M\u00e9n\u011b spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na prvn\u00ed dojem a\u00a0nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cenu, v\u00edce sleduj\u00ed kvalitu n\u00e1vrhu i\u00a0proveden\u00ed, rychlost realizace, provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady i\u00a0d\u016fv\u011bryhodnost firem a\u00a0dodavatel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Trh o\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, ale opatrnost z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno mnoho lid\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed o\u00a0stavb\u011b domu odkl\u00e1dalo. Nejistota kolem financov\u00e1n\u00ed, vysok\u00e9 ceny i\u00a0obava z\u00a0ne\u010dekan\u00e9ho zdra\u017een\u00ed b\u011bhem stavby vedly k\u00a0vy\u010dk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Jaro 2026\u00a0ale ukazuje, \u017ee z\u00e1jem o\u00a0vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed znovu s\u00edl\u00ed. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tomu i\u00a0nov\u011b otev\u0159en\u00fd program <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/novazelenausporam.cz\/\" class=\"c_N\">Nov\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 \u00faspor\u00e1m 2026+<\/a>, kter\u00fd od dubna znovu nab\u00edz\u00ed podporu pro \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bydlen\u00ed v\u00a0upraven\u00e9 podob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eZ\u00e1kazn\u00edci jsou dnes mnohem opatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale i\u00a0v\u00edce informovan\u00ed ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edv. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed kvalitu proveden\u00ed, odbornost i\u00a0spolehlivost firmy a\u00a0cht\u011bj\u00ed dob\u0159e investovat sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze. U\u00a0n\u00e1s proto vyb\u00edraj\u00ed ze stavebn\u00edch firem prov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch certifikac\u00ed Dokument n\u00e1rodn\u00ed kvality,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Blanka Nov\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e1 z\u00a0Asociace dodavatel\u016f montovan\u00fdch dom\u016f (ADMD), kter\u00e1 se v\u011bnuje d\u0159evostavb\u00e1m a\u00a0dlouhodob\u011b sleduje v\u00fdvoj trhu. To, co vypad\u00e1 jako \u00faspora p\u0159i podpisu smlouvy, se m\u016f\u017ee pozd\u011bji prom\u011bnit ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dty za vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, hor\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00fd komfort nebo drah\u00e9 opravy podcen\u011bn\u00fdch detail\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto roste v\u00fdznam kvalitn\u00ed ob\u00e1lky budovy, promy\u0161len\u00e9ho napojen\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed a\u00a0eliminace tepeln\u00fdch ztr\u00e1t. Energetick\u00e1 efektivita u\u017e dnes nen\u00ed luxus, ale racion\u00e1ln\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eZ praxe v\u00edme, \u017ee snaha u\u0161et\u0159it na detailech, jako jsou napojen\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed do fas\u00e1dy, kotven\u00ed \u017ealuzi\u00ed, prahy nebo terasy, vypad\u00e1 na za\u010d\u00e1tku jako rozumn\u00e1 \u00faspora. Ve skute\u010dnosti ale pr\u00e1v\u011b tato m\u00edsta rozhoduj\u00ed o\u00a0tom, jak bude d\u016fm fungovat ka\u017ed\u00fd den\u00a0\u2013 jestli bude tepeln\u011b komfortn\u00ed, nebo se naopak projev\u00ed chladn\u00fdmi m\u00edsty, vlhkost\u00ed a\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1klady na provoz.
