V\u00a0\u010cesku je to od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edjna pilotn\u00ed projekt. V\u00a0\u00faseku mezi Planou nad Lu\u017enic\u00ed a\u00a0\u00dasiln\u00fdm za p\u016flrok s\u00a0nov\u00fdm pravidlem p\u0159ibylo nehod, zran\u011bn\u00fdch a\u00a0tak\u00e9 situac\u00ed, kdy se \u0161of\u00e9\u0159i nechaj\u00ed un\u00e9st je\u0161t\u011b daleko v\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze statistik, kter\u00e9 Seznam Zpr\u00e1v\u00e1m poskytla jiho\u010desk\u00e1 policie. Vyhodnocen\u00ed dat z\u00a0pilotn\u00edho projektu m\u00e1 poslou\u017eit pro p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed povolen\u00e9 rychlosti i\u00a0na dal\u0161\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b v\u00a0\u010cesku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Policist\u00e9 hodnotili obdob\u00ed od 5.\u00a0\u0159\u00edjna do konce leto\u0161n\u00edho \u00fanora, tedy necel\u00fdch p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 jet pouze ve chv\u00edli, kdy byly p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky bez mlhy \u010di sr\u00e1\u017eek. Stopades\u00e1tku v\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b stanov\u00ed prom\u011bnn\u00e9 zna\u010dky. Tato rychlost i\u00a0kv\u016fli zimn\u00edmu obdob\u00ed ale platila jen v\u00a0mal\u00e9m po\u010dtu dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">I p\u0159esto je ve statistik\u00e1ch patrn\u00e1. Policist\u00e9 za tu dobu \u0159e\u0161ili 39\u00a0nehod, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed ze z\u00e1kona evidovat. Ke smrteln\u00e9 nehod\u011b nedo\u0161lo, lehce se za tu dobu zranilo 11\u00a0lid\u00ed. \u201eV\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed za stejn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed roku p\u0159edchoz\u00edho se jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0n\u00e1r\u016fst nehod v\u00a0celkov\u00e9m po\u010dtu +17\u00a0a\u00a0lehce zran\u011bn\u00fdch osob p\u0159ibylo o\u00a0p\u011bt,\u201c sd\u011blil krajsk\u00fd policejn\u00ed mluv\u010d\u00ed Milan Bajcura.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zivot-v-cesku-boj-s-pretizenymi-kamiony-vazne-stat-chysta-zmeny-u-vah-za-stamiliony-303687\" class=\"e_n f_l0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"1687\"   width=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/1777354391_946_3d62.jpeg\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"e_aa e_Z e_T\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">T\u0159i lid\u00e9 se zranili, pr\u00e1v\u011b kdy\u017e byla stopades\u00e1tka na dopravn\u00edm zna\u010den\u00ed aktivn\u00ed. Policist\u00e9 mimo to asistovali i\u00a0u \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch p\u011bti drobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nehod, kdy posta\u010dily euroformul\u00e1\u0159e. \u201eJedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0stejn\u00fd po\u010det jako v\u00a0obdob\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00edm a\u00a0\u010dty\u0159i\u00a0z\u00a0p\u011bti\u00a0t\u011bchto ud\u00e1lost\u00ed se stalo v\u00a0dob\u011b aktivn\u00edho zobrazen\u00ed 150,\u201c doplnil mluv\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Jak nazna\u010duj\u00ed policejn\u00ed \u00fadaje, \u0161of\u00e9r\u016fm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost ani tak \u010dasto nesta\u010d\u00ed. Policist\u00e9 z\u00a0d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edch odd\u011blen\u00ed vy\u0159\u00eddili 295\u00a0poru\u0161en\u00ed rychlosti mimo obec, co\u017e je o\u00a085\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f v\u00edc ne\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00e9m srovnateln\u00e9m obdob\u00ed. Zaznamenali i\u00a0j\u00edzdy dvoustovkou. \u201eNicm\u00e9n\u011b tato statistika se nevztahuje pouze na \u00fasek d\u00e1lnice D3\u00a0v\u00a0km 84\u2013131, ale na celou \u00fazemn\u00ed p\u016fsobnost t\u011bchto \u00fatvar\u016f, kter\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u\u00a0Mezna a\u00a0kon\u010d\u00ed u\u00a0obce Kaplice-n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed,\u201c up\u0159esnil Bajcura s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u010dty kontrol na D3\u00a0policist\u00e9 neeviduj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na vyhodnocen\u00ed dat je brzy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Dopravn\u00ed expert Roman Budsk\u00fd z\u00a0Platformy Vize 0\u00a0tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee i\u00a0d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdsledky potvrzuj\u00ed jeho skepsi k\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rychlostn\u00edm limit\u016fm. \u201eZat\u00edm nem\u00e1me konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny uveden\u00fdch nehod, ale jsou to n\u00e1r\u016fsty o\u00a0des\u00edtky procent. Ale \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m dlouhodob\u011b, \u017ee nem\u00e1me baz\u00edrovat na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolen\u00e9 rychlosti, ale na kvalitn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed telematice (syst\u00e9my \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dopravy &#8211; pozn. red.) pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 cestovn\u00ed rychlosti,\u201c vysv\u011btlil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">V konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm 47kilometrov\u00e9m \u00faseku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed limit o\u00a020\u00a0kilometr\u016f v\u00a0hodin\u011b v\u00a0ide\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch \u0161et\u0159\u00ed necel\u00e9 t\u0159i\u00a0minuty j\u00edzdn\u00ed doby. \u201eA jak ukazuj\u00ed prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla policie, \u0159idi\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed jezd\u00ed na povolen\u00e9 130\u00a0rychlost\u00ed 150, budou jezdit 170\u00a0v\u00a0hodin\u011b na povolen\u00e9 150.\u00a0\u0158ada z\u00a0nich si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, pro\u010d se maj\u00ed v\u00a0rychlosti omezovat, kdy\u017e je povolen\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost. Potvrzuj\u00ed to i\u00a0na\u0161e subjektivn\u00ed data, \u017ee se v\u00a0\u00faseku jezd\u00ed ost\u0159eji,\u201c uvedl expert. Dodal, \u017ee i\u00a0v jin\u00fdch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch vedlo do\u010dasn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rychlostn\u00edch limit\u016f k\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu po\u010dtu nehod.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Jiho\u010de\u0161t\u00ed policist\u00e9 v\u00a0p\u016fli dubna poskytli Ministerstvu dopravy \u201eadministrativn\u00ed stanovisko\u201c k\u00a0dosavadn\u00edmu pilotn\u00edmu projektu. \u201eMimo jin\u00e9 zmi\u0148uje, \u017ee s\u00a0ohledem na n\u011bkolik technick\u00fdch komplikac\u00ed a\u00a0zejm\u00e9na \u201azimn\u00edmu\u2018 obdob\u00ed byl re\u017eim 150\u00a0aktivn\u00ed v\u00a0tak mal\u00e9m po\u010dtu p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, \u017ee k\u00a0objektivn\u00edmu posouzen\u00ed by bylo vhodn\u00e9 zku\u0161ebn\u00ed provoz prodlou\u017eit,\u201c uvedli.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Jeho v\u00fdsledky maj\u00ed v\u00e9st k\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rychlost\u00ed i\u00a0na dal\u0161\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch d\u00e1lnic. Rychlost by se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b mohla zvy\u0161ovat na D1\u00a0z\u00a0P\u0159erova do Ostravy nebo na D11\u00a0u\u00a0Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zivot-v-cesku-jako-bourka-nechali-jsme-zmerit-hluk-u-nove-d1-ktery-drazdi-mistni-302821\" class=\"e_n f_l0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"2268\"   width=\"4032\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/d1-hluk-dluhonice-prerov.mpo.webp\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"e_aa e_Z e_T\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Ministerstvo dopravy chce s\u00a0rozhodnut\u00edm tak\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b vy\u010dkat. \u201eFin\u00e1ln\u00ed vyhodnocen\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b doporu\u010dovan\u00e9ho dal\u0161\u00edho postupu v\u00a0t\u00e9to v\u011bci, zpracujeme a\u00a0p\u0159edstav\u00edme v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch,\u201c vysv\u011btlila mluv\u010d\u00ed Alena M\u00fchl.<\/p>\n<p>Expert: Jdeme proti proudu v\u00a0Evrop\u011b<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">P\u00edsemn\u00e9 stanovisko policist\u016f m\u00e1 k\u00a0dispozici tak\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed Bezpe\u010dnosti silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. \u201eKrom\u011b informac\u00ed od policie, ale vyhodnocujeme tak\u00e9 data o\u00a0rychlostech vozidel a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed ukazatele, kter\u00e9 sb\u00edralo \u0158editelstv\u00ed silnic a\u00a0d\u00e1lnic. Jde o\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 data. A\u017e bude vyhodnocen\u00ed hotov\u00e9, r\u00e1di v\u00e1s s\u00a0n\u00edm sezn\u00e1m\u00edme,\u201c sd\u011blil \u0161\u00e9f odd\u011blen\u00ed Tom\u00e1\u0161 Ne\u0159old.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Dopravn\u00ed expert je k\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rychlostn\u00ed benevolenci skeptick\u00fd. \u201eJdeme proti proudu v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. \u0158ada zem\u00ed to zarazila s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee nen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed d\u011blat z\u00a0d\u00e1lnic z\u00e1vodn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu,\u201c \u0159ekl Budsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee se z\u00e1padoevropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na interaktivn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed zna\u010den\u00ed. \u201eU n\u00e1s hodn\u011b chyb\u00ed koordinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00fadr\u017ebov\u00fdch prac\u00ed. \u0160of\u00e9\u0159i jedou od omezen\u00ed k\u00a0omezen\u00ed, chyb\u00ed modern\u00ed telematika.
