Institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed bydlen\u00ed ozna\u010duje byty nakoupen\u00e9 velk\u00fdmi investory\u00a0\u2013 typicky fondy nebo poji\u0161\u0165ovnami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Celkem utratili investo\u0159i za \u010desk\u00e9 nemovitosti v\u00a0prvn\u00edm kvart\u00e1le 450\u00a0milion\u016f eur, tedy asi 11\u00a0miliard korun. Dal\u0161\u00ed akvizice obstarala spole\u010dnost Dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Hotely tvo\u0159ily v\u00a0prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed zhruba \u010dtvrtinu v\u0161ech investic. Mezi nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obchody pat\u0159ila koup\u011b \u010dty\u0159hv\u011bzdi\u010dkov\u00e9ho Vienna House Andel\u2019s Prague skupinou Cimex Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u010cesk\u00e9mu trhu nad\u00e1le dominuj\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed investo\u0159i se 77\u00a0procenty celkov\u00fdch investic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj ovlivn\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm dopady konfliktu na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b.
