblast dopravy Jarom\u00edr Ber\u00e1nek (Pir\u00e1ti).<\/p>\n<p>Dopravce bude vybr\u00e1n v\u00a0r\u00e1mci otev\u0159en\u00e9ho nab\u00eddkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s\u00a0jedn\u00e1n\u00edm, realizovan\u00e9ho formou spole\u010dn\u00e9ho zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fdm krajem, kter\u00fd ji\u017e sv\u016fj souhlas se z\u00e1m\u011brem vyslovil. Hlavn\u00edm zadavatelem zak\u00e1zky je\u00a0Praha.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava zad\u00e1vac\u00ed dokumentace prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0\u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci obou kraj\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00e9ho expertn\u00edho t\u00fdmu, kter\u00fd sou\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159ipravuje a realizuje sout\u011b\u017e na velkokapacitn\u00ed jednotky EMU\u00a0400.<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00fdmu jsou zapojeni z\u00e1stupci organizac\u00ed ROPID a IDSK, extern\u00ed odborn\u00edci, administr\u00e1to\u0159i a z\u00e1stupci advok\u00e1tn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpravu zak\u00e1zky monitoruje Transparency International\u00a0\u2013 \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVelk\u00fd d\u016fraz ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji klademe na kvalitu p\u0159\u00edpravy sout\u011b\u017ee, srozumitelnost zad\u00e1vac\u00edch podm\u00ednek a maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed otev\u0159enost v\u016f\u010di trhu. P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed konzultace s\u00a0v\u00fdrobci vozidel n\u00e1m umo\u017enily nastavit realistick\u00e9 technick\u00e9 i\u00a0kvalitativn\u00ed po\u017eadavky,\u201c \u0159ekl Petr Boreck\u00fd (STAN), radn\u00ed St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje pro ve\u0159ejnou mobilitu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed provozn\u00ed koncept po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0nasazen\u00edm 13\u00a0vozidel (s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a\u017e na 15, pozn. red) a ro\u010dn\u00edm dopravn\u00edm v\u00fdkonem na \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy v\u00a0rozsahu necel\u00fdch p\u016fl milionu vlakov\u00fdch kilometr\u016f. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm op\u010dn\u00edch pr\u00e1v lze provoz d\u00e1le roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it, zejm\u00e9na ve sm\u011bru na Vran\u00e9 nad Vltavou.<\/p>\n<p>Nab\u00eddky budou hodnoceny na z\u00e1klad\u011b nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pom\u011bru nab\u00eddkov\u00e9 ceny a kvality. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e1 hodnota zak\u00e1zky \u010din\u00ed 15,78\u00a0miliardy korun bez DPH za obdob\u00ed 15\u00a0let, v\u010detn\u011b v\u0161ech vyhrazen\u00fdch zm\u011bn. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd term\u00edn zah\u00e1jen\u00ed nab\u00eddkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je kv\u011bten a\u017e \u010derven\u00a02026.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0pl\u00e1nu je nasadit nov\u00e9 vlaky i\u00a0na chystanou sp\u011b\u0161nou v\u00edkendovou linku T41 do Kutn\u00e9 Hory, kde umo\u017en\u00ed spojen\u00ed do stanice Kutn\u00e1 Hora m\u011bsto, kam tra\u0165 nen\u00ed elektrizov\u00e1na.<\/p>\n<p>Praha s\u00a0krajem po konci patn\u00e1ctilet\u00e9ho kontraktu vlaky tak\u00e9 odkoup\u00ed a na z\u00e1klad\u011b nov\u00e9 smlouvy bude provozovat d\u00e1le, proto\u017ee jejich \u017eivotnost je 30\u00a0let.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Vlak na trati takzvan\u00e9ho Pos\u00e1zavsk\u00e9ho pacifiku.
