Tenhle digit\u00e1ln\u00ed multitasking \u010dasto kon\u010d\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1me i\u00a0v\u00a0hlav\u011b pomysln\u011b otev\u0159en\u00fdch deset oken najednou.<\/p>\n<p>Na vln\u011b odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Popravd\u011b, ani j\u00e1 jsem si neum\u011bla p\u0159edstavit stoprocentn\u00ed odpojen\u00ed. Ned\u00e1vno jsem ale odjela na chalupu a\u00a0zapomn\u011bla jsem si nab\u00edje\u010dku k\u00a0notebooku i\u00a0mobiln\u00edmu telefonu. Nejprve p\u0159i\u0161lo zd\u011b\u0161en\u00ed. \u0158\u00edkala jsem si: \u201eCo te\u010f? Vr\u00e1t\u00edm se zp\u00e1tky dom\u016f, nebo si objedn\u00e1m n\u00e1hradn\u00ed adapt\u00e9ry p\u0159es internet?\u201c <\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Najednou mi do\u0161lo, \u017ee budu offline. A\u00a0p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00a0tu chv\u00edli se ke slovu p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil syndrom FOMO, lehk\u00fd neklid, strach, nutk\u00e1n\u00ed zkontrolovat, co se d\u011bje, a\u00a0pocit, \u017ee mi n\u011bco ut\u00edk\u00e1. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0n\u011bmu, proto\u017ee mozek byl zvykl\u00fd na pravideln\u00e9 \u201eodm\u011bny\u201c v\u00a0podob\u011b zpr\u00e1v a\u00a0notifikac\u00ed. Kdy\u017e najednou chyb\u00ed, mysl chv\u00edli protestuje. Reaguje podobn\u011b jako p\u0159i odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed. Postr\u00e1d\u00e1 zkr\u00e1tka stimul, na kter\u00fd je zvykl\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eD\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit neodm\u00edtat, ale pozorovat ho. Uv\u011bdomit si a\u00a0pt\u00e1t se, co nejhor\u0161\u00edho se re\u00e1ln\u011b stane? A\u00a0p\u0159ipomenout si, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u011bc\u00ed po\u010dk\u00e1. Najednou nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nikomu nic dokazovat, porovn\u00e1vat se, komu v\u00edc sv\u00edtilo slun\u00ed\u010dko a\u00a0slu\u0161ely plavky. \u010casto vyhled\u00e1van\u00e1 jsou dnes i\u00a0m\u00edsta bez sign\u00e1lu, kter\u00e1 d\u0159\u00edve pat\u0159ila do \u201ezak\u00e1zan\u00e9 z\u00f3ny\u201c. Vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed toti\u017e v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed prostor pro zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1s bav\u00ed si \u010d\u00edst, hr\u00e1t hry, pov\u00eddat si.
