Z\u00a0tamn\u00edho kruhov\u00e9ho objezdu by m\u011bla silnice pokra\u010dovat mezi Vestcem a\u00a0Hrn\u010d\u00ed\u0159i d\u00e1l na sever kolem Rozko\u0161e, \u0160eberova k\u00a0d\u00e1lnici D1, kde m\u00e1 vzniknout nov\u00fd exit na 4.\u00a0kilometru. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Investorem je Krajsk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va a\u00a0\u00fadr\u017eba silnic, kter\u00e1 zat\u00edm odhaduje stavebn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na 2,5\u00a0miliardy korun. \u201ePen\u00edze chce krajsk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va silnic \u010derpat z\u00a0\u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 dotace St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury. Pr\u00e1ce by m\u011bly za\u010d\u00edt v\u00a0roce 2029\u00a0a\u00a0skon\u010dit o\u00a0t\u0159i roky pozd\u011bji,\u201c uvedl mluv\u010d\u00ed krajsk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy Josef Holek. Obce se te\u010f mohou ke stavb\u011b vyjad\u0159ovat a\u00a0d\u00e1vat p\u0159ipom\u00ednky v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jej\u00edho posouzen\u00ed a\u00a0vlivu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Rozpaky v\u0161ak bud\u00ed navr\u017een\u00e1 Vesteck\u00e1 spojka u\u00a0veden\u00ed obce Vestec. \u201eTak, jak je silnice navr\u017een\u00e1, u\u017e samotn\u00fdm obyvatel\u016fm Vestce nic nep\u0159inese, pro n\u00e1s je to zcela zbytn\u00e1 stavba, kter\u00e1 pro obec nem\u00e1 smysl,\u201c \u0159ekl Novink\u00e1m starosta Vestce Tibor \u0160vec (STAN). \u201eJsou tam jin\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy. U\u017e spoustu let c\u00edt\u00edme tlak na zhodnocen\u00ed pozemk\u016f u\u00a0d\u00e1lnice D1\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou nov\u00e9ho exitu,\u201c upozornil \u0160vec.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novinky.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zacal-pruzkum-pro-dalsi-tunel-chystane-dalnice-d3-v-posazavi-40568968\" class=\"c_N\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"2250\" width=\"4000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/stola-tunel-razba-dalnice-d3.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b starosta \u0160vec nezpochybnil v\u00fdznam spojky pro pl\u00e1novanou d\u00e1lnici D3, kter\u00e1 se m\u00e1 nedaleko Vestce a\u00a0Jesenice napojit na Pra\u017esk\u00fd okruh. Novou silnici by m\u011bla stav\u011bt Krajsk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va a\u00a0\u00fadr\u017eba silnic St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje mezi lety 2029\u00a0a\u00a02032, tak aby byla hotov\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b spolu s\u00a0chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed d\u00e1lnice D3\u00a0od T\u00e1bora p\u0159es Pos\u00e1zav\u00ed k\u00a0Praze.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201ePo zprovozn\u011bn\u00ed vznikne propojen\u00ed dvou velmi vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edch \u00fasek\u016f v\u00a0t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti metropole, zkr\u00e1t\u00ed se cesty z\u00a0obc\u00ed na d\u00e1lnice a\u00a0odleh\u010d\u00edme p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 silnici II\/603\u00a0ve V\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9,\u201c hodnotil n\u00e1m\u011bstek \u0159editele krajsk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy silnic zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za investice Jan Fidler. <\/p>\n<p><img height=\"970\"   width=\"1726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/vestecka-spojka-mapa-silnice-krajska-sprava-silnic.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/>Foto: KS\u00daS<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Mapa vyzna\u010duje pl\u00e1novanou Vesteckou spojku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eJe z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee po\u010det obyvatel a\u00a0jejich mobilita se v\u00a0regionu v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech rapidn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily. Doprava se tak rozm\u011bln\u00ed do kapacitn\u00edch silnic, \u010d\u00edm\u017e p\u0159isp\u011bjeme ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti provozu,\u201c argumentoval pro stavbu Fidler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Krom\u011b toho by m\u011bla spojka slou\u017eit i\u00a0jako obchvat n\u011bkter\u00fdch obc\u00ed a\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Obchvaty na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b obce cht\u011bj\u00ed, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho n\u00e1r\u016fstu dopravy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eVelmi obs\u00e1hlou dokumentaci jsme dostali p\u0159ed p\u00e1r dny, tak\u017ee ji mus\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b prostudovat. Na 11.\u00a0kv\u011btna jsme svolali mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zastupitelstvo a\u00a0tam se uk\u00e1\u017ee, jak se k\u00a0Vesteck\u00e9 spojce postav\u00edme,\u201c \u0159ekla Novink\u00e1m starostka pra\u017esk\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti \u0160eberov Petra Venturov\u00e1 (za STAN). \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b bude na\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednkou, aby se do dokumentace zapracovaly na\u0161e po\u017eadavky na opat\u0159en\u00ed proti hluku a\u00a0prachu,\u201c doplnila starostka Venturov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Nov\u00e1 silnice by m\u011bla plnit roli obchvat\u016f nap\u0159\u00edklad pro Rozko\u0161, Hrn\u010d\u00ed\u0159e a\u00a0\u0160eberov. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku d\u00e1lnice D1\u00a0vznikne nov\u00fd exit na 4.\u00a0kilometru mezi Chodovem a\u00a0Pr\u016fhonicemi. \u201eChceme postavit dvoupruhovou silnici pro rychlost 90\u00a0km\/h o\u00a0d\u00e9lce p\u011bt a\u00a0\u010dtvrt kilometru,\u201c up\u0159esnil Jan Fidler. Celkem by tak Vesteck\u00e1 spojka i\u00a0s prvn\u00edm \u00fasekem zprovozn\u011bn\u00fdm v\u00a0roce 2010\u00a0m\u011b\u0159ila t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sedm kilometr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Stavba podle p\u0159edstaven\u00e9ho projektu zahrnuje kruhov\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky se sou\u010dasn\u00fdmi silnicemi, protihlukov\u00e9 st\u011bny, valy nebo ekodukty pro migraci zv\u011b\u0159e.
