Ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pod\u00edl \u010cesk\u00fdch drah na trhu osobn\u00ed dopravy d\u00e1l klesal, zat\u00edmco soukrom\u00ed vyzyvatel\u00e9 znovu posilovali. Plat\u00ed to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro RegioJet byznysmena Radima Jan\u010dury a\u00a0Arrivu, kter\u00e1 spad\u00e1 do struktur infrastrukturn\u00edho investora I\u00a0Squared Capital z\u00a0americk\u00e9ho Miami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tempo, jak\u00fdm \u010cD p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed o\u00a0dominanci tuzemsk\u00fdm kolej\u00edm, nicm\u00e9n\u011b zpomaluje. Jejich pod\u00edl na trhu osobn\u00ed dopravy se nejv\u00edce propadal b\u011bhem uplynul\u00e9 dek\u00e1dy. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0roce 2015 ovl\u00e1dal \u201en\u00e1rodn\u00ed dopravce\u201c 95\u00a0procent trhu, o\u00a0\u0161est let pozd\u011bji u\u017e jen 84\u00a0procent. Od t\u00e9 doby d\u00e1l ztr\u00e1c\u00ed, ov\u0161em v\u00a0mnohem men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e. To platilo i\u00a0loni, kdy si meziro\u010dn\u011b pohor\u0161il o\u00a0necel\u00fd procentn\u00ed bod na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 osmdes\u00e1t procent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201eNa tuto \u00farove\u0148 chceme dlouhodob\u011b m\u00ed\u0159it. Nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed t\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad na linku R9 Praha\u2013Brno, kterou letos v\u00a0prosinci p\u0159evezme RegioJet.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b RegioJet a\u00a0Arriva<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">N\u00e1stup soukrom\u00e9 konkurence nen\u00ed nikterak p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd. Takzvan\u00e1 liberalizace trhu prob\u00edh\u00e1 postupn\u011b, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm miln\u00edkem je rok 2033. Od t\u00e9 doby m\u00e1 v\u00fdb\u011br dopravce pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zak\u00e1zku ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch objednatel\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad kraj\u016f nebo ministerstva dopravy, vych\u00e1zet v\u00fdhradn\u011b ze sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed, nikoliv ze zad\u00e1n\u00ed zak\u00e1zky vybran\u00e9mu dopravci.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 linka R9 je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f: ministerstvo dopravy v\u00a0sout\u011b\u017ei vybralo RegioJet, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 za patn\u00e1ctilet\u00fd provoz modern\u00edch vlak\u016f obdr\u017eet t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 5,7\u00a0miliardy korun. V\u00a0opa\u010dn\u00e9m gardu si oba konkurenti naopak vym\u011bn\u00ed role na lince R8. Vlaky na link\u00e1ch z\u00a0Brna do Bohum\u00edna, Jesen\u00edku \u010di do \u0160umperka a\u00a0Olomouce budou nov\u011b v\u00fdhradn\u011b z\u00a0flotily \u010cD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">GALERIE: V\u00fdhledy na Pos\u00e1zavsk\u00fd pacifik, na jedny z\u00a0nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch trat\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Z dlouhodob\u00e9ho pohledu Jan\u010dur\u016fv dopravce roste, by\u0165 loni uh\u00e1n\u011bl sp\u00ed\u0161e tempem lok\u00e1lky ne\u017e rychl\u00edku. Optikou uplynul\u00e9 dek\u00e1dy: v\u00a0roce 2015 ovl\u00e1dal dv\u011b procenta trhu, o\u00a0\u0161est let pozd\u011bji v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobek. Loni si polep\u0161il jen kosmeticky, a\u00a0to o\u00a0dv\u011b desetiny na 6,3\u00a0procenta. \u201eM\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edb\u011bhnout \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy u\u017e do sedmi let,\u201c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/videoporady\/flow\/stavim-velky-regiojet-a-planuji-deset-deti-vyberu-z-nich-nastupce-rika-jancura-1430494\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">zopakoval Jan\u010dura v\u00a0po\u0159adu FLOW e15<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O expanzi se pokou\u0161\u00ed i\u00a0v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed, ne v\u017edy \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Polsku si utrhl sp\u00ed\u0161e ostudu, tamn\u00ed vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed dopravu vzdal a\u00a0za\u010d\u00e1tkem kv\u011btna opustil s\u00a0odkazem na \u00fadajn\u011b nef\u00e9rovou sout\u011b\u017e. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed dopravoval mezi Krakovem a\u00a0Var\u0161avou a\u00a0i\u00a0na dal\u0161\u00edch spoj\u00edch. Tamn\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad hovo\u0159\u00ed o\u00a0protipr\u00e1vn\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u017e RegioJet nezajistil 23\u00a0spoj\u016f.
