Kv\u016fli situaci na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b ji tr\u00e1p\u00ed nejen zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho paliva, ale tak\u00e9 nejistota dod\u00e1vek. P\u0159ed mo\u017en\u00fdm nedostatkem paliva varuj\u00ed jak z\u00e1stupci aerolinek, tak nap\u0159\u00edklad Evropsk\u00e1 komise, kter\u00e1 kv\u016fli zabezpe\u010den\u00ed dod\u00e1vek z\u0159\u00eddila novou platformu. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Ta by m\u011bla mapovat dod\u00e1vky, up\u0159ednost\u0148ovat alternativn\u00ed zdroje paliva a\u00a0optimalizovat distribuci. \u201eTo v\u0161e, abychom byli p\u0159ipraveni, pokud nastane situace, kdy budeme muset podniknout politick\u00e9 kroky v\u00a0oblasti koordinace a\u00a0p\u0159erozd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00e9ho paliva,\u201c \u0159ekl komisa\u0159 pro energetiku Dan J\u00f8rgensen. \u201eDouf\u00e1me, \u017ee se tak nestane, ale nad\u011bje nen\u00ed strategie,\u201c dodal a\u00a0zd\u016fraznil d\u016fle\u017eitost \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce se v\u0161emi partnersk\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Nedostatku kerosinu se je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno ob\u00e1val tak\u00e9 \u0161\u00e9f Ryanairu Michael O&#8217;Leary, kter\u00fd p\u016fvodn\u011b p\u0159edpov\u00eddal nedostatek paliva ji\u017e v\u00a0kv\u011btnu. Nakonec ale oto\u010dil a\u00a0<a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/ryanair-boss-says-risk-jet-fuel-shortage-europe-receding-2026-04-28\/\" class=\"e_n\">ned\u00e1vno uvedl<\/a>, \u017ee riziko nedostatku leteck\u00e9ho paliva v\u00a0Evrop\u011b ustupuje. Dodavatel\u00e9 paliva podle n\u011bj do konce \u010dervna \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 naru\u0161en\u00ed dod\u00e1vek neo\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed a\u00a0nej\u010dern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e se tak nepotvrdily. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Region Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu vyr\u00e1b\u00ed leteck\u00e9 palivo s\u00a0velk\u00fdm p\u0159ebytkem oproti vlastn\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b a\u00a0za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm export\u00e9r\u016fm. Na jeho dod\u00e1vky p\u0159ipad\u00e1 <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c86d9v28qxxo\" class=\"e_n\">podle BBC <\/a>p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u011btina ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho kerosinu obchodovan\u00e9ho ka\u017ed\u00fd den na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch trz\u00edch. <\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhoda vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdroby<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u010cesk\u00e1 republika je oproti v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed v\u00a0relativn\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 pozici: tuzemsk\u00e9 rafinerie pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed zhruba 80\u00a0procent dom\u00e1c\u00ed spot\u0159eby. V\u00a0\u010cesku se leteck\u00e9 palivo vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve dvou rafineri\u00edch Orlen Unipetrol, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v\u00a0Litv\u00ednov\u011b a\u00a0Kralupech nad Vltavou. Podle mluv\u010d\u00edho Pavla Kaidla spole\u010dnost aktu\u00e1ln\u011b neregistruje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed. \u201eV\u0161echny na\u0161e dodavatelsk\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky pln\u00edme a\u00a0tak z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho trhu je stabiln\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">V\u00fdroba leteck\u00e9ho paliva podle n\u011bj podl\u00e9h\u00e1 sez\u00f3nn\u00edm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm. S\u00a0n\u00e1stupem letn\u00ed sezony rafinerie ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b navy\u0161uj\u00ed v\u00fdrobu o\u00a0des\u00edtky procent a\u017e na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-firmy-drahe-palivo-zdrazuje-letani-naklady-rostou-a-ceny-letenek-s-nimi-302965\" class=\"e_n f_l1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"2304\"   width=\"4096\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/emirates-letadlo-letecka-preprava.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Klidn\u00e1 situace panuje tak\u00e9 na pra\u017esk\u00e9m leti\u0161ti. \u201eLeti\u0161t\u011b Praha ji\u017e od po\u010d\u00e1tku konfliktu nezaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 pokles dod\u00e1vek paliva. Naopak po celou dobu evidujeme dostate\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1soby a\u00a0nem\u00e1me od na\u0161ich dodavatel\u016f informaci, \u017ee by m\u011blo doch\u00e1zet k\u00a0v\u00fdpadk\u016fm dod\u00e1vek. Dod\u00e1vky paliva m\u00e1me aktu\u00e1ln\u011b potvrzen\u00e9 a\u017e do konce tohoto roku,\u201c uvedla pro redakci tiskov\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b Denisa Hejtm\u00e1nkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Leti\u0161t\u011b se i\u00a0tak na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd nedostatek paliva p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00e1 se toti\u017e u\u017e s\u00a0p\u0159echodn\u00fdmi v\u00fdpadky dod\u00e1vek pot\u00fdkala. Nedostatku paliva \u010delila nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem velikono\u010dn\u00edho v\u00edkendu n\u011bkter\u00e1 italsk\u00e1 leti\u0161t\u011b. Probl\u00e9m byl podle tamn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro civiln\u00ed letectv\u00ed zp\u016fsoben hust\u00fdm velikono\u010dn\u00edm provozem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9 leti\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1 p\u0159ipraven\u00fd seznam prioritizovan\u00fdch dopravc\u016f pro p\u0159\u00edpad nedostatku paliva. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201ePokud by takov\u00e1 situace nastala, palivo by nedostala nejprve soukrom\u00e1 letadla, pot\u00e9 chartery a\u00a0pak pravideln\u00e9 linky. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed priority maj\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravci,\u201c \u0159ekl Seznam Zpr\u00e1v\u00e1m Byznys pilot jedn\u00e9 ze soukrom\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00fd si p\u0159\u00e1l z\u016fstat v\u00a0anonymit\u011b. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Probl\u00e9my s\u00a0dod\u00e1vkami ale nejsou jen evropskou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. P\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm pr\u016flivu sm\u011b\u0159ovalo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90\u00a0procent ropy vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 z\u00a0Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu do Asie. Rafinerie v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b, Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreji a\u00a0Indii, kter\u00e9 jsou dal\u0161\u00edm velk\u00fdm sv\u011btov\u00fdm zdrojem leteck\u00e9ho paliva, jsou nyn\u00ed samy pod tlakem. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Kv\u016fli v\u00fdpadku dod\u00e1vek bl\u00edzkov\u00fdchodn\u00ed ropy maj\u00ed probl\u00e9m pokr\u00fdt jak dom\u00e1c\u00ed, tak mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed popt\u00e1vku po kerosinu. \u201eAsijsk\u00e9 rafinerie bojuj\u00ed s\u00a0nedostatkem surovin,\u201c <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2026\/05\/06\/iran-war-jet-fuel-europe-asia-summer-flights.html\" class=\"e_n\">uvedl pro CNBC <\/a>Matt Smith, \u0159editel v\u00fdzkumu komodit ve spole\u010dnosti Kpler.<\/p>\n<p>Nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed, ale zdra\u017eilo<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Nedostatky paliva zat\u00edm nehl\u00e1s\u00ed ani jednotliv\u00e9 aerolinky, kter\u00e9 redakce oslovila. Tr\u00e1p\u00ed je ov\u0161em rostouc\u00ed ceny. Ty od za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00e1lky vyst\u0159elily o\u00a0des\u00edtky procent, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvedlo ceny n\u011bkter\u00fdch letenek, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u011bch na d\u00e1lkov\u00fdch letech. U\u00a0kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch let\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Evropy byl dopad na ceny letenek zat\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011b slab\u0161\u00ed &#8211; <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/c86d9v28qxxo\" class=\"e_n\">podle \u0161\u00e9fa Wizz Air J\u00f3zsefa V\u00e1radiho<\/a> ceny na kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch dokonce klesaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee aerolinky se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159il\u00e1kat z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1haj\u00ed, zda cestovat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Leteck\u00e9 palivo p\u0159itom pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady aerolinek. Podle Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho sdru\u017een\u00ed leteck\u00fdch dopravc\u016f (IATA) tvo\u0159\u00ed typicky 25\u00a0a\u017e 30\u00a0procent jejich provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eZ pohledu \u010desk\u00e9ho trhu se obavy z\u00a0nedostatku leteck\u00e9ho paliva zat\u00edm nijak dramaticky nepotvrdily. Provoz na leti\u0161t\u00edch funguje standardn\u011b a\u00a0nevid\u00edme, \u017ee by se ru\u0161ily lety kv\u016fli fyzick\u00e9mu nedostatku paliva. Co ale dopravci \u0159e\u0161\u00ed velmi intenzivn\u011b, je jeho cena. Ta je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0prom\u00edt\u00e1 se do jejich rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 zejm\u00e9na do \u00faprav letov\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1d\u016f a\u00a0ekonomiky jednotliv\u00fdch linek,\u201c uvedl Josef Trejbal ze serveru Letu\u0161ka.cz.<\/p>\n<p><img height=\"3401\"   width=\"2768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/jet-a-1-letecky-petrolej-vyvoj-ceny.png\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/>Foto: Seznam Zpr\u00e1vy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Cena leteck\u00e9ho paliva od za\u010d\u00e1tku konfliktu prudce stoupla.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Zdra\u017een\u00ed se tak projevuje i\u00a0v letov\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1dech. Nap\u0159\u00edklad skupina Lufthansa v\u00a0dubnu ozn\u00e1mila, \u017ee do \u0159\u00edjna zru\u0161\u00ed 20\u00a0tis\u00edc kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch let\u016f, kter\u00e9 dosud provozovala Lufthansa CityLine. To odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u00faspo\u0159e p\u0159es 40\u00a0tis\u00edc\u00a0tun paliva. Celkov\u00e1 kapacita let\u016f t\u00edm klesne o\u00a0zhruba jedno procento. D\u00e1lkov\u00e9 lety a\u00a0glob\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed zachov\u00e1ny. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed palivem na letn\u00ed sez\u00f3nu m\u00e1 skupina podle tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9. Cena paliva ale nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d Lufthansa lety ru\u0161\u00ed &#8211; mluv\u00ed tak\u00e9 o\u00a0strategick\u00e9 konsolidaci evropsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b. V\u00a0b\u0159eznu j\u00ed n\u00e1klady na palivo na takzvan\u00fd sedadlokilometr vzrostly o\u00a014\u00a0procent meziro\u010dn\u011b. Skupinov\u00e1 strategie zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed cen dopady \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zm\u00edrnila, r\u016fst n\u00e1klad\u016f ale podle aerolinky dob\u0159e ilustruje, jak citliv\u00fd je leteck\u00fd provoz na geopolitick\u00e9 d\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0v\u00fdvoj na energetick\u00fdch trz\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Tak\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 Smartwings probl\u00e9my s\u00a0dod\u00e1vkami paliva neeviduj\u00ed, na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu paliva reagovaly podle tiskov\u00e9 mluv\u010d\u00ed Vladim\u00edry Dufkov\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm palivov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edplatku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eSmartwings m\u00e1 smluvn\u011b zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 dod\u00e1vky leteck\u00e9ho paliva s\u00a0velk\u00fdmi dodavateli na celou sez\u00f3nu pro v\u0161echny destinace, kam operujeme lety,\u201c uvedla pro redakci.<\/p>\n<p>Ryanair vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 situace<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Opa\u010dnou strategii vol\u00ed Ryanair. Ten m\u00e1 zaji\u0161t\u011bno 80\u00a0procent spot\u0159eby paliva do b\u0159ezna 2027\u00a0za cenu v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod sou\u010dasn\u00fdmi tr\u017en\u00edmi cenami, a\u00a0proto \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u0161krty nepl\u00e1nuje. Naopak, v\u00a0dubnu zaznamenal meziro\u010dn\u00ed r\u016fst kapacity o\u00a05,5\u00a0procenta a\u00a0podobn\u00fd r\u016fst o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00a0kv\u011btnu a\u00a0\u010dervnu. Celkov\u011b chce v\u00a0roce 2026\u00a0p\u0159epravit 216\u00a0milion\u016f cestuj\u00edc\u00edch oproti 208\u00a0milion\u016fm loni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">\u201eZat\u00edmco konkurenti kv\u016fli vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm cen\u00e1m paliva \u0161krtaj\u00ed letov\u00e9 \u0159\u00e1dy, Ryanair roste a\u00a0nab\u00edz\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ceny,\u201c uvedla aerolinka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bX\">Situace je klidn\u00e1 i\u00a0podle\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch aerolinek. \u201eV tuto chv\u00edli fungujeme norm\u00e1ln\u011b,\u201c uvedla Elisabet Rey ze spole\u010dnosti Vueling.
