Ve v\u00fdsledku je zaplat\u00ed koncov\u00fd kupuj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee trh podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch odborn\u00edk\u016f proj\u00edt obdob\u00edm zpomalen\u00ed. V dob\u00e1ch nejistoty kupuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dasto odkl\u00e1daj\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, podobn\u011b jako tomu bylo v minul\u00fdch krizov\u00fdch obdob\u00edch. Dostupnost bydlen\u00ed se tak podle nich v dohledn\u00e9 dob\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e nezlep\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDostupnost bydlen\u00ed se zhor\u0161\u00ed, ceny nemovitost\u00ed i n\u00e1jm\u016f porostou,\u201c m\u00edn\u00ed Pavel \u0160atn\u00fd, \u0161\u00e9f a spolumajitel spole\u010dnosti Doornite.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Developersk\u00fd pohled p\u0159itom p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed, \u017ee sektor se bude sna\u017eit \u010d\u00e1st zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch vstup\u016f absorbovat, mo\u017enosti ale nejsou neomezen\u00e9.
