A s m\u00edrou nekompetence, jakou d\u00e1l p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 veden\u00ed koncernu i jeho jednotliv\u00fdch zna\u010dek, se d\u00e1l rozkl\u00e1dat bude. Prodej Bugatti je fakticky nev\u00fdznamn\u00fd, coby symbol \u00fapadku firmy je ale v\u0161e\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pohledy do smutn\u00e9 historie n\u011bkter\u00fdch firem \u010dasto nab\u00edz\u00ed ot\u00e1zky typu: \u201eCo kdo musel ud\u011blat, aby z dek\u00e1dy budovan\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky sv\u00e9ho oboru ud\u011blal tr\u00e1p\u00edc\u00edho se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka druh\u00e9 ligy?\u201d Bez toho, ani\u017e bychom \u017eili v dob\u00e1ch, kdy podobn\u00fd \u00fapadek tu \u010di onu firmu postihl, je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vn\u00edmat p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny spr\u00e1vn\u011b, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b koncernu VW jsme ale v uplynul\u00fdch cirka 10 letech m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161e sledovat prakticky v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m p\u0159enosu. A je to vskutku fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed proces.<\/p>\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b dek\u00e1du zp\u00e1tky byla skupina Volkswagen jasn\u00fdm vl\u00e1dcem automobilov\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, bez jak\u00e9koli re\u00e1ln\u00e9 konkurence. Nejen\u017ee dok\u00e1zala prod\u00e1vat nejv\u00edc aut na planet\u011b, prod\u00e1vala tak\u00e9 \u010dasto ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed auta &#8211; anebo jedna z nejlep\u0161\u00edch aut &#8211; sv\u00e9ho druhu v \u0159ad\u011b oblast\u00ed. Oby\u010dejn\u00e9 vozy pro ka\u017ed\u00fd den, lep\u0161\u00ed auta pro kdekoho, pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 vozy, luxusn\u00ed stroje, spor\u0165\u00e1ky&#8230; Byl to prakticky jedno, cokoli od \u0160kody Octavia a VW Golf p\u0159es VW Touaregy nebo Audi A8 a\u017e po Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n \u010di Bentley Flying Spur bylo opravdu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdm zbo\u017e\u00edm sv\u00e9ho druhu.<\/p>\n<p>Nad t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm st\u00e1lo Bugatti coby symbol tot\u00e1ln\u00ed nadvl\u00e1dy &#8211; jen firma, kter\u00e1 funguje a dok\u00e1\u017ee ve v\u0161ech v\u00fd\u0161e nazna\u010den\u00fdch segmentech prod\u00e1vat konkurenceschopn\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed se solidn\u00edmi mar\u017eemi, si m\u016f\u017ee dovolit nal\u00edt miliardy do zd\u00e1nliv\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho projektu hyperaut pro p\u00e1r set lid\u00ed z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Je to takov\u00e1 posledn\u00ed facka nemohouc\u00ed konkurenci &#8211; zat\u00edmco ta \u010dasto nev\u00ed, co si po\u010dne, aby v\u016fbec z\u016fstala finan\u010dn\u011b nad vodou, vy si stav\u00edte bugatky n\u011bkde pobl\u00ed\u017e francouzsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1me\u010dku. A ne\u0161lo jen o to, v\u0161echny mo\u017en\u00e9 extra verze oby\u010dejn\u00fdch aut, zd\u00e1nliv\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 modely, pr\u016fhledn\u00e9 fabriky&#8230; VW byl na koni a sm\u00e1l se v\u0161em ostatn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle v\u0161echno stvo\u0159il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/fascinace\/zemrel-ferdinand-piech-pripomente-si-milniky-jeho-uchvatne-kariery\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ferdinand Karl Pi\u00ebch<\/a> z vlastn\u011b docela pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 firmy, kter\u00fdm koncern VW je\u0161t\u011b na p\u0159elomu 80. a 90. let byl. Nepochybujeme o tom, \u017ee to v\u0161echno d\u011blal schv\u00e1ln\u011b nejen ze sv\u00e9 je\u0161itnosti, ale i jako z\u0159eteln\u00e9 snahy o demoralizaci konkurence. Takov\u00e1 Toyota prod\u00e1vala velmi podobn\u00fd po\u010det aut, kdy\u017e jste ale je\u0161t\u011b v p\u016flce minul\u00e9 dek\u00e1dy sedli z nov\u00e9ho produktu VW Group do srovnateln\u00e9 Toyoty, m\u011bli jste pocit, \u017ee jste p\u0159e\u0161li rovnou ze Star Treku do Skanzenu. A Toyota nem\u011bla ani nic jin\u00e9ho, byla to tov\u00e1rna na cvi\u010dky vedle fabriky zna\u010dky Gucci. Nic z toho u\u017e d\u00e1vno neplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Koncern VW se dostal do rukou o pozn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b schopn\u00fdch &#8211; pokud ne rovnou neschopn\u00fdch &#8211; lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se vzhl\u00e9dli v technick\u00e9m nesmyslu, p\u0159estali vn\u00edmat pot\u0159eby z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a dogmaticky \u0161li za jedn\u00edm c\u00edlem bez ohledu na to, co to s firmou a jej\u00ed prosperitou d\u011blalo. U VW Group bylo hodn\u011b co \u201epro\u017e\u00edrat\u201d, od skv\u011bl\u00e9 pov\u011bsti a\u017e po rozmanit\u00e1 aktiva, tak\u017ee efekt se neprojevil hned. Ale proto\u017ee tento \u00fapadek trval p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho a firma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/predstaveni\/vw-asi-vadilo-ze-se-svou-levnou-znackou-boduje-prichazi-tedy-s-novinkou-ktera-se-postara-o-opak\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">dodnes neprojevuje zn\u00e1mky racionalizace sv\u00fdch aktivit<\/a>, postupn\u011b se rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Jak moc se toho d\u011bje uvnit\u0159, pozn\u00e1me nutn\u011b a\u017e s odstupem, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/predstaveni\/rozklad-vw-pokracuje-pocita-s-tim-ze-proda-o-dalsi-1-milion-aut-min-zbavi-se-tovaren-i-lidi\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">viditeln\u00e9 znaky \u00fapadku a beznad\u011bje jsou ale jasn\u011b patrn\u00e9<\/a>. T\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm je dosud neschopnost firmy rozumn\u011b nalo\u017eit s automobilkou Bugatti, kter\u00e1 se z projevu nadvl\u00e1dy stala p\u0159\u00edt\u011b\u017e\u00ed, s n\u00ed\u017e si VW l\u00e9ta nev\u00ed rady. Nejprve ji tedy VW rozpustil do struktur Porsche, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fd pod\u00edl ponechalo chorvatsk\u00e9mu Rimacu, je\u017e vlo\u017eil \u201es\u00e1m sebe\u201d do nov\u00e9 entity Bugatti Rimac. A te\u010f u\u017e nem\u00e1 nic.<\/p>\n<p>Kon\u010d\u00ed tak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159i dek\u00e1dy trvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00e9ra z\u0159ejm\u011b nejstabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed francouzsk\u00e9 automobilky v jej\u00ed cel\u00e9 slavn\u00e9 historii. Stalo se to, o \u010dem si u\u017e n\u011bjakou chv\u00edli \u0161t\u011bbetali vrabci na st\u0159ech\u00e1ch nejen ve Wolfsburgu s Mulhouse, kdy\u017e Porsche <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/predstaveni\/porsche-po-sazce-na-spatneho-kone-odepsalo-93-procenta-zisku-ztratilo-desetinu-zakazniku-a-pracuje-s-1procentni-marzi\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">po s\u00e1zce na \u0161patn\u00e9ho kon\u011b a odeps\u00e1n\u00ed 93 procent zisk\u016f<\/a> prodalo sv\u00e9 pod\u00edly jak v Bugatti Rimac, tak p\u0159\u00edmo v Rimacu spole\u010dnostem HOF Capital a BlueFive Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Nechceme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou to pochybn\u00e9 firmy, jde ale o neautomobilov\u00e9, ryze investi\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti pracuj\u00edc\u00ed hlavn\u011b s arabsk\u00fdm kapit\u00e1lem, pod jejich\u017e de\u0161tn\u00edkem bude Bugatti vzkv\u00e9tat je\u0161t\u011b o pozn\u00e1n\u00ed komplikovan\u011bji ne\u017e pod k\u0159\u00eddly VW Group. S 28let\u00fdm obdob\u00edm vl\u00e1dy VW Group nad firmou je tak definitivn\u011b minulost\u00ed. A N\u011bmci mohou jen vzpom\u00ednat, jak v dob\u00e1ch model\u016f Veyron a Chiron definovaly toho, co je to hyperauto.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes jejich fungov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 hyper pr\u016f&#8230; pr\u016f\u0161vih, ze kter\u00e9ho ale jako by se po\u0159\u00e1d necht\u011bli vymanit. Sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom i slova gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele Porsche Michaela Leiterse, kter\u00fd v reakci na ozn\u00e1men\u00ed prodeje Bugatti ozn\u00e1mil, \u017ee \u201ese Porsche zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na sv\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed\u201d. V den, kdy firma odhalila <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoforum.cz\/predstaveni\/porsche-ukazalo-novou-verzi-sveho-nejvetsiho-nesmyslu-a-mysli-si-ze-ho-tak-proda-snaze-neverime-tomu-ani-v-nejmensim\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">elektrick\u00fd Cayenne Coup\u00e9<\/a> coby mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u016fbec nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nesmysl, jak\u00fd kdy postavila, kter\u00fd pro ni bude s asi 99procentn\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed jen zdrojem ztr\u00e1ty pen\u011bz, dobr\u00e9 pov\u011bsti i dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti loaj\u00e1ln\u00ed klientely? Tak ur\u010dit\u011b&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Lehk\u00e9 to ale nebude m\u00edt ani Bugatti, a\u0165 u\u017e si to Mate Rimac maluje jakkoli. Bez podpory Volkswagenu mu toho bude chyb\u011bt tolik k tomu, co je t\u0159eba pro udr\u017een\u00ed takto \u00fazkoprofilov\u00e9 automobilky nad vodou technologicky i finan\u010dn\u011b. Nav\u00edc jsme tak trochu doufali, \u017ee by to mohl b\u00fdt Rimac, kdo by ve struktur\u00e1ch VW Group d\u00e1l stoupal a napravil celou firmu.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle v\u0161echno te\u010f pad\u00e1 a nejsou to dobr\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy &#8211; pro VW, pro Bugatti ani pro oby\u010dejn\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 nad\u0161ence i racion\u00e1ln\u011b uva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed lidi, jako jsme my.
