Kdo bude m\u00edt hor\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fkaz energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy, bude zkr\u00e1tka platit v\u00edc, proto\u017ee tento pr\u016fkaz je m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem citlivosti objektu na n\u00e1r\u016fst jak\u00e9hokoli finan\u010dn\u00edho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed z\u00a0nehospod\u00e1rnosti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">A to nen\u00ed jedin\u00fd tlak. Zdra\u017eovat budou d\u00e1l samotn\u00e9 energie i\u00a0distribu\u010dn\u00ed poplatky, kter\u00e9 u\u017e dnes tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1st kone\u010dn\u00e9 ceny elekt\u0159iny. Byt v\u00a0dom\u011b, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady, lep\u0161\u00ed energetickou bilanci a\u00a0men\u0161\u00ed citlivost na budouc\u00ed regulaci, bude na trhu jednodu\u0161e cenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e byt v\u00a0dom\u011b, kter\u00fd nic neud\u011blal a\u00a0jen \u010dek\u00e1, co p\u0159ijde.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklad z\u00a0praxe: vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat jde i\u00a0bez vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Praktick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad je v\u00fdmluvn\u00fd. Bytov\u00fd d\u016fm se 48\u00a0byty, jednotn\u00fdm odb\u011brn\u00fdm m\u00edstem a\u00a0fotovoltaikou o\u00a0v\u00fdkonu 30\u00a0kWp s\u00a0bateriov\u00fdm \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011bm 45\u00a0kWh p\u0159edstavuje investici \u0159ekn\u011bme 3,6\u00a0milionu korun. Takov\u00fd projekt ale m\u016f\u017ee generovat ro\u010dn\u00ed \u00fasporu zhruba 480\u00a0tis\u00edc korun samoz\u0159ejm\u011b s\u00a0d\u016frazem na to, kdo jej realizuje a\u00a0jak\u00e1 je samotn\u00e1 koncepce projektu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">I pokud by m\u00edsto klasick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 dotace p\u0159i\u0161la bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00e1 p\u016fj\u010dka, d\u016fm je schopen z\u00a0t\u011bchto \u00faspor financovat spl\u00e1tky a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 si \u010d\u00e1st \u00faspor ponechat jako \u00fasporu \u010di ochranu p\u0159ed cenov\u00fdm zvratem v\u00a0energetice. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, i\u00a0bez vlastn\u00ed okam\u017eit\u00e9 investice m\u016f\u017ee projekt vytv\u00e1\u0159et pozitivn\u00ed cash flow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Obecn\u011b je dobr\u00e9 uv\u011bdomit si to hlavn\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech nebude nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rizikem investovat do energetick\u00fdch \u00faspor.
