Za posledn\u00edch 25\u00a0let se Lipence zdvojn\u00e1sobily, za dal\u0161\u00edch 25\u00a0let budeme mo\u017en\u00e1 trojn\u00e1sobn\u00ed,\u201c popsala Novink\u00e1m starostka m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha-Lipence Lenka Kadlecov\u00e1 (Sdru\u017een\u00ed pro Lipence).<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Nezastav\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00a0t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti metropole tvo\u0159\u00ed takzvan\u00fd donut. Tak architekti neform\u00e1ln\u011b naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed z\u00e1stavbu v\u00a0dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b ve tvaru prstence, kter\u00e1 je uprost\u0159ed pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1. V\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde v \u201epr\u00e1zdnu\u201c o\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 pozemky mezi Lipencemi a\u00a0rekrea\u010dn\u00edm chatov\u00fdm Kaz\u00ednem, kde by podle pl\u00e1n\u016f developer\u016f mohla vyr\u016fst nov\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165. Jen toto \u00fazem\u00ed m\u00e1 p\u0159itom skoro kilometr na kilometr.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novinky.cz\/clanek\/bydleni-prazska-florenc-se-zmeni-k-nepoznani-vystavba-za-20-miliard-ma-zacit-v-roce-2028-40559348\" class=\"c_N\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/florenc-penta.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Obyvatel\u00e9 Lipenc\u016f u\u017e v\u00a0roce 2024\u00a0podpo\u0159ili v\u00a0referendu omezen\u00ed z\u00e1stavby jen na rodinn\u00e9 domy na sou\u010dasn\u00fdch pozemc\u00edch developer\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch pro v\u00fdstavbu, ale\u00a0ohradili se proti zm\u011bn\u011b \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Zabr\u00e1nili tak zm\u011bn\u011b \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu z\u00a0orn\u00e9 p\u016fdy na dal\u0161\u00ed stavebn\u00ed parcely pro velk\u00e9 projekty. Podn\u011btem byl developersk\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br v\u00edce ne\u017e zdvojn\u00e1sobit po\u010det obyvatel Lipenc\u016f ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch t\u0159\u00ed tis\u00edc a\u017e na osm tis\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201e\u00dazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo dosud nezastaviteln\u00e9, se dr\u017e\u00ed jako nezastaviteln\u00e9 i\u00a0v nov\u00e9m metropolitn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00fd by se musel zm\u011bnit, kdyby do\u0161lo k\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 dohod\u011b s\u00a0ob\u010dany,\u201c uvedl Zden\u011bk V\u00f6lfl, architekt z\u00a0kancel\u00e1\u0159e n\u00e1m\u011bstka prim\u00e1tora Petra Hlav\u00e1\u010dka (STAN)\u00a0\u2013 ten m\u00e1 na starosti i\u00a0strategick\u00fd rozvoj m\u011bsta a\u00a0koordinaci nov\u00e9ho metropolitn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 za\u010d\u00edt platit je\u0161t\u011b letos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">S bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edmi se komun\u00e1ln\u00edmi volbami p\u0159itom m\u016f\u017ee t\u00e9ma v\u00fdstavby znovu o\u017e\u00edt. \u201eV tuto chv\u00edli nem\u00e1m informaci, \u017ee by kdokoliv chystal kon\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho m\u00edstn\u00edho referenda nebo n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed veleto\u010de,\u201c uvedl Novink\u00e1m Radek Proch\u00e1zka, kter\u00fd st\u00e1l za referendem a\u00a0bude kandidovat za ODS. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b podle n\u011bj magistr\u00e1t p\u0159ipravuje studii, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 nast\u00ednit budouc\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159 Lipenc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201ePo nepoveden\u00e9 participaci a\u00a0komunikaci ze strany veden\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti b\u011bhem referenda p\u0159evzal aktivn\u011b koordina\u010dn\u00ed roli pro dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00fd postup komplexn\u00edho nastaven\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edho rozvoje Lipenc\u016f magistr\u00e1tn\u00ed odbor \u00fazemn\u00edho rozvoje,\u201c podotkl Proch\u00e1zka s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee do doby zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie nelze hodnotit, jak\u00fd bude trend dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_self\" href=\"https:\/\/www.novinky.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zpravy-hlavni-mesto-praha-praha-shani-stavebni-povoleni-pro-tisice-mestskych-bytu-chce-tak-resit-krizi-bydleni-40569655\" class=\"c_N\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img height=\"506\" width=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/praha-byty-peroutkova-pds.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"c_t c_r\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Podle starostky stoj\u00ed za referendem majitel\u00e9 nemovitost\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 nov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba p\u0159\u00edmo navazovat. \u201eZa cenu t\u0159eba dvoulet\u00e9ho zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdstavby jsou ochotni m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159ipravit o\u00a0vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed pozice a\u00a0kontribuce v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech des\u00edtek mili\u00f3n\u016f korun, pokud se bav\u00edme jen o\u00a0zastaviteln\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu,\u201c uvedla Kadlecov\u00e1 a\u00a0nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed tak na mo\u017en\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0developery, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u00a0r\u00e1mci takov\u00fdch projekt\u016f zavazuj\u00ed i\u00a0k v\u00fdstavb\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bstsk\u00e9 infrastruktury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Developersk\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bry pat\u0159\u00ed mezi t\u00e9mata jarn\u00edch zased\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edho zastupitelstva. \u010c\u00e1st obsahu dubnov\u00e9ho zased\u00e1n\u00ed shrnuli m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatel\u00e9 na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch do bod\u016f jako \u201enedostate\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1ruky pl\u00e1novac\u00ed smlouvy s\u00a0developerem\u201c \u010di \u201ep\u0159edstaven\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu na v\u00fdstavbu 12\u00a0rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f v\u00a0ulici V\u00a0Alej\u00edch a\u00a065\u00a0dom\u016f na pozemc\u00edch nad ulic\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9ho \u010derven\u00e9ho k\u0159\u00ed\u017ee\u201c.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Nov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba je velk\u00e9 t\u00e9ma pro v\u0161echny okrajov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velk\u00e9 zastaviteln\u00e9 plochy. \u201eM\u011bsto ale nen\u00ed povinno vybudovat kapacitn\u00ed komunikace, \u0161koly, \u0161kolky a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnou vybavenost.
