Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed platformy stla\u010dily ceny oproti klasick\u00e9 taxislu\u017eb\u011b razantn\u011b dol\u016f. I p\u0159esto, \u017ee s jejich \u0159idi\u010di m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt probl\u00e9m se domluvit, \u010desk\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy jsou pro n\u011b velkou novinkou, jejich slu\u017eby t\u00e1hnou. Pohodl\u00ed, cena a doprava od dve\u0159\u00ed ke dve\u0159\u00edm jsou obrovsk\u00fdm konkurentem klasick\u00e9 MHD.<\/p>\n<p>A to plat\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce v dob\u011b, kdy jsou ulice pozd\u011b ve\u010der dob\u0159e pr\u016fjezdn\u00e9 a na tramvaj, autobus nebo metro mus\u00edte dlouho \u010dekat. Pokud pojedete ve t\u0159ech nebo \u010dty\u0159ech, bude takov\u00e1 j\u00edzda na osobu i levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e l\u00edstky na tramvaj.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1m vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m slu\u017eby Pra\u017esk\u00e9 integrovan\u00e9 dopravy v pozdn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch s \u017eeleznou pravidelnost\u00ed. Ve \u010dtvrtek a v p\u00e1tek ve\u010der vys\u00edl\u00e1m v r\u00e1diu na Frekvenci 1. M\u00edsto auta preferuji, \u017ee si po vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed sednu na metro a navazuj\u00edc\u00ed autobus. Dovezou m\u011b dom\u016f, ani\u017e bych se o cokoliv staral. \u010cist\u011b \u201eokometricky\u201c m\u00e1m ale pocit, \u017ee se mnou jezd\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b a m\u00e9n\u011b lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>90 tis\u00edc za p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed pozdn\u00ed ve\u010der<\/p>\n<p>A tak jsem tohle t\u00e9ma otev\u0159el v dubnu i v na\u0161em podcastu s <a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/podcast-libenak-v-plne-krase-a-delce-realne-2033-34-rika-radni-pro-dopravu-jaromir-beranek-278491\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pra\u017esk\u00fdm radn\u00edm pro dopravu Jarom\u00edrem Ber\u00e1nkem<\/a>.\u00a0 Jen\u017ee jsme se bavili sp\u00ed\u0161e o pocitech a zd\u00e1n\u00edch. Proto jsme po\u017e\u00e1dali z\u00e1stupce Pra\u017esk\u00e9 integrovan\u00e9 dopravy o detailn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vhled. Jak se vlastn\u011b popt\u00e1vka v na\u0161em nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm integrovan\u00e9m dopravn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu po 22. hodin\u011b vyv\u00edj\u00ed?\u00a0 Metro, kter\u00e9 je p\u00e1te\u0159\u00ed syst\u00e9mu v Praze, m\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u00e9 statistiky, a z nich by m\u011bl b\u00fdt vid\u011bt trend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159i srovn\u00e1n\u00ed dat z let 2019 a 2025 je patrn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj v p\u0159epravn\u00edch proudech ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch. Zat\u00edmco denn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky vykazuj\u00ed vysokou stabilitu, segment po 22. hodin\u011b reflektuje celospole\u010densk\u00e9 zm\u011bny v \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu po roce 2020. Pokles se pohybuje od 15 % do 30 %. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b PID na \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy v tuto dobu p\u0159eprav\u00ed b\u011bhem p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch ve\u010der\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 90 tis\u00edc cestuj\u00edc\u00edch mezi 22. hodinou a ukon\u010den\u00edm denn\u00edho provozu. To rozhodn\u011b nen\u00ed m\u00e1lo. Je to t\u0159eba t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edc, ne\u017e p\u0159eprav\u00ed za cel\u00fd den MHD v Karlov\u00fdch Varech,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Fafejta, vedouc\u00ed Odboru m\u011bstsk\u00e9 dopravy organizace ROPID.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159i hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvody<\/p>\n<p>A \u010d\u00edm to podle n\u011bj je? Vid\u00ed t\u0159i trendy. Dostupnost digit\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159epravn\u00edch platforem, jako jsou Uber \u010di Bolt, zm\u011bna \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu mlad\u00e9 generace, kter\u00e1 u\u017e tolik nepa\u0159\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ceny v gastru. Po covidu bary a hospody zdra\u017eily. A ne m\u00e1lo. \u201eData reflektuj\u00ed fenom\u00e9n, kdy mlad\u0161\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky takzvan\u00e9 Gen Z vykazuj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu alkoholu a m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob ve\u010dern\u00ed socializace. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ceny v sektoru restaura\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a zm\u011bna n\u00e1vyk\u016f po pandemii vedou k obecn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnosti center m\u011bst ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch. Lid\u00e9 se \u010dast\u011bji setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed v dom\u00e1c\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed, nebo vol\u00ed d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vraty,\u201c hodnot\u00ed situaci Martin Fafejta.<\/p>\n<p>A zmi\u0148uje i aplikace pro spoluj\u00edzdu, je\u017e funguj\u00ed v on-line sv\u011bt\u011b. Ty jsou cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e9, objedn\u00e1te si je na p\u00e1r kliknut\u00ed na mobilu a jejich popularita rok od roku roste.<\/p>\n<p>No\u010dn\u00ed linky<\/p>\n<p>Tyto informace vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z dat pra\u017esk\u00e9ho metra. Od n\u011bj je mo\u017en\u00e9 odvodit velmi p\u0159esn\u011b i trendy v obsazenosti navazuj\u00edc\u00edch povrchov\u00fdch spoj\u016f. Ned\u00e1 se z nich v\u0161ak usuzovat na z\u00e1jem o no\u010dn\u00ed linky. Nav\u00edc popt\u00e1vka po nich je zna\u010dn\u011b kol\u00edsav\u00e1 a nap\u0159\u00edklad v Praze ji um\u00ed ovlivnit plesov\u00e1 sezona, po\u010das\u00ed i aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u010dty turist\u016f v hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b. \u201eData z no\u010dn\u00edch linek bohu\u017eel aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed nem\u00e1me. Na no\u010dn\u00ed linky se obecn\u011b nasazuj\u00ed vozidla star\u0161\u00ed generace, kter\u00e1 nejsou vybavena automatick\u00fdmi s\u010d\u00edta\u010di cestuj\u00edc\u00edch. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 data z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me z metra. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b no\u010dn\u00ed doprava je specifick\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee se d\u011bl\u00ed na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti, a to od cca p\u016flnoci do dvou hodin r\u00e1no a na druhou \u010d\u00e1st od cca 2 hodin r\u00e1no do p\u016fl p\u00e1t\u00e9. V t\u00e9 druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti ji\u017e jezd\u00ed no\u010dn\u00edmi linkami lid\u00e9 do pr\u00e1ce a zde nepozorujeme v\u00fdrazn\u00fd trend \u00fabytku cestuj\u00edc\u00edch. Jin\u00e9 to bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v obdob\u00ed po p\u016flnoci,\u201c odhaduje Martin Fafejta.<\/p>\n<p>Metro celou noc?<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d nem\u016f\u017ee jezdit metro v Praze celou noc, t\u0159eba jako v New Yorku? To je velmi \u010dast\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka a zazn\u011bla i v podcastu s Jarom\u00edrem Ber\u00e1nkem. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f je, \u017ee b\u011bhem \u010dty\u0159 hodin no\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdluky je nezbytn\u00e9 ud\u011blat v\u011bt\u0161inu \u00fadr\u017eby na v\u0161ech link\u00e1ch metra, aby pak nemuseli cestuj\u00edc\u00ed za\u017e\u00edvat denn\u00ed v\u00fdluky. Jen\u017ee je tady i aspekt popt\u00e1vky cestuj\u00edc\u00edch a finan\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f na celono\u010dn\u00ed provoz. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, syst\u00e9m by vozil za hodn\u011b pen\u011bz velmi m\u00e1lo lid\u00ed. A na povrchu by nefungovaly standardn\u00ed n\u00e1vaznosti na linky metra, proto\u017ee no\u010dn\u00ed autobusy a tramvaje maj\u00ed sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Tak\u017ee by no\u010dn\u00ed metro obslou\u017eilo jen \u00fazkou skupinu lid\u00ed, je\u017e bydl\u00ed v bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti jeho stanic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV roce 2010 byl v Praze spu\u0161t\u011bn pilotn\u00ed projekt, kdy byl v noci z p\u00e1tku na sobotu a ze soboty na ned\u011bli prodlou\u017een provoz metra p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o hodinu. Posledn\u00ed spoje z centra odj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bly kolem p\u016fl druh\u00e9 r\u00e1no. A\u010dkoliv byl z\u00e1m\u011br motivov\u00e1n snahou podpo\u0159it no\u010dn\u00ed \u017eivot, experiment byl v roce 2012 ukon\u010den a provoz se vr\u00e1til k p\u016fvodn\u00edmu re\u017eimu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Martin Fafejta. D\u016fvod\u016f bylo podle n\u011bj hned n\u011bkolik.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d nebude metro nonstop<\/p>\n<p>1. Bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00e9 pokryt\u00ed no\u010dn\u00edmi linkami<br \/>Na rozd\u00edl od metra, kter\u00e9 obsluhuje pouze omezen\u00fd po\u010det koridor\u016f, sou\u010dasn\u00fd syst\u00e9m no\u010dn\u00ed povrchov\u00e9 dopravy veden\u00fd tramvajemi a autobusy pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u0161echna katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy. Prodlou\u017een\u00fd provoz metra vytv\u00e1\u0159el fale\u0161n\u00fd pocit dostupnosti. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161ak\u00a0 po v\u00fdstupu z metra v 1:45 \u010dasto zjistili, \u017ee jejich n\u00e1vazn\u00fd lok\u00e1ln\u00ed spoj ji\u017e neexistuje nebo na metro ne\u010dek\u00e1. Dne\u0161n\u00ed propracovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m garantovan\u00fdch p\u0159estup\u016f, zejm\u00e9na v centr\u00e1ln\u00edm uzlu Lazarsk\u00e1 a na dal\u0161\u00edch bodech zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee se cestuj\u00edc\u00ed dostane spolehliv\u011b a\u017e ke sv\u00e9mu domu. Nikoliv jen do stanice metra.<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u00e1kladov\u00e1 neefektivita a \u201epr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 kilometry\u201c<br \/>Provozov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu metra v\u010detn\u011b v\u0161ech stanic, dozor\u010d\u00edch, osv\u011btlen\u00ed a eskal\u00e1tor\u016f kv\u016fli jedn\u00e9 hodin\u011b provozu nav\u00edc generovalo extr\u00e9mn\u00ed n\u00e1klady. V pom\u011bru k po\u010dtu p\u0159epraven\u00fdch osob v tuto pozdn\u00ed dobu byly n\u00e1klady na jednoho cestuj\u00edc\u00edho v metru n\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v no\u010dn\u00edch tramvaj\u00edch \u010di autobusech, kter\u00e9 jsou kapacitn\u011b mnohem flexibiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>3. Technologick\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra: \u00dadr\u017eba a bezpe\u010dnost<br \/>Zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed no\u010dn\u00ed technologick\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky o v\u00edce ne\u017e hodinu zp\u016fsobovalo komplikace p\u0159i spr\u00e1v\u011b metra.<\/p>\n<p>4. Logistick\u00e9 komplikace u st\u00e1tn\u00edch sv\u00e1tk\u016f<br \/>Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem se uk\u00e1zaly specifick\u00e9 grafikonov\u00e9 anom\u00e1lie. Pokud st\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u00e1tek p\u0159ipadl na v\u0161edn\u00ed den, vznikal logistick\u00fd tlak na to, zda m\u00e1 syst\u00e9m fungovat v v\u00edkendov\u00e9m prodlou\u017een\u00e9m re\u017eimu, \u010di nikoliv. Tyto nesoulady v j\u00edzdn\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dech nevedly k lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ehlednosti a zp\u016fsobovaly pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011bn \u0159idi\u010d\u016f autobus\u016f a tramvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0No\u010dn\u00ed vlakov\u00e9 rozjezdy ve 2.30 se u\u017e nevr\u00e1t\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>A je\u0161t\u011b jedno t\u00e9ma mus\u00edme v t\u00e9to souvislosti zm\u00ednit. V\u00edkendov\u00e9 no\u010dn\u00ed vlakov\u00e9 rozjezdy z pra\u017esk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v p\u016fl t\u0159et\u00ed r\u00e1no. V roce 2017 to byla velk\u00e1 novinka, kter\u00e1 si na\u0161la z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch koridorov\u00fdch trat\u00edch se po\u010d\u00edtali cestuj\u00edc\u00ed v des\u00edtk\u00e1ch. Co\u017e na takhle pozdn\u00ed hodinu nebylo \u0161patn\u00e9. A Pra\u017esk\u00e1 integrovan\u00e1 doprava je masivn\u011b propagovala t\u0159eba i ve sv\u00fdch kreslen\u00fdch spotech.<\/p>\n<p>Jen des\u00edtky cestuj\u00edc\u00edch na spoj<\/p>\n<p>Jezdily ale jen do jara 2020. N\u00e1stup Covidu dramaticky zm\u011bnil na\u0161e \u017eivoty a popt\u00e1vka po no\u010dn\u00edch vlac\u00edch ze dne na den skon\u010dila.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00edme z dostupn\u00fdch historick\u00fdch dat o po\u010dtu p\u0159epraven\u00fdch cestuj\u00edc\u00edch. Ta jasn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee relevantn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed m\u011bly tyto no\u010dn\u00ed spoje pouze na t\u0159ech konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch trat\u00edch. Na lince S7 do Berouna, kde bylo pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 45 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch za hranic\u00ed Prahy, na lince S2\/S22 do Kol\u00edna p\u0159es Lysou nad Labem, je\u017e vezla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 55 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, a na lince S1 do Kol\u00edna p\u0159es \u010cesk\u00fd Brod se 40 cestuj\u00edc\u00edmi v pr\u016fm\u011bru. Na ostatn\u00edch trat\u00edch, mezi kter\u00e9 spad\u00e1 i sm\u011br na Kralupy nad Vltavou, byla popt\u00e1vka bohu\u017eel v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a \u010dasto spojem cestovalo m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 20 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 Pavel Winter, n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro dopravu z Integrovan\u00e9 dopravy St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje.<\/p>\n<p>Financov\u00e1n\u00ed jedin\u011b s obcemi<\/p>\n<p>S n\u00e1vratem t\u011bchto no\u010dn\u00edch vlak\u016f St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. D\u0159\u00edve je plo\u0161n\u011b financoval kraj. Mezit\u00edm v\u0161ak p\u0159e\u0161el na nov\u00e9 standardy dopravn\u00ed obslu\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 do financov\u00e1n\u00ed vlak\u016f a autobus\u016f v regionu zapojuj\u00ed i obce. A ty by musely m\u00edt nov\u011b chu\u0165 takov\u00e9 vlaky spolufinancovat a je\u0161t\u011b se po trase cel\u00e9ho vlaku na jeho zaveden\u00ed shodnout.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 obnova no\u010dn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy by musela b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161ena koncep\u010dn\u011b v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu PID, av\u0161ak na takov\u00e9 plo\u0161n\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nejsou alokov\u00e1ny finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky. Do p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch kalkulac\u00ed obnoven\u00e9ho provozu toti\u017e mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nov\u011b zapo\u010dteny i vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na nasazen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed agentury. Jej\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci by v no\u010dn\u00edch vlac\u00edch zaji\u0161\u0165ovali nezbytnou ostrahu, aby byla garantov\u00e1na bezpe\u010dnost cestuj\u00edc\u00edch i person\u00e1lu a eliminovalo se riziko vandalismu. Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch argument\u016f dopravce proti op\u011btovn\u00e9mu zaveden\u00ed t\u011bchto specifick\u00fdch spoj\u016f jsou toti\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed negativn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00edm souprav a \u010dast\u00fdmi bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi incidenty,\u201c dodal Pavel Winter.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce no\u010dn\u00edch autobusov\u00fdch linek<\/p>\n<p>Mezi t\u00edm se tak\u00e9 rozrostl po\u010det no\u010dn\u00edch linek ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji, kter\u00e9 \u010dasto spojen\u00ed Prahy s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi s\u00eddly zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed. <a href=\"https:\/\/pid.cz\/jizdni-rady-podle-linek\/nocni-doprava\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jich jezd\u00ed 11 a spojuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad Prahu s Berounem, Kralupy nad Vltavou nebo Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161\u00ed<\/a>.\u00a0 Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jednaj\u00ed o zaveden\u00ed jedn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 no\u010dn\u00ed linky tak\u00e9 obce v okol\u00ed Horom\u011b\u0159ic, Tuchom\u011b\u0159ic, Bu\u0161t\u011bhradu a Stehl\u010devse, je\u017e by m\u011bla vyjet pod \u010d\u00edslem 955 je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed letn\u00edmi pr\u00e1zdninami.
