C\u00edlem je nahradit sou\u010dasn\u00fd rozt\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd a\u00a0zastaral\u00fd syst\u00e9m modern\u00edm uzlem, kde se jednotliv\u00e9 vrstvy dopravy jen nek\u0159\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, ale logicky dopl\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eM\u00e1me tu n\u011bkolik investi\u010dn\u00edch akc\u00ed najednou. Nap\u0159\u00edklad l\u00e1vku plat\u00ed soukrom\u00fd investor (Sekyra Group, pozn. red.), stav\u00ed ji Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic a\u00a0do spr\u00e1vy ji pak p\u0159evezme magistr\u00e1t. Dohromady je tu asi osm investi\u010dn\u00edch projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed cel\u00fd termin\u00e1l,\u201c popisuje spoluautor projektu Jaroslav Wertig ze studia A69.\u00a0Pr\u00e1v\u011b koordinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed je podle n\u011bj jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d je projekt tak v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Prohl\u00e9dn\u011bte si galerii z\u00a0pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdstavby sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9ho Termin\u00e1lu:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"2334\"   width=\"3500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/8db4.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/>Foto: Michal Turek, Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">My\u0161lenka na vznik jednoho integrovan\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho uzlu se podle architekt\u016f neobjevila hned. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161lo o\u00a0n\u011bkolik samostatn\u00fdch investic, kter\u00e9 spolu p\u0159\u00edmo nesouvisely.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eNa za\u010d\u00e1tku \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 ucelen\u00e1 idea integrovan\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho uzlu nebyla. Ka\u017ed\u00fd subjekt si \u0159e\u0161il to sv\u00e9\u00a0&#8211; rekonstrukci koleji\u0161t\u011b, v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti nebo parkov\u00e1n\u00ed. Postupn\u011b jsme si ale uv\u011bdomili, \u017ee pokud tyto investice spoj\u00edme do jednoho celku, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u011bc. Poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m v\u0161echny posadit k\u00a0jednomu stolu a\u00a0vytvo\u0159it spole\u010dn\u00fd projekt,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Wertig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Takov\u00e9 propojen\u00ed se podle n\u011bj v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nerod\u00ed lehce. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 instituce m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy, pravidla i\u00a0priority. Architekti proto zvolili jin\u00fd postup, ne\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Prom\u011bna v\u00fdhledu z\u00a0l\u00e1vky na staveni\u0161t\u011b Sm\u00edchov City. Sn\u00edmek vlevo po\u0159\u00edzen na za\u010d\u00e1tku b\u0159ezna a\u00a0vpravo koncem dubna leto\u0161n\u00edho roku:<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eZvolili jsme participa\u010dn\u00ed metodu. M\u00edsto abychom n\u011bco navrhli a\u00a0pak to nutili ostatn\u00edm, pozvali jsme z\u00e1stupce v\u0161ech dot\u010den\u00fdch organizac\u00ed do jednoho s\u00e1lu. Kdy\u017e tam sed\u011bli v\u0161ichni u\u00a0jednoho stolu, najednou vid\u011bli, \u017ee nemohou jen \u0159\u00edkat \u201ato nejde\u2018, proto\u017ee by se zastavilo v\u0161echno. Museli se za\u010d\u00edt domlouvat,\u201c popisuje.<\/p>\n<p>Stavba nad stavbou<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch princip\u016f Termin\u00e1lu Sm\u00edchov je skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkolika funkc\u00ed nad sebe, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9 stavby. V\u00a0hust\u011b zastav\u011bn\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b u\u017e podle architekta nen\u00ed prostor na to, aby jednotliv\u00e9 druhy dopravy zab\u00edraly vlastn\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 plochy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eV metropol\u00edch, kde cena pozemk\u016f prudce roste, si u\u017e nem\u016f\u017eete dovolit m\u00edt vedle sebe obrovsk\u00e9 odstavn\u00e9 plochy pro autobusy, koleji\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0parkovi\u0161t\u011b. Jedin\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je vrstvit tyto funkce nad sebe. D\u00edky tomu termin\u00e1l zab\u00edr\u00e1 jen t\u0159etinu plochy, kterou by tyto slo\u017eky pot\u0159ebovaly samostatn\u011b. Kdybychom je rozprost\u0159eli vedle sebe, pohltilo by to v\u00a0podstat\u011b celou nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dtvr\u0165,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Wertig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Budouc\u00ed vchod do podchodu pod n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011bm. Sn\u00edmek vlevo po\u0159\u00edzen na za\u010d\u00e1tku b\u0159ezna a\u00a0vpravo koncem dubna leto\u0161n\u00edho roku:<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto vznikne nad koleji\u0161t\u011bm rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 konstrukce, kter\u00e1 ponese autobusov\u00fd termin\u00e1l, z\u00e1chytn\u00e9 parkovi\u0161t\u011b pro p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 900\u00a0aut i\u00a0technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed nebo slu\u017eby. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eV centrech m\u011bst je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem m\u00edsto pro odstavov\u00e1n\u00ed autobus\u016f. Inspirovali jsme se koncepty, kter\u00e9 funguj\u00ed v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Nad parkovac\u00edm domem vznikne plocha, kde budou autobusy \u010dekat na sv\u00e9 spoje a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 se zde mohou dob\u00edjet,\u201c popisuje Wertig.<\/p>\n<p>Jedna st\u0159echa nad cel\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">V\u00fdrazn\u00fdm prvkem nov\u00e9ho termin\u00e1lu bude velk\u00e1 st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed konstrukce nad n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti, ale i\u00a0starou v\u00fdpravn\u00ed budovou. Ta m\u00e1 sjednotit cel\u00fd prostor a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 chr\u00e1nit cestuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm po\u010das\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eSm\u00edchovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed odbavuje jedny z\u00a0nejdel\u0161\u00edch vlak\u016f, kter\u00e9 u\u00a0n\u00e1s jezd\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u011b m\u011blo m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b svou vlastn\u00ed st\u0159\u00ed\u0161ku, ale my jsme prosadili vizi jedn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 st\u0159echy, kter\u00e1 v\u0161echno sjednot\u00ed. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed tak budou m\u00edt nad hlavou jeden kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed prostor od l\u00e1vky a\u017e po odbavovac\u00ed halu,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 architekt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">St\u0159echa bude z\u00e1rove\u0148 plnit i\u00a0ekologickou funkci. De\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1 voda z\u00a0jej\u00ed velk\u00e9 plochy se nebude odv\u00e1d\u011bt do kanalizace, ale bude se zachyt\u00e1vat a\u00a0vsakovat do podzemn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. Podle projektant\u016f jde o\u00a0d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd prvek hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s\u00a0vodou v\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Historick\u00e1 hala z\u016fstane<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed bylo podle architekt\u016f zachov\u00e1n\u00ed historick\u00e9 v\u00fdpravn\u00ed haly. To i\u00a0p\u0159esto, \u017ee nen\u00ed pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 a\u00a0z technick\u00e9ho hlediska by bylo jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed postavit ji znovu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eV jednu chv\u00edli byla ve h\u0159e i\u00a0varianta, \u017ee se cel\u00e1 historick\u00e1 v\u00fdpravn\u00ed hala zbour\u00e1. Je v\u00a0technicky \u0161patn\u00e9m stavu a\u00a0z hlediska provozu by bylo efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed postavit ji novou. Nakonec jsme se ale rozhodli ji zachovat jako d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd relikt minulosti. Na\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou bylo vymyslet, jak starou halu organicky propojit s\u00a0modern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstavbou, aby to provozn\u011b fungovalo,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Wertig.<\/p>\n<p><img height=\"2001\"   width=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/a337.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/>Foto: Michal Turek, Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Historick\u00e1 n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed hala z\u00a0poloviny 20.\u00a0stolet\u00ed<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">V\u00fdsledkem podle n\u011bj m\u00e1 b\u00fdt kombinace historick\u00e9 budovy s\u00a0novou architekturou, kter\u00e1 v\u0161e propoj\u00ed a\u00a0vytvo\u0159\u00ed jednotn\u00fd prostor. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 sm\u00edchovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed je toti\u017e podle Wertiga typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem infrastruktury, kter\u00e1 vznikala postupn\u011b bez jednotn\u00e9 koncepce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eDne\u0161n\u00ed Sm\u00edchov je tak trochu labyrint\u00a0\u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd podchod je v\u00a0jin\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce, nejsou propojen\u00e9 a\u00a0chyb\u00ed jim logick\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed vazba. Nov\u00e1 v\u00fdpravn\u00ed budova tohle kone\u010dn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Vytvo\u0159\u00edme vnit\u0159n\u00ed propojen\u00ed mezi v\u0161emi podchody,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Nov\u00fd termin\u00e1l tak nebude jen dopravn\u00edm uzlem pro d\u00e1lkovou dopravu, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 spojnic\u00ed mezi \u201estar\u00fdm\u201c Sm\u00edchovem a\u00a0nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dtvrt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tajemstv\u00ed pod n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovou<a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/obrazem-ocim-skryto-vzpominka-na-studenou-valku-smichov-se-louci-s-protiatomovym-krytem-272791\" class=\"e_n f_l1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"1687\"   width=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/3cc2.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a>L\u00e1vka jako nov\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd bulv\u00e1r<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je tak\u00e9 nov\u00e1 l\u00e1vka, kter\u00e1 propoj\u00ed Sm\u00edchov s\u00a0Radlicemi a\u00a0novou m\u011bstskou \u010dtvrt\u00ed. Podle architekta m\u00e1 fungovat nejen jako dopravn\u00ed spojen\u00ed, ale i\u00a0jako ve\u0159ejn\u00fd prostor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eNa\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo, aby cestuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0autobus\u016f nevystupovali v\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 tmav\u00e9 meze\u0159e mezi koleji\u0161t\u011bm a\u00a0silnic\u00ed. Cht\u011bli jsme je p\u0159iv\u00e9st p\u0159\u00edmo nad n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0nad metro. L\u00e1vka, na kter\u00e9 stoj\u00edme, je vlastn\u011b vyv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd bulv\u00e1r,\u201c popisuje Wertig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Integrace l\u00e1vky do cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu podle n\u011bj nebyla jednoduch\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eDlouho trvalo p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit investory, aby sv\u00e9 projekty \u0159e\u0161ili spole\u010dn\u011b. Nakonec se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo dos\u00e1hnout toho, \u017ee jako chodec v\u016fbec nepozn\u00e1te, kde jeden projekt kon\u010d\u00ed a\u00a0druh\u00fd za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1. Cel\u00e1 cesta bude kryt\u00e1 p\u0159ed de\u0161t\u011bm a\u00a0vizu\u00e1ln\u011b jednotn\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Stavba, kter\u00e1 se neust\u00e1le vyv\u00edj\u00ed<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Projekt termin\u00e1lu vznik\u00e1 u\u017e od roku 2020\u00a0a\u00a0b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy i\u00a0realizace se opakovan\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed. Architekti proto mus\u00ed podle sv\u00fdch slov reagovat na nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky i\u00a0technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eArchitekt je v\u00a0takov\u00e9m projektu trochu jako pou\u0161t\u011b\u010d drak\u016f\u00a0\u2013 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt po\u0159\u00e1d ve st\u0159ehu, zabrat, kdy\u017e my\u0161lenka pad\u00e1, a\u00a0povolit, kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 stoup\u00e1. Na\u0161\u00ed rol\u00ed je udr\u017eet kontinuitu a\u00a0logiku cel\u00e9ho z\u00e1m\u011bru, aby se projekt nerozt\u0159\u00ed\u0161til,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Wertig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f ne\u010dekan\u00fdch zm\u011bn byla t\u0159eba dodate\u010dn\u00e1 pot\u0159eba kanalizace pro provozy na autobusov\u00e9 plo\u0161in\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eKdy\u017e u\u017e byl projekt v\u00a0pokro\u010dil\u00e9 f\u00e1zi, uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch prostorech budou kav\u00e1rny a\u00a0slu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed technick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Museli jsme proto nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00e9st odpady st\u0159echou. Je to da\u0148 za to, \u017ee projekt po\u0159\u00e1d \u017eije a\u00a0vyv\u00edj\u00ed se,\u201c popisuje architekt.<\/p>\n<p>Nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed jsou odst\u00e1vky dopravy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Cena nov\u00e9ho termin\u00e1lu se podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel Institutu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0rozvoje hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy pohybuje kolem sedmi a\u00a0p\u016fl miliard. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f stavby nejsou samotn\u00e9 konstrukce, ale organizace dopravy b\u011bhem v\u00fdstavby.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eNejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed na cel\u00e9 stavb\u011b jsou v\u00fdluky. Mus\u00edte vypnout \u010d\u00e1st dopravn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e stoj\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze. I\u00a0proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 koordinovat jednotliv\u00e9 projekty tak, aby se pr\u00e1ce daly spojit do jednoho obdob\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Wertig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Podle n\u011bj je pr\u00e1v\u011b spole\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed jedn\u00edm z\u00a0d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d se projekt poda\u0159ilo posunout dop\u0159edu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstavba v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu<a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/obrazem-fotky-z-obri-prestavby-smichovskeho-nadrazi-hotovo-bude-az-v-roce-2027-249593\" class=\"e_n f_l1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"1687\"   width=\"3000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/turek-smichovske-nadrazi-smichov.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a>Termin\u00e1l jako nov\u00fd dopravn\u00ed uzel m\u011bsta<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Po kompletn\u00edm dokon\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u0161emi d\u00edl\u010d\u00edmi pracemi moment\u00e1ln\u011b odhaduje nejd\u0159\u00edve na rok 2030,\u00a0m\u00e1 Termin\u00e1l Sm\u00edchov propojit tak\u0159ka v\u0161echny druhy dopravy na jednom m\u00edst\u011b. Stane se tak jedn\u00edm z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch p\u0159estupn\u00edch bod\u016f v\u00a0Praze a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 vstupn\u00ed branou do nov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010dtvrti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Podle architekt\u016f ale nejde jen o\u00a0dopravn\u00ed stavbu. C\u00edlem je vytvo\u0159it m\u00edsto, kde se jednotliv\u00e9 syst\u00e9my nebudou navz\u00e1jem p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eet, ale dopl\u0148ovat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eJe d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby ty v\u011bci do sebe zapadaly a\u00a0podporovaly se navz\u00e1jem.
