To se v\u0161ak m\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>Se zaveden\u00edm normy Euro 7 je pro elektromobily povolen ot\u011br brzd pouh\u00e9 3 mg na ujet\u00fd kilometr a pro ostatn\u00ed typy pohonu v osobn\u00edch automobilech a dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch do 3,5 tuny 7 mg\/km. Konven\u010dn\u00ed kolov\u00e9 brzdy, a to ani v kombinaci s kvalitn\u00edmi brzdov\u00fdmi desti\u010dkami, t\u011bchto hodnot nejsou jednodu\u0161e schopny dos\u00e1hnout. <\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b vysok\u00e9ho ot\u011bru maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 jednu nep\u0159\u00edjemnou vlastnost: A\u010dkoliv jsou levn\u00e9, nevydr\u017e\u00ed cel\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus auta, kter\u00fd zpravidla po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s 300 tis\u00edci najet\u00fdmi kilometry. Jakmile jsou kotou\u010de sjet\u00e9, mus\u00ed se vym\u011bnit, obvykle i s brzdov\u00fdmi desti\u010dkami. A tady vstupuje do hry nejen cena materi\u00e1lu, ale hlavn\u011b n\u00e1klady na pr\u00e1ci mechanika, kter\u00e1 u\u017e dnes b\u00fdv\u00e1 v kone\u010dn\u00e9m sou\u010dtu dominantn\u00ed polo\u017ekou.<\/p>\n<p>Trvanlivost dne\u0161n\u00edch kotou\u010d\u016f nav\u00edc nelze dop\u0159edu snadno odhadnout. Jin\u00e1 bude u auta, jeho\u017e \u0159idi\u010d jezd\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 trasy a brzd\u00ed motorem, jin\u00e1 pak u vozidla pohybuj\u00edc\u00edho se v m\u011bstsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Samostatnou kapitolou je pak koroze, kter\u00e1 u d\u00e9le stoj\u00edc\u00edho vozu m\u016f\u017ee proniknout hluboko do struktury kotou\u010de tak, \u017ee jej u\u017e nezachr\u00e1n\u00ed ani sto\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny tyto nectnosti litiny \u0159e\u0161\u00ed nov\u00fd kotou\u010d z nitridovan\u00e9 nerezov\u00e9 oceli, kter\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b vyvinul n\u011bmeck\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwu.fraunhofer.de\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fraunhofer\u016fv institut<\/a> ve spolupr\u00e1ci s katedrou konstrukce vozidel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.htwk-leipzig.de\/studieren\/studiengaenge\/bachelorstudiengaenge\/maschinenbau\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Technick\u00e9 univerzity<\/a> v Sask\u00e9 Kamenici a dal\u0161\u00edmi t\u0159emi podniky. Novinka m\u00e1 za sebou zkou\u0161ky podle normy SAE J2522, co\u017e je celosv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fd standard pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti brzdov\u00fdch t\u0159ec\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m tvo\u0159en\u00fd brzdov\u00fdm nerezov\u00fdm kotou\u010dem a anorganick\u00fdm t\u0159ec\u00edm materi\u00e1lem vyk\u00e1zal p\u0159i zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 85 procent men\u0161\u00ed opot\u0159eben\u00ed ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e9 litinov\u00e9 kotou\u010de v kombinaci s brzdov\u00fdmi desti\u010dkami z organick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. \u017divotnost nov\u011b vyvinut\u00fdch brzd dosahuje 300 tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f, tedy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti cel\u00e9ho auta.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Litinov\u00fd brzdov\u00fd kotou\u010d\" class=\"e-ui-image__img\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2026-grauguss-bremsscheibe-rost.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Konven\u010dn\u00ed litinov\u00fd brzdov\u00fd kotou\u010d se rychle opot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 a p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm st\u00e1n\u00ed jej napad\u00e1 koroze.Foto: Frauenhofer\u016fv institut<\/p>\n<p>Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdm se ji\u017e v ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi projektu rozhodl pro nitridovanou nerezovou ocel, kter\u00e1 je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vhodn\u00e1 d\u00edky sv\u00fdm tribologick\u00fdm a tepeln\u00fdm vlastnostem. Tuto volbu podporovaly i \u200b\u200bpozitivn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s brzdov\u00fdmi kotou\u010di z nerezov\u00e9 oceli na motocyklech. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, jako je karbon a keramika, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci ihned zavrhli pro jejich finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. N\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed by na b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch autech nem\u011blo \u0161anci usp\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 brzdy maj\u00ed o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00e9 litinov\u00e9 kotou\u010de \u2013 to aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna dostate\u010dn\u00e1 plocha pro po\u017eadovan\u00fd brzdn\u00fd v\u00fdkon. V\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd ot\u011br materi\u00e1l\u016f s sebou toti\u017e nese i o n\u011bco men\u0161\u00ed brzdn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek. Samotn\u00fd kotou\u010d je tedy o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 ten\u010d\u00ed. Celkov\u011b jsou nov\u00e9 brzdy o p\u011bt kilogram\u016f leh\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e ty sou\u010dasn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010din n\u011bmeck\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f ukazuje cestu, jakou se automobilky budou velmi brzy ub\u00edrat.
