Pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9to skupin\u011b podnik\u016f se tak\u00e9 nej\u010dast\u011bji objevuje AI jako d\u016fvod takov\u00e9ho kroku, a to ve v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btin\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f (22 procent). To je v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e celkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br 14 procent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161e zku\u0161enosti ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee st\u0159edn\u011b velk\u00e9 podniky b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, ale i automatizace obecn\u011b, \u010dasto rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e men\u0161\u00ed firmy. Maj\u00ed obvykle v\u00edce person\u00e1ln\u00edch a finan\u010dn\u00edch zdroj\u016f na nasazen\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed flexibilitu v zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed inovac\u00ed. Nen\u00ed proto p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b u t\u00e9to skupiny je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procento firem, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed omezit n\u00e1bor junior\u016f kv\u016fli zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed AI. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b spektra jsou velk\u00e9 korporace, kter\u00e9 jsou v automatizaci a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed AI nejd\u00e1le, jejich nasazen\u00ed je zpravidla \u0159\u00edzeno glob\u00e1ln\u011b, dlouhodob\u011b a systematicky. Tyto firmy tedy masivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ze\u0161t\u00edhlen\u00edm juniorsk\u00fdch pozic ji\u017e pro\u0161ly,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Radovan Hauk, partner poradensk\u00e9 skupiny Moore Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomick\u00e1 nejistota jako hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod<\/p>\n<p>Mezi firmami, kter\u00e9 uva\u017euj\u00ed o omezen\u00ed n\u00e1boru junior\u016f, jsou nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm motivem ekonomick\u00e1 nejistota a tlak na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f \u2013 uv\u00e1d\u00ed to 46 procent respondent\u016f. Reaguj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na makroekonomick\u00e9 vlivy a m\u011bn\u00ed preference sm\u011brem k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti. Absolventi, kte\u0159\u00ed ovl\u00e1daj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s AI a dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed kriticky interpretovat jej\u00ed v\u00fdstupy, budou nab\u00eddky pr\u00e1ce m\u00edt. Slab\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed AI v t\u00e9to oblasti nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9. HR obvykle nab\u00edz\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro jej\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed nasazen\u00ed z hlediska povahy i rozsahu agendy. \u201eV\u00fdjimkou je nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1bor, kter\u00fd b\u00fdv\u00e1 ve firm\u00e1ch sp\u00ed\u0161e okrajovou agendou a \u010dasto se mu v\u011bnuje jen jeden zam\u011bstnanec.
