A\u010dkoliv byly \u010desk\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti hlavn\u00edm motorem r\u016fstu tuzemsk\u00e9 ekonomiky v posledn\u00edch dvou letech, sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze rozhodn\u011b neutr\u00e1cely a neutr\u00e1cej\u00ed v obchodech s n\u00e1bytkem. Plat\u00ed to jak pro nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho hr\u00e1\u010de, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/finexpert\/servis\/ikea-family-se-meni-slevu-na-nakup-nove-ziskate-i-kdyz-neutratite-ani-korunu-1432468\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IKEA<\/a>, tak i pro cel\u00fd trh. Ten hl\u00e1s\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b tvrd\u00fd propad, jen\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekonal o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u0160v\u00e9dsk\u00fd gigant p\u0159edstoupil p\u0159ed \u010desk\u00e1 m\u00e9dia z vlastn\u00ed iniciativy za\u010d\u00e1tkem \u00fanora. Na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci se pochlubil rekordn\u00edm 13miliardov\u00fdm obratem a jeho t\u0159\u00edprocentn\u00edm r\u016fstem. Zda takov\u00e9 tr\u017eby vedly ke zisku \u010di ztr\u00e1t\u011b, tehdy nekomentoval. Gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka Erika Intisov\u00e1 pro \u010cesko, Ma\u010farsko a Slovensko pouze uvedla, \u017ee \u201ehospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako d\u016fkaz siln\u00e9 pozice na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu a bl\u00edzkosti z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm\u201c.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Z aktu\u00e1ln\u011b zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy ve sb\u00edrce listin ov\u0161em vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee si spole\u010dnost v \u010cesku v\u00fdznamn\u011b pohor\u0161ila. Provozn\u00ed zisk se j\u00ed propadl o 29 procent na 1,04 miliardy korun, \u010dist\u00fd zisk o 36 procent na 748 milion\u016f. Stalo se tak v posledn\u00edm uzav\u0159en\u00e9m finan\u010dn\u00edm roce, jen\u017e kon\u010dil loni v srpnu. Tedy v obdob\u00ed, ke kter\u00e9mu se vztahoval i m\u00edrn\u00fd r\u016fst tr\u017eeb. Pokles \u010dist\u00e9ho zisku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/obchod-a-sluzby\/ikea-definitivne-zarizla-plan-na-zbudovani-velkeho-obchodniho-domu-presto-bude-stavet-v-centrech-mest-1431014\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">IKEA<\/a> tak trv\u00e1 druh\u00fdm rokem v \u0159ad\u011b, a nav\u00edc zrychluje z p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch 14 procent na lo\u0148sk\u00fdch 36.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Obchodn\u00ed domy IKEA \u010del\u00ed propadu ziskovosti<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201e\u010celili jsme pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1kladov\u00fdm tlak\u016fm nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm hodnotov\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v oblasti logistiky a vstupn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 se prom\u00edtly do n\u00e1kupn\u00edch cen na\u0161ich v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsme se v\u011bdom\u011b rozhodli v\u00fdznamnou \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bchto n\u00e1klad\u016f nep\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et pln\u011b na z\u00e1kazn\u00edky,\u201c vysv\u011btluje propad zisk\u016f finan\u010dn\u00ed \u0159editel Jan V\u00e1chal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">K leto\u0161n\u00edmu roku vyhl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed opatrn\u011b. \u201eJsme si v\u011bdomi pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch glob\u00e1ln\u00edch makroekonomick\u00fdch v\u00fdzev, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce, politickou nestabilitu v regionu st\u0159edn\u00ed Evropy a slab\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebitelskou d\u016fv\u011bru p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch let,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u010ctve\u0159ice obchodn\u00edch dom\u016f IKEA v Praze, Brn\u011b a Ostrav\u011b p\u0159itom zdaleka nen\u00ed pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1, naopak. Nav\u0161t\u00edvit je m\u011blo 9,4 milionu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, meziro\u010dn\u011b o dv\u011b st\u011b tis\u00edc v\u00edce, co\u017e nazna\u010duje i m\u00edrn\u00fd r\u016fst tr\u017eeb. V\u00fdzvou je v\u0161ak ziskovost. Letos se chce IKEA zam\u011b\u0159it na va\u0159en\u00ed a stolov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201eLetos zat\u00edm pozorujeme stabilizaci z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed a postupn\u00e9 o\u017eiven\u00ed z\u00e1jmu v n\u011bkter\u00fdch kategori\u00edch. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci v\u0161ak nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed citliv\u00ed na cenu a pe\u010dliv\u011b zva\u017euj\u00ed sv\u00e9 v\u00fddaje, co\u017e se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do struktury n\u00e1kup\u016f i celkov\u00e9 dynamiky trhu,\u201c konstatuje V\u00e1chal. N\u00e1bytk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd kolos v minulosti zam\u00fd\u0161lel op\u0159\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed tuzemskou expanzi i o v\u00fdstavbu p\u00e1t\u00e9ho velk\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edho domu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/obchod-a-sluzby\/ikea-definitivne-zarizla-plan-na-zbudovani-velkeho-obchodniho-domu-presto-bude-stavet-v-centrech-mest-1431014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pl\u00e1n ale vzdal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nen\u00ed zdaleka jedin\u00fdm, kdo \u010del\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm. \u201eLo\u0148sk\u00fd rok dopadl nejh\u016f\u0159e, co pamatuji,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 tajemn\u00edk Asociace \u010desk\u00fdch n\u00e1bytk\u00e1\u0159\u016f Tom\u00e1\u0161 Luke\u0161. Propadla se jak v\u00fdroba n\u00e1bytku v \u010cesku, tak jeho prodej. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v\u00fdroba o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159i miliardy na necel\u00fdch 50 miliard a prodej o 1,4 miliardy na v\u00edce ne\u017e 43 miliard.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201eA to je hodn\u011b. Takhle siln\u00fd propad jsme ne\u010dekali. Pr\u016fvodn\u00edm jevem nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch kriz\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se za\u010dne prod\u00e1vat m\u00e9n\u011b levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho zbo\u017e\u00ed, zat\u00edmco si bohat\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci d\u00e1l dop\u0159\u00e1vaj\u00ed kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed. A to je sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 napl\u0148ovat,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Luke\u0161.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201eZ\u00e1kazn\u00edci dnes p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru v\u00edce zva\u017euj\u00ed pom\u011br ceny a kvality a sv\u00e9 n\u00e1kupy pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed promy\u0161len\u011bji,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 marketingov\u00e1 \u0159editelka ASKO-N\u00c1BYTEK Andrea \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nov\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee i na tento \u0159et\u011bzec m\u011bl propad trhu dopad. Prozat\u00edm ho nevy\u010d\u00edsluje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ne\u010dekan\u00fd n\u00e1raz n\u00e1bytk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho trhu p\u0159itom p\u0159i\u0161el je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed \u00fatokem Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f a Izraele na \u00cdr\u00e1n. Tedy p\u0159ed blok\u00e1dami Hormuzsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdm v\u00fdrazn\u011b zdra\u017eila ropa a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b i energie. V\u00fdroba n\u00e1bytku je energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 hlavn\u011b u d\u0159evot\u0159\u00edsky, skla, kovov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, lakov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo su\u0161en\u00ed d\u0159eva.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ropa se zase prom\u00edt\u00e1 do cen p\u011bn, plast\u016f, lepidel, lak\u016f, f\u00f3li\u00ed, textili\u00ed \u010di obal\u016f. V\u00fdsledkem mohou b\u00fdt dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed matrace, seda\u010dky, kuchyn\u011b i ploch\u00fd n\u00e1bytek, tedy sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b, stoly nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad police. \u201eKdy\u017e to \u0159eknu diplomaticky, zlep\u0161en\u00ed na trhu s n\u00e1bytkem letos zat\u00edm rozhodn\u011b vid\u011bt nen\u00ed,\u201c odpov\u00edd\u00e1 Luke\u0161 na ot\u00e1zku ohledn\u011b nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Byly to p\u0159itom pr\u00e1v\u011b dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 svou spot\u0159ebou \u2013 slovy \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu \u2013 \u201et\u00e1hly\u201c r\u016fst \u010desk\u00e9ho HDP v minul\u00fdch dvou letech. \u201eUtr\u00e1cej\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve. Mzdy toti\u017e rostou rychleji ne\u017e ceny. Pozvolna se sni\u017euje velmi vysok\u00e1 a nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 m\u00edra \u00faspor, kter\u00e1 stoupla b\u011bhem p\u0159edchoz\u00edch let. Dom\u00e1cnosti u\u017e nejsou tak opatrn\u00e9, co\u017e vede k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm \u00fatrat\u00e1m v obchodech,\u201c potvrzuje hlavn\u00ed ekonom Deloitte David Marek.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">D\u016fvod, pro\u010d se tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b rozch\u00e1z\u00ed rostouc\u00ed \u00fatraty dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed a zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdsledky n\u00e1bytk\u00e1\u0159\u016f, je nezn\u00e1m\u00fd i samotn\u00fdm obchodn\u00edk\u016fm. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b si rozpor vysv\u011btluj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee zdaleka ne v\u0161echny prodeje sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed k soukrom\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Klientelu tvo\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 banky, \u00fa\u0159ady, hotely \u010di restaurace. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b IKEA v\u0161ak vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fd soukrom\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk \u2013 dom\u00e1cnost \u2013 asi osmdes\u00e1t procent tr\u017eeb. \u201eMezi nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na segment slu\u017eeb, kancel\u00e1\u0159e a reziden\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdstavba,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed mluv\u010d\u00ed Nicol Richterov\u00e1.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1bytek a dopady inflace<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">K v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm n\u00e1bytku pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad Blan\u00e1\u0159, HON, JECH, RIM nebo BJS. Zat\u00edmco tr\u017eby vzrostly o osmn\u00e1ct procent na dv\u011b miliardy, \u010dist\u00fd zisk klesl o \u010dtrn\u00e1ct procent na necel\u00fdch 58 milion\u016f.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dom\u00e1cnostem p\u0159itom nemus\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e1 n\u00e1lada k utr\u00e1cen\u00ed vydr\u017eet v\u011b\u010dn\u011b. Inflace v \u010cesku zrychluje. Spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 ceny v dubnu vzrostly meziro\u010dn\u011b o 2,5 procenta, oproti minul\u00e9mu m\u011bs\u00edci o p\u016fl procenta. D\u016fvodem byly hlavn\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed pohonn\u00e9 hmoty v d\u016fsledku situace v Hormuzsk\u00e9m pr\u016flivu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6990\" data-end=\"7145\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Podle Marka by tak d\u016fsledky konfliktu na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b mohly zpomalit leto\u0161n\u00ed r\u016fst \u010desk\u00e9ho HDP o ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed desetiny procenta, tedy zhruba ke dv\u011bma procent\u016fm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Je to paradox.
