V\u0161echno v\u00a0centr\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti,\u201c \u0159ekl pro Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy Byznys spolumajitel Penta Investments Marek Dospiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Projekt zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed je podle Dospivy na spadnut\u00ed, pod\u00edl\u00ed se na n\u011bm americko-britsk\u00fd partner. \u201eTam si v\u00a0podstat\u011b mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsme dohodnuti. M\u011bli jsme call s\u00a0americk\u00fdmi partnery z\u00a0New Yorku a\u00a0je to jen ot\u00e1zka technick\u00e9ho podeps\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c popisuje Marek Dospiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Tak\u00e9 druh\u00fd projekt &#8211; hotel &#8211; stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm fin\u00e1ln\u00ed dohody. \u201eTam jsme ve fin\u00e1ln\u00ed f\u00e1zi due diligence. Hlavn\u00ed byla situace na trhu, po\u010det p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0developer\u016fm, d\u00e9lka stavebn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u00a0fundovanost radnic p\u0159i rozhovoru s\u00a0developerem,\u201c popisuje Dospiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">Do budoucna ale skupina nevylu\u010duje ani dal\u0161\u00ed investice ve Var\u0161av\u011b, kde v\u00a0minulosti u\u017e p\u016fsobila a\u00a0stoj\u00ed za dv\u011bma tamn\u00edmi realitn\u00edmi projekty. \u201ePot\u00e9, co jsme ve Var\u0161av\u011b p\u0159e\u0161lapovali na m\u00edst\u011b, rozhodl jsem, \u017ee Var\u0161avu zav\u0159eme a\u00a0rad\u011bji se budeme soust\u0159edit na Prahu, Bratislavu a\u00a0pr\u00e1v\u011b Lond\u00fdn. Prahu jsme rozjeli tak, jak si Penta zaslou\u017e\u00ed, Bratislava je rozjet\u00e1 tak\u00e9 a\u00a0i Lond\u00fdn m\u00e1 ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed rozjezd v\u00a0pln\u00fdch obr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch. M\u016f\u017eeme se tedy na Var\u0161avu znovu pod\u00edvat. A\u00a0pokud n\u00e1m management p\u0159inese zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, nebudeme se br\u00e1nit. Penta Real Estate na to ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0m\u011bstem vyhl\u00e1sila urbanisticko-architektonickou sout\u011b\u017e. Do jej\u00edho fin\u00e1le postoupily \u010desk\u00e9 ateli\u00e9ry ADR, OV Architekti a\u00a0slovensk\u00e9 studio Sadovsky &amp; Architects. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bW\">\u201eV\u0161ichni maj\u00ed v\u00a0podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, \u017ee v\u0161echna auta mus\u00ed pod zem. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to bude zhruba 250\u00a0aut. Na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt hotel, n\u00e1jemn\u00ed byty, potom norm\u00e1ln\u00ed byty a\u00a0pas\u00e1\u017ee pro retail p\u0159ekryt\u00e9 podloub\u00edm.
