Nen\u00ed pro n\u011b tedy probl\u00e9m, po odchodu ze zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed vypnout telefon \u010di jej nezvedat \u010di odm\u00edtat pr\u00e1ci mimo pracovn\u00ed dobu. Mnohem v\u00edce jim i\u00a0hrozilo vyho\u0159en\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0Pr\u00e1ce b\u011bhem ob\u011bd\u016f a\u00a0p\u0159est\u00e1vek<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Jestli n\u011bco generace Z\u00a0nen\u00e1vid\u00ed, tak pracovat bez p\u0159est\u00e1vek a\u00a0nucen\u00ed pracovat i\u00a0b\u011bhem ob\u011bda. Stejn\u011b tak p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru dovolen\u00e9 neberou ohled na zam\u011bstnavatele a\u00a0jeho vyt\u00ed\u017eenost. Dovolenou si dop\u0159\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00a0okam\u017eiku, kdy v\u00ed, \u017ee ji pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, a\u00a0necht\u011bj\u00ed ji odkl\u00e1dat na neur\u010dito. A\u00a0pokud se to zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm nel\u00edb\u00ed, za\u010dnou se poohl\u00ed\u017eet po jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci a\u00a0nebo rezignuj\u00ed.
