Mnoh\u00e9 z\u00a0jeho \u010dtrn\u00e1cti zna\u010dek m\u011bly ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed c\u00edle, a tak t\u0159eba nov\u00fd Fiat 500 p\u0159ijel jen jako elektromobil, popul\u00e1rn\u00ed osobn\u00ed dod\u00e1vky Citro\u00ebn Berlingo nebo Peugeot Rifter zase b\u011bhem \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t p\u0159i\u0161ly o naftov\u00e9 motory na \u00fakor elektrick\u00fdch, aby je pak v\u00fdrobce potupn\u011b vr\u00e1til.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci jsou toti\u017e hlasem nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm, a ti elektromobily (nejen) Stellantisu zkr\u00e1tka nikdy \u00fapln\u011b nep\u0159ijali. Z\u00a0elektrick\u00e9 500 se stal takov\u00fd propad\u00e1k, \u017ee Fiat narychlo u\u017e loni p\u0159edstavil i mildhybridn\u00ed variantu retromodelu, aby zachr\u00e1nil alespo\u0148 n\u011bjakou \u010d\u00e1st prodej\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1ny zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho radik\u00e1la a mistra \u00faspor Carlose Tavarese po jeho rychl\u00e9m konci v\u00a0\u010dele skupiny na sklonku roku 2024 vzaly velmi brzy za sv\u00e9. A to nejen na poli evropsk\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f. Schv\u00e1ln\u011b se zeptejte v\u00a0Americe: Tavares spolurozhodl o konci kultovn\u00edch osmiv\u00e1lc\u016f Hemi a jejich nahrazen\u00ed men\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159epl\u0148ovan\u00fdmi \u0161estiv\u00e1lci a elektromotory.<\/p>\n<p>Dodge Charger je podobn\u00fd propad\u00e1k jako elektrick\u00fd Fiat 500, RAM pro jistotu elektrick\u00fd pick-up kv\u016fli n\u00edzk\u00e9mu z\u00e1jmu po letech p\u0159\u00edprav za\u0159\u00edzl je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed vstupem na trh. M\u00edsto toho staronov\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f Tim Kuniskis mohl loni v\u00a0polovin\u011b roku jen lakonicky prohl\u00e1sit: \u201ePod\u011blali jsme to,\u201c kdy\u017e odhalil ozdravn\u00fd pl\u00e1n cel\u00e9 zna\u010dky, jeho\u017e vlajkov\u00fdm bodem se stal n\u00e1vrat osmiv\u00e1lc\u016f Hemi.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0pomal\u00fdm n\u00e1stupem elektromobility ozn\u00e1mil Stellantis u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve velk\u00fd n\u00e1vrat k\u00a0v\u00fdvoji spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f zdaleka nejen v\u00a0USA. Dokonce se to dotklo i u evropsk\u00fdch automobilek jinak u\u017e skoro sprost\u00e9ho slova, turbodiesel\u016f. A tak t\u0159eba omlazen\u00fd Opel Astra poh\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verzi pr\u00e1v\u011b naftov\u00e1 patn\u00e1ctistovka. Kdo by to byl p\u0159ed takov\u00fdmi dv\u011bma roky \u010dekal.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u010f se pro zm\u011bnu ve veden\u00ed zna\u010dky, kter\u00e9 nyn\u00ed zt\u011bles\u0148uje Tavares\u016fv pragmati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stupce Antonio Filosa, za\u010dalo hodn\u011b sklo\u0148ovat slovo restrukturalizace. Koncem dubna vy\u0161lo najevo, \u017ee Stellantis by se r\u00e1d zam\u011b\u0159il na \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 objemov\u00e9 zna\u010dky: Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot a RAM. Ty maj\u00ed dostat v\u00a0r\u00e1mci investic nejv\u00edce pen\u011bz.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatn\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b t\u0159eba Opelu, Alfy Romeo, Maserati nebo Citro\u00ebnu dostanou \u201ejen drobky\u201c; men\u0161\u00ed kus finan\u010dn\u00edho kol\u00e1\u010de ne\u017e doposud s\u00a0nutnost\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed techniky \u010dtve\u0159ice kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch zna\u010dek. Zat\u00edmco ta bude glob\u00e1ln\u00ed, zbytek bude plnit roli sp\u00ed\u0161e region\u00e1ln\u00edch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee jak ukazuje historie, rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zm\u011bny se nikdy neobejdou bez ob\u011bt\u00ed. Ob\u011bt\u00ed, jejich\u017e ob\u011btov\u00e1n\u00ed ale veden\u00ed Stellantisu (zat\u00edm) d\u016frazn\u011b odm\u00edt\u00e1. V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch momentech nicm\u00e9n\u011b ob\u0159\u00ed konglomer\u00e1t \u010dtrn\u00e1cti zna\u010dek, nikdo na sv\u011bt\u011b jich nem\u00e1 v\u00edce, p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 d\u00e1vno zapomenut\u00e9ho britsk\u00e9ho obra British Leyland.<\/p>\n<p>Ten vznikl v\u00a0roce 1968 f\u00faz\u00ed probl\u00e9my zm\u00edtan\u00e9ho kolosu British Motor Holding s\u00a0ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdrobou kolem dvou milion\u016f osobn\u00edch aut a naopak prosperuj\u00edc\u00edho koncernu Leyland, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho na u\u017eitkov\u00e1 a n\u00e1kladn\u00ed auta. C\u00edlem bylo zachr\u00e1nit britskou automobilovou v\u00fdrobu. Jen\u017ee nov\u00fd koncern prov\u00e1zela zoufal\u00e1 neefektivita v\u00fdroby, do toho p\u0159ich\u00e1zely p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky odbor\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0kombinaci pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0neefektivitou \u010dasto ochromovaly v\u00fdrobu. Nov\u00fd koncern v\u00a0jednu chv\u00edli vlastnil nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d celou zem\u00ed na 40 v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio \u010d\u00edtaj\u00edc\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zna\u010dek si navz\u00e1jem konkurovalo, m\u00edsto konsolidace investic p\u0159ich\u00e1zel v\u00fdvoj n\u011bkolika prakticky stejn\u00fdch aut soupe\u0159\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti trhu o stejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. K\u00a0tomu se p\u0159idaly vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 faktory, zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se konkurence, \u0161patn\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed veden\u00ed koncernu nebo \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1rodn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0roce 1975.<\/p>\n<p>To v\u0161echno postupn\u011b vedlo k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee se mamut\u00ed koncern za\u010dal rozpadat na \u010d\u00e1sti. N\u011bkter\u00e9 automobilky zav\u0159ely \u00fapln\u011b kr\u00e1tce po vzniku British Leyland, jin\u00e9 v\u00a0jeho pr\u016fb\u011bhu v reakci na zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se finan\u010dn\u00ed situaci. Dotklo se to zna\u010dek jako Riley, Wolseley, Princess, Morris, Triumph nebo Austin. A na kolaps British Leyland vlastn\u011b o mnoho let pozd\u011bji doplatil i Rover s\u00a0MG, kter\u00e9 skon\u010dily v\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch rukou.<\/p>\n<p>Jaguar, Land Rover a Mini jsou tak vlastn\u011b jedin\u00e9 t\u0159i zna\u010dky (nepo\u010d\u00edtaje poh\u0159ben\u00e9 a \u010c\u00ednou resuscitovan\u00e9 MG), kter\u00e9 z\u00a0\u00e9ry British Leyland p\u0159e\u017eily dodnes.<\/p>\n<p>A je\u0161t\u011b jeden z mnoha historick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f: finan\u010dn\u00ed krize v roce 2008. Ta dopadla tvrd\u011b na americk\u00e9 automobilky Ford, Chrysler a General Motors, z\u00a0nich\u017e jen modr\u00fd ov\u00e1l nakonec nezkrachoval. P\u0159esto i on v\u00a0d\u016fsledku finan\u010dn\u00edch ztr\u00e1t musel zav\u0159\u00edt automobilku Mercury a zbavit se mimo jin\u00e9 t\u0159eba Volva, kter\u00e9 prodal \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9mu Geely.<\/p>\n<p>Hor\u0161\u00ed to bylo pro General Motors, kter\u00fd po ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 snaze o prodej zav\u0159el v r\u00e1mci restrukturalizace po ob\u0159ch finan\u010dn\u00edch ztr\u00e1t\u00e1ch Pontiac, Hummer i Saturn, Saab skon\u010dil o p\u00e1r let pozd\u011bji v\u00a0d\u016fsledku ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho prodeje Spykeru. Chrysler se zase jako d\u016fsledek finan\u010dn\u00ed krize spojil s\u00a0Fiatem do koncernu FCA, kter\u00fd o n\u011bkolik let pozd\u011bji f\u00faz\u00ed s\u00a0francouzskou skupinou PSA (kter\u00e1 p\u0159ed t\u00edm od General Motors koupila ztr\u00e1tov\u00fd Opel) vytvo\u0159il Stellantis \u2013 kter\u00fd je te\u010f ve vlekl\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech.<\/p>\n<p>Historie (a nejen p\u0159\u00edklady zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e) proto ukazuje, \u017ee zav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed zna\u010dek \u2013 tedy n\u011bco, \u010demu se Stellantis urputn\u011b u\u017e roky br\u00e1n\u00ed, i kdy\u017e o tom experti mluv\u00ed tak\u0159ka nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b \u2013 je v\u00a0r\u00e1mci restrukturalizace a snahy o n\u00e1vrat do \u010dern\u00fdch \u010d\u00edsel n\u011b\u010d\u00edm skoro nevyhnuteln\u00fdm. Navzdory tomu, \u017ee finan\u010dn\u00ed situace koncernu nen\u00ed ani zdaleka tak \u0161patn\u00e1 jako t\u0159eba v dob\u011b finan\u010dn\u00ed krize v roce 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee kandid\u00e1t\u016f na zav\u0159en\u00ed, jejich\u017e ztr\u00e1ta by prodejn\u011b Stellantis a\u017e tak nebolela, je docela dost. T\u0159eba Lancia, kter\u00e1 byla dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta v\u00a0klinick\u00e9 smrti, se p\u0159edloni vr\u00e1tila s\u00a0novou generac\u00ed modelu Ypsilon. Ale i na dom\u00e1c\u00edm italsk\u00e9m trhu, kter\u00fd byl pro zna\u010dku d\u0159\u00edve ba\u0161tou, v\u00fdrazn\u011b poho\u0159ela. Naprav\u00ed to chystan\u00e9 SUV Gamma? Sp\u00ed\u0161e nikoliv.<\/p>\n<p>Prodejn\u011b nez\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b ani Abarth \u010di Alfa Romeo, o Maserati nemluv\u011b. P\u0159itom m\u00e1 automobilka s\u00a0trojzubcem ve znaku mlad\u00e9 a velmi pestr\u00e9 portfolio v\u010detn\u011b elektromobil\u016f. Z\u00e1jem je ale nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sv\u011btem mizern\u00fd. Mnoz\u00ed experti pak zmi\u0148uj\u00ed i luxusn\u00ed francouzskou zna\u010dku DS, kter\u00e1 by se teoreticky mohla op\u011bt za\u010dlenit do nab\u00eddky Citro\u00ebnu.<\/p>\n<p>Asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ztr\u00e1tou by byl mo\u017en\u00fd konec Opelu. Jeho nab\u00eddka je v\u0161ak a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 podobn\u00e1 Citro\u00ebnu a Peugeotu, n\u011bmeck\u00e1 auta c\u00edl\u00ed prakticky na stejn\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, nav\u00edc s\u00a0podobn\u00fdmi cenami. Opelu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 siln\u00e1 pozice v\u00a0dom\u00e1c\u00edm N\u011bmecku, na nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm evropsk\u00e9m automobilov\u00e9m trhu, i prodejn\u00ed pozice britsk\u00e9 odno\u017ee Vauxhall. Mimo tyto dva regiony to m\u00e1 ale zna\u010dka s\u00a0bleskem ve znaku t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu prvn\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku dalo Stellantisu alespo\u0148 malou nad\u011bji v lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00edt\u0159ky: skon\u010dil v\u00a0zisku necel\u00fdch 400 milion\u016f eur. Napom\u00e1h\u00e1 tomu ale i \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd Leapmotor, do n\u011bho\u017e koncern investoval p\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety nemal\u00e9 pen\u00edze, nicm\u00e9n\u011b nen\u00ed jeho integr\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.
